Abstract

A product strategy or product strategy is a plan that identifies the aims and objectives of a product and then describes a vision for achieving these goals. It helps link the project's vision to the actual methods used to implement it. A product strategy maps out the critical benchmarks against the creation, marketing, and distribution of any concept you plan to sell. They also provide a central plan that people can refer to guide their efforts and refine their overall business strategy. The food business is a potential business at this time. Factors that need to be considered in facing competition in the restaurant business include product and price. If these two factors are getting better and more attractive, it can make customers feel satisfied. If customers are satisfied, they will be loyal to the restaurant. Abstract

The research objective was to evaluate the relationship between innovation and customer loyalty as a determining factor in the sustainability of the marketing of batik cloth products. Design / methodology / approach - using descriptive and verification methods. The design uses consumer report data from the objective test results of 100 consumers from 3000 populations. The responses measured include innovation and loyalty. Measured data diversity and analysis was performed using simple regression to estimate customer loyalty. Findings – diversity of innovation are important factors affecting consumer loyalty of batik cloth. Research limitations/implications - understanding the patterns that lead to product innovation diversity. Practical implications – diversity of innovation with loyalty. This diversity is a way to understand and explain antecedent innovation to increase consumer loyalty to batik cloth. Originality/value development innovation diversity to increase consumer loyalty. The conclusion shows that this variable has a significant effect, namely 68.6% of the innovation variable from the loyalty, while 31.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Currently, the industry in Indonesia is experiencing very rapid growth. Rapid industrial growth must balance efforts to control the possibility of potential hazards in the workplace. In Indonesia, occupational safety and health have a solid legal basis. All parties must implement them, whether workers, organizations or other related parties, to protect all parties. One of the efforts made to prevent hazards in the workplace is to improve occupational safety and health standards by implementing hazard identification and risk assessment. The study aims to analyze risk management to improve employee performance. It uses the direct observation method, namely by obtaining data directly at the company, and the literature study method, which gathers information by collecting literacy and reviewing the literature results based on the facts. When the risk is successfully suppressed as small as possible, it can reduce the potential danger posed and provide a sense of security and improve employee performance and productivity in working in the company. Risk Management on the employees' performance in PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, Cilacap-Central Java, has a substantial and significant influence. It is hoped that further researchers can use the study result as reference material for research related to job satisfaction and information or complementary studies.

Abstract

Communication acts as an instrument for everyone to interact both in formal and informal matters in daily life. The purpose of this study was to analyse organizational communication strategies in shaping the leadership character of the leaders of the Indramayu Oil and Gas Academy (AKAMIGAS). This study uses a qualitative approach, by determining the informants using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are using observation and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion that structured information dissemination using the institution's primary online media as a communication strategy, team work, and leadership competency training are strategies used to form leadership characters that must be nurtured by the organization. Based on the results that the author has carefully examined, by conducting observations and interviews in the organization of communication strategies conducted using downward communication and upward communication. With these two ways communication strategies can be carried out with leaders and subordinates as the creation of communication that influences the organization's progress
