Abstract

This research was conducted from observation (observation) and literature. The author collects various information from national and international journals, news in the media, articles, e-books, modules, diktats, and other research results related to the topic of discussion, namely the communication system and stakeholder mapping (stakeholders), then analyses in depth to be able to answer the formulation of the problem raised in this paper. Support or involvement of stakeholders in accelerating the 2024 national shrimp production program is needed, there is no stakeholder support, so the acceleration of achieving production targets will not be implemented. The stakeholders and actors detected to have a role in this program are central and regional governments, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, banks or investors, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), farmers, and surrounding communities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi bukan sekedar penerusan informasi dari suatu sumber kepada publik, ia lebih mudah dipahami sebagai penciptaan kembali gagasan–gagasan informasi oleh publik jika diberikan petunjuk dengan simbol, slogan, atau tema pokok. Kesimpulannya bahwa komunikasi adalah hubungan antar manusia dalam rangka mencapai saling pengertian (mutual understanding). Bisnis kedai kopi menjadi suatu ranah usaha yang banyak diminiati oleh banyak orang dikarenakan kopi adalah salah satu komoditas utama Indonesia yang banyak peminatnya. semakin banyaknya pebisnis dalam bidang yang sama semakin ketat pula persaingan dalam memasarkan produknya, sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk terus berinovasi agar mendapatkan konsumen yang loyal. Janji Jiwa merupakan kedai kopi yang menggunakan konsep grab-and-go, dimana sejak didirikan hingga saat ini telah memiliki sekitar 800 outlet di Indonesia, berkat adanya sistem kemitraan. Janji jiwa secara rutin membuat survey internal untuk setiap produk yang akan dirilis, untuk mendapatkan respon konsumen dalam menentukan apakah produk tersebut dilanjutkan untuk dijual atau tidak. Kini dengan adanya media sosial membuat Janji Jiwa untuk lenih meningkatkan kemampuan dalam hal creative digital marketing, dengan didukung adanya kemajuan teknologi membuat Kopi Janji Jiwa semakin mudah dalam mempromosikan produknya pada media sosial instagram, dalam setiap postingan produknya Janji Jiwa akan mudah memperoleh saran sekaligus kritikan yang membangun dalam meningkatkan kualitas produknya, dan hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu cara Janji Jiwa dalam mempertahankan brand image yang akan berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian produknya. Kata-kata Kunci: Media Komunikasi Online, Brand Image, Digital Marketing, Keputusan Pembelian INSTAGRAM COMMUNICATION MEDIA @kopijanjiwa in MAINTAINING BRAND IMAGE ABSTRACT Communication is not just the transmission of information from a source to the public, it is more easily understood as the re-creation of information ideas by the public if given instructions with symbols, slogans, or main themes. The conclusion is that communication is a relationship between humans in order to achieve mutual understanding (mutual understanding). The coffee shop business has become a field of business that many people are interested in because coffee is one of Indonesia's main commodities with a lot of demand. the more business people in the same field, the tighter the competition in marketing their products, so it takes the ability to continue to innovate in order to get loyal consumers. Promise Jiwa is a coffee shop that uses the grab-and-go concept, which since its establishment until now has around 800 outlets in Indonesia, thanks to a partnership system. Promise Jiwa routinely conducts internal surveys for each product to be released, to get consumer responses in determining whether the product is continued for sale or not. Now with the existence of social media, Promise Jiwa makes it easier to improve capabilities in terms of creative digital marketing, supported by technological advances, making it easier for Kopi Kontak Jiwa to promote its products on Instagram social media, in every product posting, it will be easy to get suggestions as well as criticism. building in improving the quality of its products, and this can be one of the ways of Jiwa Jiwa in maintaining its brand image which will have a major influence on its product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The integrated waste storage place reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri is one of the TPS in South Tangerang City. The waste processing process at TPST 012 begins with transporting waste from several houses using a garbage collection vehicle. Then the waste is collected and separated into organic waste and inorganic waste through a sorting machine. Organic waste can be processed into compost and leachate which can be used for things that are useful for the community. Waste management activities are very beneficial for the environment, but workers who carry out the process of collecting and sorting waste have the potential for accidents and diseases, especially if the implementation of K3 has not been carried out according to standards, the opportunity for this potential is even greater. Workers must get knowledge about the risks that may occur in the TPST 3R waste collection site, so that they are more aware of the importance of using personal protective equipment that is according to standards and preventing the transmission of waste-borne diseases. Keywords: Waste Management, Personal Protective Equipment, Occupational Health and Safety  (K3) ABSTRAK Tempat penampungan sampah terpadu reduce reuse recycle TPST 3R 012 Griya Bersih Asri merupakan salah satu diantara TPS yang ada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Proses Pengolahan sampah di TPST 012 diawali dengan melakukan pengangkutan sampah dari beberapa rumah menggunakan kendaraan pengangkut sampah. Kemudian sampah dikumpulkan dan dilakukan pemisahan menjadi sampah organik dan sampah anorganik melalui mesin pemilah. Sampah organik dapat diolah menjadi pupuk kompos dan air lindi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk hal-hal yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah sangat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan, namun bagi para pekerja yang melakukan proses pengumpulan dan pemilahan sampah memiliki potensi terjadinya kecelakaan dan penyakit, terlebih apabila pelaksanaan K3 belum dilakukan sesuai standar maka peluang untuk potensi tersebut semakin besar. Para pekerja harus mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai resiko bahaya yang mungkin dapat terjadi di tempat penampungan sampah TPST 3R, sehingga mereka lebih menyadari pentingnya menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai standar dan mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit bawaan sampah. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah, Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Kesehatan dan Keselamatan           Kerja (K3)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in teaching activities in the school environment, as well as teaching and learning activities (KBM) within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation which are carried out online at their respective homes. At times like this, there needs to be more intense coordination between the head of the foundation and staff, staff and staff and staff and students. Coordination can run well if done with good communication. Good communication is communication that is carried out in two directions and conveys messages from the sender of the message to the recipient of the message, for example messages from the chairman of the foundation to staff, messages from staff to staff, or messages from staff to students. Although learning activities are carried out online, there are some staff who sometimes have to come to the Foundation to complete work that cannot be done at home, so the Health protocol must be implemented while outside the home. The COVID-19 prevention health protocols include the 5M, namely: wearing masks, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining a minimum distance of 1 meter, staying away from crowds and limiting mobilization and interaction. The foundation must socialize the prevention by using a persuasive approach so that staff, educators, students and all parties within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation can get used to and be disciplined in carrying out health protocols. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Health Protocols, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM)  ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan perubahan dalam kegiatan mengajar di lingkungan sekolah, begitupun dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di lingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Jame Pekojan yang dilakukan secara online di rumah masing-masing. Di saat seperti ini perlu adanya koordinasi yang lebih intens baik antara ketua yayasan dengan staf, staf dengan staf maupun staf dengan siswa. Koordinasi dapat berjalan dengan baik jika dilakukan dengan komunikasi yang baik. Komunikasi yang baik adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan secara dua arah dan tersampaikannya pesan dari pengirim pesan kepada penerima pesan, misalnya pesan dari ketua yayasan kepada staf, pesan dari staf kepada staf, ataupun pesan dari staf kepada siswa. Meskipun kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online, namun ada beberapa staf yang terkadang harus datang ke Yayasan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang tidak dapat dilakukan di rumah, sehingga protokol Kesehatan harus dilaksanakan selama berada di luar rumah. Adapun protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 diantaranya melakukan 5M yaitu: memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir, menjaga jarak minimal 1 meter, menjauhi kerumunan serta membatasi mobilisasi dan interaksi. Pihak yayasan harus mensosialisasikan pencegahan tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan persuasif sehingga staf, tenaga pendidik, siswa dan seluruh pihak yang berada dilingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Jame Pekojan bisa membiasakan diri dan disiplin melakukan protokol kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Protokol Kesehatan, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Ruhama Foundation was established on March 23, 2012, located at Jalan Betet 1, Kampung Kebon Kopi, RT 03 RW 06, Pengasinan Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Human resources are the important meaning of a reality that every human individual is the most important element because it always exists in an organization. Culture provides an identity for members of the organization and evokes a commitment to beliefs and values greater than oneself. The performance of the foundation staff is the basis for the achievement of the foundation's goals and achievements. Foundation staff form an overall perception based on the characteristics of the organizational culture which include innovation, persistence, aggressiveness, results orientation, people orientation, attention to detail, and team orientation. The organizational culture of the foundation staff in continuously improving performance to consistently carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with existing provisions and regulations is expected to continue to develop potential, especially regarding various programs at the Ruhama Foundation, so that foundation staff are expected not only to have good performance , but can do professionally. The success of the foundation's staff performance is not only influenced by organizational culture, but also members of the organization are expected to be able to work together with other members to solve problems that arise in the organization, so it is necessary to establish effective and efficient teamwork within the foundation. With the formation of teamwork, it is hoped that the cooperation of the foundation staff will be higher, so that it will facilitate the achievement of the foundation's goals. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competitive Advantage, Foundation Staff ABSTRAK Yayasan Ruhama berdiri sejak 23 Maret 2012, beralamat di Jalan Betet 1 Kampung Kebon Kopi RT 03 RW 06 Desa Pengasinan Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Sumber daya manusia merupakan arti penting dari suatu realita bahwa setiap individu manusia merupakan elemen yang paling utama karena selalu ada dalam suatu organisasi. Budaya memberikan identitas bagi para anggota organisasi dan membangkitkan komitmen terhadap keyakinan dan nilai yang lebih besar dari dirinya sendiri. Kinerja staf yayasan merupakan dasar bagi pencapaian tujuan dan prestasi yayasan. Para staf yayasan membentuk persepsi keseluruhan berdasarkan karakteristik budaya organisasi yang antara lain meliputi inovasi, kematapan, keagresifan, orientasi hasil, orientasi orang, perhatian ke hal yang rinci, dan orientasi tim. Budaya organisasi staf yayasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja secara berkesinambungan untuk tetap konsisten melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang ada diharapkan untuk terus melakukan pengembangan potensi khususnya tentang berbagai program yang ada di Yayasan Ruhama, sehingga staf yayasan diharapkan tidak saja memiliki kinerja yang bagus, tetapi dapat melakukan secara profesional. Keberhasilan kinerja staf yayasan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, namun juga anggota organisasi diharapkan mampu bekerjasama dengan anggota yang lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul dalam organisasi, sehingga perlunya dibentuk teamwork yang efektif dan efisien dalam yayasan. Dengan adanya pembentukan teamwork diharapkan akan meningkatkan kerjasama staf yayasan lebih tinggi, sehingga akan memudahkan tercapainya tujuan yayasan.    Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Staf Yayasan

Abstract

Sampah terus mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk, oleh karena itu perlu adanya pendekatan dengan strategi komunikasi lingkungan untuk menekan volume sampah serta meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan. Diperlukan komunikasi lingkungan sebagai upaya mengomunikasikan kelestarian lingkungan hidup melalui strategi komunikasi lingkungan hidup yang dapat membangun kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat/industri terhadap lingkungan hidup. Edukasi pengolahan sampah kepada warga Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Kecamatan Gunung Sindur – Bogor dengan strategi komunikasi bank sampah Mutiara Madani. Karena sampah yang dianggap tidak berguna bisa menjadi masalah besar dalam kehidupan terutama di kota besar. Apabila bijak mengelola sampah dengan baik maka memiliki banyak manfaat, salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengelola sampah melalui bank sampah. Hal ini akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan. Dalam bank sampah Mutiara Madani, terbukti bahwa sampah dapat memberikan banyak keuntungan. Ini semua bisa tercapai dengan cara berkomunikasi dengan warga menggunakan strategi yang baik. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi lingkungan yang dijalanan oleh Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani dalam meningkatkan kepedulian Lingkungan. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani menerapkan komunikasi lingkungan melaluli 3 strategi : 1) Strategi penerima (Sasaran), yang menjadi target penerima (sasaran) ialah ibu rumah tangga. 2) Strategi Pesan, melalui sosialisasi memberikan pesanpesan lingkungan dan edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah. 3) Strategi Media, Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani menggunakan dua metode yaitu media komunikasi langsung yang dilakukan melalui pengadaan sosialisasi, sedangkan media komunikasi tidak langsung adalah melalui pemberian media cetak yaitu brosur sebagai bentuk edukasi melalui media tidak langsung. Dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) sesuai tema dan judul yang sudah dijelaskan di atas, di samping sebagai pemenuhan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, tim pengabdi juga mendapatkan pengalaman tentang mengedukasi Strategi Komunikasi dalam Menciptakan Kesadaran Masyarakat untuk Mendukung Program Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Kecamatan Gunung Sindur – Bogor. Kegiatan PKM ini diawali dengan memberikan ceramah dan pengarahan kepada para warga terutama ibu rumah tangga ini dikumpulkan pada suatu ruangan yang ada di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Kecamatan Gunung Sindur – Bogor dengan tim pengabdi untuk memberikan ceramah tentang materi kegiatan. Adapun materi yang diberikan terkait dengan mengedukasi Strategi Komunikasi dalam Menciptakan Kesadaran Masyarakat untuk Mendukung Program Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Kecamatan Gunung Sindur – Bogor. Kegiatan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan doorprize yang diberikan kepada pekerja. Pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini lebih banyak ditampilkan penjelasan-penjelasan mengenai edukasi Strategi Komunikasi dalam Menciptakan Kesadaran Masyarakat untuk Mendukung Program Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Kecamatan Gunung Sindur – Bogor.

Abstract

Podcasts as a digital audio medium have experienced rapid growth in recent years. Its flexible and accessible format makes it an effective tool for conveying information and building relationships with audiences.  Marketing communication is a means used in an effort to inform, persuade and remind consumers either directly or indirectly about the products and brands they sell. Marketing communication is a means used in an effort to inform, persuade and remind consumers either directly or indirectly about the products and brands they sell.  The purpose of this research is to determine the use of podcasts as a marketing communication tool: Case Study of Pamulang University New Student Admissions. This research uses interpretative qualitative research methods. There are several techniques that can be used for the data collection process. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, literature study. The research results show that Podcasts have become an effective medium in Pamulang University's marketing communications strategy. Through podcasts, universities can convey various important and interesting information to prospective students in a more personal and easily accessible way.  In addition, podcasts provide flexibility for prospective students to listen to information anytime and anywhere. The audio format presented in podcasts allows listeners to absorb information more comfortably compared to reading brochures or viewing promotional videos. Podcasts can create a stronger emotional connection with prospective students.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Village Head’s leadership style in infrastructure development in Cimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. Using a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, the research collected information through surveys, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that participative and situational leadership styles are more effective in increasing community engagement compared to the instructive (directing) style. Additionally, this approach accelerates the implementation of infrastructure development. Key factors determining the success of development include transparency in budget management, two-way communication, strengthening coordination systems between village officials and the community, and active community involvement in village programs. These findings highlight that adaptive and inclusive leadership can enhance the effectiveness of infrastructure development. As a recommendation, village governments should strengthen leadership capacity by prioritizing participation and transparency to ensure more inclusive and sustainable development. This is expected to improve overall community welfare and accelerate the achievement of village development goals effectively.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become an essential platform for business promotion, shifting traditional marketing toward digital channels. This study aims to examine the use of Instagram in promoting Casa Plants and Coffee, located in Pondok Cabe Pamulang, South Tangerang, and to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented through this social media platform. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through purposive sampling involving the business owner, social media managers, and active followers of Casa Plants and Coffee’s Instagram account. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews, direct observation of Instagram content and interactions, as well as questionnaires to capture follower perceptions and responses. The data were analyzed descriptively to evaluate the effectiveness of Instagram as a marketing communication tool. The findings reveal that Instagram’s diverse user base, ranging from teenagers to adults and various community groups, serves as an effective medium for visual storytelling through images and videos, enhancing product awareness in line with cognitive marketing concepts. The account’s caption language is crafted to be clear, engaging, and encourages follower interaction. Abstract

Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation Bogor has several obstacles in training students' self-confidence including inadequate infrastructure so that students' mastery of technology is still lacking, students' lack of competence in terms of technology mastery, students cannot recognize their strengths and competencies so they have low self confidence and afraid to make mistakes for example when expressing opinions in discussion forums or presentations they tend to be passive. It is recommended to the foundation to coordinate with parents in educating students, especially in terms of building self confidence, the foundation with educators collaborate and coordinate to strengthen the curriculum that prioritizes character education, the foundation strives to cooperate with various parties to improve technological facilities and infrastructure in facing and dealing with industry 5.0 by redesigning the curriculum used by adjusting to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Culture which considers the five potentialities
