In developing the tourism potential in the area of coastal tourism, Culture and Tourism Department launched Lingga regency coastal resorts as tourist areas open to the medium, the potential developed is the beach and the sea through the attraction beach maintenance activities, and to carry out a program of cultural potential of the Tourism Village that will be working on the Daik Village, the Village and Village Mepar Resun, while the infrastructure facilities in collaboration with the private sector and other areas such devices and Sanitation Department Â and the Department of Public Works. Work From Home (WFH) adalah sebuah kebijakan baru yang dicetuskan pemerintah pada masa pandemi COVID-19 khususnya di Indonesia. Sebuah kebijakan dengan memerlukan adaptasi baru dan tentunya memiliki tantangan tersendiri bagi setiap pekerja. Di tengah masa pandemi COVID-19 ini menuntut masyarakat banyak melakukan adaptasi di kehidupan sehari-hari, adaptasi ini pun berlaku juga pada penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Untuk itu penulis ingin melihat bagaimana mekanisme pelayanan publik dengan metode WFH. Penelitian ini ditulis menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yang mana segala sumber tulisan berdasarkan pengamatan dari website-website atau jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tema yang diangkat. Hasil pengamatan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelayanan publik di era WFH ini menampilkan banyak perubahan prosedur dan juga tata kelola yang sudah diatur sedemikian rupa dan kemudian mulai direvisi lagi prosedur yang sudah tersedia menjadi prosuder yang siap pakai lagi pada kondisi saat ini. Perubahan prosedur yang terjadi hanya semata-mata untuk memenuhi tuntutan dari masyarakat yang membutuhkan pelayanan dari setiap instansi yang mereka butuhkan.

The self-help housing stimulant assistance program (BSPS) aims to fulfil citizen’s rights to adequate housing in a healthy, safe, harmonious and orderly environment, to ensure certainty of settling, and to improve low- income communities, those who have limited purchasing power, so they need support from the government to obtain a decent home. In the implementation of the family-based assistance program, of course there is a need for cooperation not only related agencies that must work together but there needs to be a good collaboration with the community as an object of aid activities to help the success of the implementation of the aid program in order to achieve the goals set to the maximum. In this case in particular Tanjung Unggat village, Bukit Bestari sub-district, Tanjungpinang city. The purpose of this study is to find out how the results of the program implementation from the beginning to the end of the program carried out by the village of Tanjung Unggat and to find out the obstacles that occur program in question. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative sampling approach using purposive sampling and using a sampling technique based on sample size, by taking a sample of 17 people consisting of recipients of Tanjung Unggat village assistance, staff of the public housing service staff in the area of cleanliness settlements and Tanjungpinang city park, staff directorate general of housing provison, program implementation assistants, as well as people who are considered to know about implementing BSPS. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that in the implementation of the BSPS program in Tanjung Unggat village there are still a number of recipients who carry out program activities not in accordance with the programs objectives, but most others have carried out the assistance program in accordance with what has been set namely improving the quality of occupancy to make it more livable than previous.

Fulfillment of children's rights must be carried out by the government for the continuity of future development. The problem with this research is that there are still many children whose rights have not been fulfilled, such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the field of participation towards a Child Friendly City. Many children in Tanjungpinang City do not know about the existence of a participation forum that is directly under the umbrella of the government. In a situation like this, the government has formed a forum such as the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum to become an organization that can embrace and express the aspirations of the children in Tanjungpinang City. The Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum which was formed as an instrument to become a forum for children's participation refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of the Children's Forum. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum in the Development of a Child Friendly City in Tanjungpinang City. The theory used is Daniel Stufflebeam's evaluation model, namely CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) with a qualitative approach to evaluative methods. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum in the Child Friendly City Policy has been fulfilled for a small part of the fulfillment of children's rights.

The background to this research is that the political strategy carried out by the Golkar party in winning the Bandung Regency regional head election was not yet optimal. Based on these problems, the researcher formulated a problemidentification, namely How the Golongan Karya Party's Political Strategy Wins(Case Study of the Regional Head Election of Bandung Regency). The purposeof this research is to find out and analyze how the political strategy for winning the Golongan Karya Party (Case Study of the Regional Head Election of BandungRegency) by analyzing this research problem, Firmanzah's political marketing theory (Firmanzah 2008:109) is used, which consists of 3 dimensions that influence political strategy. including: Segmentation, Taging and Positioning. Based on this theory, the proposition proposed is "Political Strategy for Winningthe Golongan Karya Party (Case Study of the Regional Head Election of BandungRegency)." will run optimally if you pay attention to Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning factors. The method used in this research is a descriptive method by approaching data sources obtained through primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation anddocumentation. Based on the results of the analysis and data validity tests carriedout, research results were obtained which showed that the Political Strategy forWinning the Golongan Karya Party (Case Study Concerning the Election of theRegional Head of Bandung Regency) was still not in accordance with the strategyused.

Penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang fungsi ekonomi keluarga jamaah tabligh. Didalam penelitian ini diambil dari keluarga anggota jamaah tabligh yang ditentukan sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu yang ditetapkan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat cara alternatif agar fungsi ekonomi keluarga Jamaah Tabligh tetap berjalan walau sedang melakukan khuruj. yaitu kelompok Jamaah Tabligh dan keluarga Jamaah Tabligh itu sendiri dengan adanya kunjungan kelompok Jamaah Tabligh yaitu Jamaah Tabligh yang tidak mengikuti khuruj agar dapat membantu keluarga Jamaah Tabligh lain yang sedang ditinggalkan khuruj. Kunjungan tersebut dilakukan bersama istri terhadap istri yang sedang ditinggalkan khuruj oleh suaminya, Namun suami tetap memegang tanggungjawabnya dengan menyediakan uang untuk nafkah istri dan keluarga jauh hari sebelum keberangkatan khuruj yang sudah direncanakan, yaitu dengan cara menabung. Adapun cara yang dilakukan keluarga jamaah tabligh dalam memenuhi Fungsi ekonomi keluarganya yaitu dengan cara bekerja wiraswasta seperti menjahit, membuka warung, menjual kue dan juga membuka tempat pengajian Al-Qur’an.

As one of the provinces with archipelagic characteristics, the development of ports in the Riau Islands Province (Kepri) is the focus of attention in supporting inter-island connectivity. Dompak Port is a port that was built through a budget from the central government at the suggestion of the Riau Islands provincial government. According to the hierarchy, the Dompak port is a regional feeder port and in future development plans it will become a collecting port according to the Tanjungpinang City Sea Port Master Plan (RIP), Riau Islands Province. Dompak Port will provide many benefits for the regional shipping flow of the Riau Islands Province in general. Since it was built in 2009 until the sixth phase (out of the seven planned stages), the Dompak port has not been operational and has even resulted in legal issues and was temporarily suspended. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and find the factors that caused the cessation of the implementation of the Dompak Island port development. This type of research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were employees of the Port Authority Office and Class II Tanjungpinang Port Authority. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis. The results of this study found that the construction of the Dompak Island port was not in accordance with what was planned by the government because this Dompak port should have been completed and operationalized in 2015. There are factors that become obstacles in the construction of the Dompak Island port which has been built by the Harbormaster Office and the Authority. Tanjungpinang Class II Port, the land grant belonging to the Riau Islands Province government has not yet been completed as the proposing party to the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation through the Office of Harbormaster and Class II Tanjungpinang Port Authority.
