Abstract

This research is intended to conduct a study of the strategies of conservation Bhisama the sanctity of the temple which is located in the heritage area in Taman Narmadagarden , Lombok Regency West. The conservation strategies relating to the effort to respond to the development of cultural tourism are relatively rapidly lately. This research is descriptive qualitative research designed in order to give an overview of the three related research focus, i.e. the background history of the Narmada, the management of the Narmada temple and Bhisama conservation strategy the sanctity of Narmada temple. Based on the results of the study found three findings fit the focus of the research. First, the historical background of the existence of the temple which is located in the middle of Narmada Park Reserve Narmada is closely related to the success of the kingdoms of Karangasem organize Government in Lombok. The construction of the Narmada Park by King of Karangasem at the time was as a place to do the rest of the Kings and their families there are some sites that were built during that time are sorted into two, namely, the sacred and the profane. The site which is found to have a level of purity is Kelasa Temple while profane is the garden as a place to do anjangsana (Entertainment). Secondly, manners Narmada temple in conducting religious ritual coordinate with three sub villages namely banjar works dharma bhakti gondawari, banjar jaya presak and youth community (truna banjar) Gondari. In the anniversary ceremony of the activities or ceremonial krama temple along with the coordination banjar third activity and its cost so that it runs successfully. Third, the strategy applied in conducting conservation Bhisma Holiness Temple is doing Setup holy places in accordance with the sanctity of the temple, Bhisma cooperating with related parties, and maintaining the sanctity of the temple by applying rules.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study of the implementation of the dewa yadnya (ceremony for God) which uses symbol of kebo as a means of upbringing on the pujawali (ceremony) in Gunung Pangsung Temple, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency. This research was designed in the form of qualitative descriptive research with the presentation of data in the form of words, sentences, opinions, and the like in order to find answers to the formulated problem. The focus of this research is to examine the form, function, and meaning of the implementation of the dewa yadnya (ceremony for God) which uses the kebo symbol as a means of upakara. Based on data and data analysis, this study found that the form of performing the ceremony of dewa yadnya (ceremony for God) using kebo animal as a symbol of ceremonial means in Gunung Pangsung Temple represented a belief system of Hindus by using symbolic forms in accordance with religious conditions inherited from ancestors in the past. This is as part of the realization of sradha and bhakti in order to improve the quality of their lives in this world. The function of performing the ceremony of the dewa yadnya that uses kebo as a symbol of the ceremony facilities at Gunung Pangsung Temple involves religious functions related to the implementation of beliefs, social togetherness functions to establish togetherness and the function of cultural preservation to continue the cultural traditions of the ancestral heritage. The meaning contained in the implementation of the ceremony of the dewa yadnya which uses kebo as a symbol of ceremonial means at Gunung Pangsung Temple concerns the meaning of increasing religious awareness, togetherness in performing rituals, and passing on the noble cultural values ​​of the past in order to improve the quality of their lives. Based on the above results, the implementation of dewa yadnya that uses the kebo symbol is very important as a medium for implementing Hindu beliefs in order to improve the quality of life needs to be preserved because it can bring togetherness in the father's rules that can create harmony among Hindus and contain elements of preservation cultural heritage of ancestors

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pelaksanaan gugatan sederhana dalam penyelesaian sengketa kredit di Pengadilan Negeri Kelas 1a Mataram, mengangkat permasalahan mengenai bagaimana pelaksanaan gugatan sederhana; kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan gugatan sederhana; serta upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan para pihak.Metode penelitian dilakukan secara normatif-empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute aprroach), pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Data yang diperoleh melalui metode observasi partisipan, wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan yaitu: tahap reduksi, display, dan verifikasi data, untuk selanjutnya data tersebut diinterpretasikan dengan memberikan makna sehingga didapatkan suatu kesimpulan.Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan pembahasan yaitu: (1) pelaksanaan gugatan sederhana mengacu pada ketentuan Pasal 5 Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 mulai dari pemeriksaan, tahapan penyelesaian dan batas waktu penyelesaian. Gugatan sederhana diperiksa dan diputus oleh hakim yang ditunjuk oleh Ketua Pengadilan. Tahapan penyelesaian gugatan sederhana meliputi pendaftaran, pemeriksaan kelengkapan, penetapan hakim dan panitera pengganti, pemeriksaan pendahuluaan, penetapan hari sidang dan pemanggilan para pihak, pemeriksaan sidang dan perdamaian, pembuktian dan putusan; (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian gugatan sederhana meliputi kurang koperatifnya para pihak dalam persidangan, kekuatan hukum penetapan hakim, masih belum meratanya informasi yang diketahui masyarakat terkait dengan keberadaan peraturan mahkamah agung yang digunakan sebagai pertimbangan hukum, singkatnya waktu penyelesaian dan nominal gugatan; dan (3) upaya hukum yang ditempuh hanya terbatas pada upaya hukum keberatan.
