Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and social interaction on the level of participation of Krama Banjar in Jagaraga Indah Village, Kediri District, West Lombok, both partially and simultaneously .This research is supported by cognitive theory, behavioristic theory, conflict theory, decision making theory, implementation theory, and evaluation theory. This study is a causal associative study with a population of banjar krama of four banjar totaling 311 krama banjar . The number of samples based on the calculation of the Roscoe formula is 104 banjar manners. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially interpersonal communication variables have no significant effect on the level of participation in banjar manners with a t- test result of 1.046 and a significant value of 0.298 > 0.05, while the social interaction variable has a significant effect on the level of participation of the banjar krama with the results of t count of 7.797 with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05. Simultaneously interpersonal communication and social interaction significantly influence the level of participation in banjar manners with an F count of 47.479 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that interpersonal communication is not going well to increase the participation of banjar manners , while social interaction goes well which can increase the participation of banjar manners . Interpersonal communication and social interaction can simultaneously increase the participation of Krama Banjar in Jagaraga Indah Village, Kediri District, West Lombok.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Devi Profesional Make Up sudah optimal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakann metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi dalam penelitian ini Devi Profesional Make Up sudah optimal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa promosi yang dilakukan seperti membuat instastory, memposting hasil riasan dan memberikan potongan harga diwaktu tertentu. Dengan rajin memposting hasil riasan dan koleksi baik melalui instastory maupun pada feed mengakibatkan akun instagram Devi Profesional Make Up terus bertambah yang dimana hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah followers pada bulan Agustus berjumlah 5.482 hingga bulan November ini bertambah sebanyak 277 hingga menjadi 5.759 pengikut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of cultural tourism in Buun Sejati Tourism Village, West Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, with a field study approach, namely mapping the potential and existing conditions of the Buun Sejati Tourism Village, then looking for links with the phenomena and concepts of cultural tourism. The data collection method used is divided into three: First, observation in the form of direct observation related to the existing condition of Buun Sejati Tourism Village as a cultural tourism destination. Second, interviews with managers, the public sector, Pokdarwis and local communities. Third, study documentation sourced from articles, books and references that are relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique uses an inductive approach to help interpret the various data obtained. The results of this study indicate that there are three indicators in the implementation of cultural tourism, including (1) Instilling tourism awareness to the younger generation. (2) Organizing cultural events. (3) Cultural Tourism through Sapta Pesona. However, there are obstacles in the implementation of cultural tourism, namely (1) the absence of certified human resources (2) the lack of cultural tourism facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah e-service quality dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat beli produk kesehatan pada SO CNI Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan SO CNI Mataram yang pernah berbelanja melalui marketpalace. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil uji secara parsial yaitu e-service quality memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 4,042 > dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,985 yang dapat dikatakan e-service quality berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada SO CNI Mataram. Selanjutnya e-satisfaction memiliki nilai thitung 12,540 > 1,985, yang menandakan e-satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk kesehatan pada SO CNI Mataram. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction memiliki nilai Fhitung 162,099 > dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,09, dapat disimpulkan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada SO CNI Mataram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan memperhatikan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction yang baik mampu meningkatkan minat beli produk pada SO CNI Mataram

Abstract

Main Purpose - This study aims to analyze the influence of communication dynamics, digital literacy, financial inclusion, financial attitudes, and financial experiences on the financial behavior of the Hindu generation in Mataram. Method - Data were processed using quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was 108 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Main Findings - Communication dynamics and financial inclusion do not significantly impact financial behavior but financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial experiences significantly influence financial behavior. Communication dynamics fail to exert influence on financial decision-making and behavior although financial institutions provide adequate access (financial inclusion) to financial services, the Hindu generation has yet to fully utilize this access in their financial transactions, resulting in limited benefits. This generation tends to make decisions on saving, borrowing, and spending based on personal history, including their experiences, attitudes, and financial literacy acquired through education, seminars, training, and knowledge from digital sources. Theory and Practical Implications - The implication of this study is to increase Hindu generations awareness of the importance of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial experiences in their financial behavior so that they can plan individual finances more carefully in the future. Novelty - The novelty of this research is to examine the influence of communication dynamics variable on the financial behavior of millennial and Z Hindus generations.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of work motivation effectiveness on turnover intention at PT BPR Prima Nadi. The main issue underlying this study is the high rate of turnover intention among employees, which is suspected to be related to suboptimal work motivation provided. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach, with a population of 105 people. The sample was determined using Slovin's formula and proportionate stratified random sampling technique, resulting in 51 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 software, with a series of statistical tests including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that, partially, work motivation has a significant effect on turnover intention; meaning, the higher the employees' work motivation, the lower their tendency to leave the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana beban kerja memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan pada PT Tunas Jaya Sanur Cabang Regional Mataram. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan karyawan, supervisor, dan pihak HR yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola terkait persepsi beban kerja, motivasi, dan hasil kinerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketidakseimbangan beban kerja antar divisi berdampak signifikan terhadap fokus, motivasi, dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Beban kerja yang berlebihan menyebabkan stres dan penurunan kinerja, sedangkan pembagian tugas yang seimbang meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa teori self-determination, strategi coping, serta praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang suportif berperan penting dalam menjaga produktivitas yang berkelanjutan. Disarankan agar manajemen menerapkan pembagian beban kerja yang adil, memperkuat komunikasi antar divisi, serta mengembangkan program kesejahteraan untuk mencegah burnout dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi jangka panjang.
