Abstract

The Influence of Physical Work Environment and Fatigue on Employee Performance at PT. Wanapotensi Nusa, Seram Bagian Barat Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of the physical work environment on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees, the significant influence of work fatigue on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that the t count of the physical work environment is 4,293 with a significance of 0.0 (significant), work fatigue has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that work fatigue has a t count of 5,553 with a significance of 0.0 (significant). The results of the R2 determination calculation obtained a value of 0.643, which means that 64%3 of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the physical work environment and work fatigue

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership style on employee performance with locus of control as a mediating variable at PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon. The population in this study consists of all leaders and employees of PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon, totaling 158 people. The research sample consists of 60 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Smart PLS 3 application, applying two analytical models: outer model and inner model. The results of the study show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transactional leadership significantly affects locus of control. Locus of control significantly influences employee performance. Locus of control serves as a partial mediator that helps strengthen the influence of transactional leadership on performance, although it does not fully mediate the relationship.

Abstract

Tujuan: untuk meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital pelaku UMKM di dusun Olas, pulau Seram, melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan media digital dan fintech sebagai sarana pemasaran dan pengembangan usaha guna memperluas akses pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Metode: kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan yang meliputi observasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan UMKM, sosialisasi dan edukasi digital, pelatihan berbasis praktik (learning by doing) dalam penggunaan media sosial, marketplace, dan sistem pembayaran digital, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi untuk memastikan implementasi digitalisasi berjalan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil: adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan digital pelaku UMKM di dusun Olas dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran, pembuatan konten promosi sederhana, serta penggunaan sistem pembayaran digital. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan pola pemasaran dari konvensional menuju digital yang ditandai dengan mulai aktifnya pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan produk secara online dan meningkatnya jangkauan pasar. Kesimpulan: program pengabdian berhasul meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan digital pelaku UMKM di dusun Olas serta mendorong terjadinya transformasi pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital. Kontribusi: memperluas akses pasar dan meningkatkan potensi daya saing usaha masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara berkelanjutan.
