Abstract

The Issue of law is one that directly touches human life. One of the legal systems closely tied to humans since ancient times is customary law, which has developed orally. In Kangae District, Sikka Regency, there is a customary law term known as "Guni Gelo," which represents the local wisdom of the community. The aim of this study is to examine the philosophical values of the local wisdom "Guni Gelo" to ensure that it is properly implemented in accordance with the customary law that applies to the Sikka Regency community, specifically in Kangae District. The research methodology included several stages: initial observations, preparation of research instruments, instrument validation, data collection, verification of the validity of the collected data, and data analysis. The customary law of Guni Gelo is one of the local wisdom traditions in Kangae District, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), which holds deep philosophical significance for its people. The philosophical value identified from the research results is the recognition of the inherent value of humanity itself.

Abstract

The Sikka Regency Government plays an important role in providing Legal Protection to Tourists in Sikka Regency. This legal protection causes tourists to feel that they have a tourist location, so tourism in Sikka Regency can develop better. This type of research used in this study is qualitative research in the form of intervie ws and natural observation. Types of Legal Materials are tourism and tourism law as well as Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2017 concerning Tourism Business in Sikka Regency. The results showed that it could create business opportunities. With the arrival of tourists, services are needed to provide for the needs (wants), wants (want), and expectations (expectations) of tourists. Tourism is one of the potential resources to substitute other natural resources such as oil and gas which is declining.

Abstract

The participation of ex-convicts in the nominating bourse legally has been regulated in statutory regulations from philosophical foundations, constitutional foundations and other relevant regulations. So, there is no castration of a person's rights but further stipulated in the Act so that it continues to participate politically for the country.

Abstract

Permasalahan tenaga kerja atau perburuhan merupakan permasalahan yang khas kita dengar bagi negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Terkait dalam hal tersebut, pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) adalah salah satunya. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Bahan hukum primer diperoleh dari undang- undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan dan bahan hukum sekunder didapat dari pengkajian terhadap literatur hukum khususnya ketenagakerjaan, makalah, internet dan lain- lain. Pelaksanaan pemutusan hubungan kerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan harus sesuai dengan undang- undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan yang mennyatakan bahwa pemutusan hubungan kerja dilakukan dalam beberapa proses yaitu mengadakan musyawarah antara karyawan dengan perusahaan, bila menemui jalan buntu maka jalan terakhir adalah melalui pengadilan untuk memutuskan perkara.
