Abstract

This research was conducted from observation (observation) and literature. The author collects various information from national and international journals, news in the media, articles, e-books, modules, diktats, and other research results related to the topic of discussion, namely the communication system and stakeholder mapping (stakeholders), then analyses in depth to be able to answer the formulation of the problem raised in this paper. Support or involvement of stakeholders in accelerating the 2024 national shrimp production program is needed, there is no stakeholder support, so the acceleration of achieving production targets will not be implemented. The stakeholders and actors detected to have a role in this program are central and regional governments, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, banks or investors, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), farmers, and surrounding communities.

Abstract

Kompetensi menjadi penting untuk dimiliki setiap orang dalam kehidupannya. Kompetensi tidak hanya didapatkan pada pendidikan formal, namun juga non formal yaitu melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan pelatihan. Dalam perkembangan teknologi digital pada era ini, semakin banyak ragam platform penyedia informasi pengembangan kompetensi dan juga melalui konten-konten yang ditemui di media sosial. Komunitas Mersi FM yang terdiri dari para pekerja dan profesional yang tersebar pada profesi masing-masing sangat penting untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan untuk mengembangkan dirinya, yang tentu akan mempengaruhi jabatan dan penghasilannya di mana pun berkarya. Setiap anggota komunitas yang mengikuti pelatihan ini diberikan pemahaman dalam pemanfaatan komunikasi digital yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengembangkan diri. Setiap orang dilatih dan diberi pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan komunikasi digital untuk meningkatkan atau mengembangkan kompetensi diri. Sehingga komunitas MersiFm ini tidak lagi hanya menggunakan komunikasi digital dengan menggunakan sarana media sosial sebagai cari hiburan semata tetapi mampu memanfaatkannya dengan bijak dengan dapat bijak berkomunikasi , berbicara maupun membuat konten-konten yang mengedukasi , hal ini dengan memberikan pelatihan sesuai dengan profesinya masing-masing sehingga bisa mengembangkan kompetensi diri menjadi lebih baik lagi. Abstract Competence is important for everyone to have in their life. Competence is not only obtained from formal education, but also non-formal, namely through training conducted by training companies. In the development of digital technology in this era, there are increasingly various platforms providing competency development information and also through content found on social media. It is very important for the MersiFm community, which consists of workers and professionals spread across their respective professions, to take part in training to develop them selves, which of course will affect their position and income wherever they work. Every community member who takes part in this training is given an understanding of the use of digital communication which can be used to develop themselves. Everyone is trained and given an understanding of the use of digital communication to improve or develop personal competence. So that the MersiFm community no longer only uses digital communication by using social media as a mere search for entertainment but is able to use it wisely by being able to communicate, speak or create educational content wisely, this is by providing training according to their respective professions. each so that they can develop their own competence to be even better.

Abstract

The core-plasma partnership conflict between companies and shrimp farmers in Bumi Dipasena, Lampung, represents the complex socio-economic dynamics within the fisheries sector. This study aims to identify the root causes of the conflict and map out the typology of the resolution strategies that have been applied. Using a literature review approach, the analysis focuses on aspects of power relations, transparency, and government intervention. The findings indicate that the conflict was triggered by breaches of agreement, lack of corporate accountability, and unequal access to resources. The typology of resolution includes legal approaches, mediation, and community empowerment efforts through shrimp farmers' organizations. This study highlights the importance of conflict communication and multi-actor engagement in achieving fair and sustainable resolution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Ideally every company should be aware of the importance of the role of PR as part of its management system. In it, it must be run by departments, units, divisions with specific programs and evaluations to ensure that all of the company's vision and mission achieve its goals. The purpose of this research is to explore the application of internal communication in implementing the role and function of Public Relations in Building the Reputation of Gunung Steel Group based on the 2016-2017 case study. This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of GSG's public relations, the activities of the public relations function during the aforementioned period and the last. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with advanced case study methods with a qualitative approach using primary data, namely active participant observation and unstructured interviews with key & supporting informants.The results of this study illustrate that GSG does not have public relations as a state of being, but GSG still carries out public relations as a communication technique, and so far GSG public relations practitioners are run by a designated department. The synergy of each department in carrying out every public relations activity at GSG and working with the concept of Management by Objective (MBO), everyone plays a role in building the company's reputation. Driven by a sense of responsibility, loyalty and a high sense of belonging, carry out public relations work in accordance with their respective roles and functions. As a proud result, the internal GSG relationship is very conducive and is said to be "no conflict".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Instagram as a promotional medium in attracting Generation Z’s interest in listening to Programa 2 (Pro 2) of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Semarang. The research is based on the limited number of studies regarding the use of Instagram for promoting radio institutions, even though this platform has proven effective in sectors such as tourism and MSMEs. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through closed-ended questionnaires. The results show that Instagram content from the @pro2smg account significantly influences Generation Z’s interest in Semarang. Dimensions such as informational content, visual design, interactivity, and content relevance were all rated in the “agree” category. Statistical testing using SPSS 25 indicated a positive correlation between the Instagram content variable (X) and listening interest (Y). Thus, it can be concluded that Instagram is effective as a promotional medium to attract Generation Z listeners to Pro 2 RRI Semarang broadcasts. The findings of this study demonstrate that the Instagram account @pro2smg has a significant effect on the audience’s interest in listening to the broadcast of Programa 2 RRI Semarang. This is substantiated by a contribution of 52.2%, which suggests that more than half of the variance in listening interest is determined by the exposure to content delivered through social media.
