Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 86 pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bogor. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan uji-t berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian berhasil membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan semangat kerja berpengaruh dengan arah positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study was conducted to test the influence of non-physical work environment and work morale on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given to 86 employees of the Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Bogor. Testing was performed using a t-test based on multiple linear regression analysis. The study succeeded in proving that the non-physical work environment and work spirit have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Differentiated Learning in Early Childhood at Paud Al-Anisa, Bengkulu City. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data processing. Data collection used in the study was by using observation, interviews, and documentation with three data analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning in early childhood, namely: 1) content is the material that will be taught that will be understood, appreciated, and learned by children, 2) the process is an effort where children collect information and learn it, 3) the product is the result of learning how to evaluate children's knowledge, abilities, and understanding after completing one learning, 4) the learning environment of the class structure personally, socially, and physically.

Abstract

The rosella plant (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is a shrub or shrub which is a seasonal plant. This research aims to obtain the best combination of Biosaka POC concentration and KNO3 fertilizer dose for growth and yield of rosella in peat soil. This research was carried out at Sepakat 2, Gang Racana Untan, Pontianak, starting in February - May 2024. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and five replications, each replication consisting of four plant samples. The treatment in question is 100% Biosaka POC equivalent to 300 ml/liter (k1), 75% Biosaka POC equivalent to 225 ml/liter + 25% KNO3 (100 kg/ha) equivalent to 0.5 g/plant (k2), 50% POC Biosaka equivalent to 150 ml/liter + 50% KNO3 (200 kg/ha) equivalent to 1 g/plant (k3), 25% POC Biosaka equivalent to 75 ml/liter + 75% KNO3 (300 kg/ha) equivalent to 1.5 g/plant (k4), 100% KNO3 (400 kg/ha) equivalent to 10 g /plant (k5). The results of the research show that giving 100% KNO3 can provide the best growth, namely plant height and the combination of 25% Biosaka and 75% KNO3 can provide the best rosella yields on peat soil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta peran moderasi motivasi kerja dalam hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner dari 77 responden, yang merupakan sampel dari populasi 331 individu. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode Desember 2022 hingga Mei 2023, dengan subjek penelitian di PT. Tirta Asasta Depok (Perseroda). Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komitmen Organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Namun, variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga berperan sebagai moderator yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam konteks perusahaan PT. Tirta Asasta Depok (Perseroda).
