Abstract

Optimization of the cassava chopper machine can be done to minimize the consumption of electrical power required by the driving motor by changing the configuration of blade angle with rotation. This research was conducted experimentally by changing the angle of the knife on the chopper machine with an angle of 45, 60, and 90o. The rotation of the chopper shaft was varied by 150, 200, 250 rpm. Data was collected during the process by measuring the voltage and electric current on the motor using a digital avometer. In addition, video data and photos were collected using the camera. The results showed that the blade angle and rotation had an effect on the performance of the cassava chopper machine.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze asset management effectiveness and its impact on the fairness of the presentation of assets in the local government balance sheet. This research was conducted in 2019 with respondents who were the goods management apparatus at local government organizations in 27 local government in West Java Province. A total of 172 questionnaires were distributed and filled out by the goods management apparatus using the google form application. This research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression equation models with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the performance of asset management can be influenced by the commitment of the leadership, the competence of goods management employees, internal control, application of regional asset management information systems. The performance of regional asset management also has an impact on the fairness of the presentation of assets on the local government balance sheet.

Abstract

Pengelasan dapat dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok menurut klasifikasi metode kerjanya, yaitu pengelasan cair, pengelasan tekanan dan mematri. Metode pengelasan yang paling banyak digunakan adalah las busur cair (las busur) dan las gas. Ada 4 jenis las busur, yaitu las busur elektroda, las pelindung gas (TIG, MIG, las busur CO2), las tanpa pelindung gas, dan las busur terendam. Salah satu jenis las pelindung gas adalah Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kuat arus pengelasan terhadap kekerasan dan struktur mikro plat baja ST.42 ketebalan 5 mm yang dibuat kampuh V dan dilas dengan arus 70A, 75A dan 80A dengan las GMAW. Pada hasil uji arus 70A meiliki nilai kekerasan rata-rata daerah HAZ 75,6 HRa. Pada arus 75A nilai kekerasan rata-rata daerah HAZ 75,3 HRa. Dan pada arus 80A nilai kekerasan rata-rata daerah HAZ 78,2 HRa. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa besar kuat arus pengelasan GMAW yang lebih baik terhadap sambungan las pada baja ST.42 yaitu pada kuat arus 80Ampere karena memiliki rata-rata tingkat kekerasan dan jumlah butir mikrostruktur yang tinggi. Hal ini diakibatkan karena pengaruh pengelasan terdistribusi sesuai jarak dan titik pusat las.
