Abstract

Sayyed Hossein Nasr adalah seorang intelektual dan akademisi yang luar biasa. Sudah banyak karya-karya yang beliau ciptakan, mulai dari essay sampai buku-buku. Beliaupun mempunyai garis besar pemikiran yang beragam, Dalam tesis ini, penulis ingin sedikit ikut memperkenalkan dengan harapan bahwa bangunan pemikiran Islam memiliki dasar-dasar yang utuh dan komprehensif yang memiliki kesadaran akan keberadaan Tuhan namun juga memberikan apresiasi yang luas bagi umatnya untuk mengembangkan pemikiran dan ilmu pengetahuan. Dari bangunan yang memberikan rahmat bagi seluruh alam, pemikiran Islam diharapakan dapat meluruskan bagunan pemikiran Barat yang lemah dan cenderung menghasilkan kerusakan baik moral, lingkungan dan kekeringan spiritual. Seyyed Hossein Nasr juga menjelaskan tentang spiritual dalam pengertian sebagai suatu tradisi dalam artian pengetahuan suci yang bersumber dari Tuhan, dan disampaikan melalui utusannya (nabi) dan memiliki aturan yang hidup di dalam masyarakat sebagai suatu kebijaksanaan yang kekal dari Tuhan dan dimiliki oleh seluruh agama dan bangsa.

Abstract

Research on the effect of worldwide strict issues and pressures on patriotism, citizenship and common liberties with exceptionally confounding advancements in the media, both composed and, on the web, implies that it should be examined to increment logical understanding into the continuous clash among Israel and Palestine. This examination is subjective exploration with graphic techniques. The information assortment procedure in this examination will utilize a writing survey. Subjective information handling incorporates the phases of information decrease, information show, information investigation, finishing up and confirming, expanding information legitimacy, and giving a story of insightful outcomes, with measurable information the number of inhabitants in Israel is 73.6% Jewish, 18.1% Muslim, 1.9% Christians, and 1.6% Druze. In the meantime, the strict populace in Palestine is 93% Sunni Muslim and 6% Christian. In view of examination studies, the contention among Israel and Palestine is as yet unsettled, the mentality that strict people should focus on in answering strict variety with a demeanor of resistance. Aside from that, being a productive member of society doesn't only mean complying with the law or cultivating a feeling of identity, yet in addition encouraging a feeling of resistance towards the variety of religions, so science and training are required which plan to cultivate perspectives of resilience between strict networks, patriotism, citizenship and hostile to nationality. against common freedoms infringement committed by Israel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pendidikan agama yang diterapkan bagi anak autis. Dan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pendidikan agama bagi anak autis. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar pada anak autis diantaranya adalah anak tidak mau bicara atau sulit diajak bicara, kemudian anak suka menunjukkan kebiasaas-kebiasaan yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-analisis, yaitu berusaha menjabarkan dan menganalisis tentang peranan Strategi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Bagi Anak Autis. Hasil penelitian yaitu dalam pengajaran pendidikan agama islam kurikulum dan silabus tidak dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, Metode pengajaran agama yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mendidik anak autis lebih menfokuskan pada hal yang menguatkan ingatan, dalam mengajarkan materi agama guru lebih menfokuskan penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines how strategic talent management shapes the performance of Generation Z employees, particularly those born between 1997 and 2007 and actively working within Indonesia’s expanding digital economy. While this cohort is often described as highly adaptive and technologically fluent, many organizations still rely on conventional HR practices that do not fully align with the realities of remote and hybrid work. Using a quantitative approach, the study applies Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to survey data from 200 professionals recruited via LinkedIn. The results point to Talent Deployment (β = 0.349) and Talent Development (β = 0.247) as the strongest predictors of Workforce Agility, which in turn significantly drives Organizational Performance (R² = 0.277). What stands out, though, is not just the strength of these relationships, but how they connect. The mediation analysis suggests that talent strategies only become effective when they activate adaptive behaviors. Without agility, the impact weakens. This leads to a broader conclusion that performance is less about static talent inputs and more about how fluidly those inputs are mobilized. The study proposes a Human Capability Architecture perspective, emphasizing flexible role alignment and continuous upskilling as practical priorities for firms navigating an increasingly volatile digital environment.
