Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap turnover intention karyawan CV.Gema Rejeki Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 orang karyawan CV.Gema Rejeki Ambon. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner pada responden. Data dianalisis dengan data yang menggunakan regresi berganda . Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (2) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap dimensi-dimensi komitmen organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Al Fatah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen afektif pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Ambon, stres kerja juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen normatif pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Ambon. Namun stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 100 employees at the Ambon Search and Rescue Office. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that professionalism was positive and significant to employee performance. Furthermore, the results also show that the organization's commitment is positive and significant to employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon at BPKP to provide suggestions regarding the problems faced by the personnel of the Maluku Province BPKP Representatives and to find out how much influence Human Relations and Organization Based Self Esteem had on the work ethics of the Maluku Province BPKP Representatives. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires and library research which is carried out regularly based on research objectives to BPKP employees of Maluku Province. The sample collection technique in this study used a saturated sample (non probability sampling), that is, by using all members of the population to be used as a sample. The results showed that (1) Human Relations had a significant positive effect on Work Ethics and (2) Organization Based Self Esteem had a positive effect. Significance of Work Ethics

Abstract

Pelatihan analisis statistika menggunakan XLSTAT ini diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa jurusan manajemen dalam mengolah dan menganalisis data statistik secara efektif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman konseptual agar mampu melakukan analisis data yang valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi sesi teori mengenai konsep dasar statistika, demonstrasi penggunaan XLSTAT, praktik analisis data dengan studi kasus nyata, serta diskusi dan evaluasi hasil. Pelatihan berlangsung selama dua hari dengan pembagian waktu yang seimbang antara materi dan praktik langsung. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan XLSTAT untuk berbagai jenis analisis statistik seperti analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis, regresi, dan analisis multivariat. Selain itu, peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep statistik dan kemampuan interpretasi hasil analisis yang lebih baik. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya budaya riset yang lebih kuat dan komunitas belajar analisis data di lingkungan jurusan manajemen. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik mahasiswa serta kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin mengandalkan data-driven decision making.

Abstract

The Influence of Physical Work Environment and Fatigue on Employee Performance at PT. Wanapotensi Nusa, Seram Bagian Barat Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of the physical work environment on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees, the significant influence of work fatigue on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that the t count of the physical work environment is 4,293 with a significance of 0.0 (significant), work fatigue has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that work fatigue has a t count of 5,553 with a significance of 0.0 (significant). The results of the R2 determination calculation obtained a value of 0.643, which means that 64%3 of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the physical work environment and work fatigue

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at how elements of supply chain management, such as information sharing, management leadership, customer engagement, and supplier engagement, impact employee job satisfaction in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ambon City. Data was collected through questionnaires that were distributed to owners, managers, and employees of MSMEs in the culinary and handicraft sectors. Quantitative approaches and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method were used to collect data. The results of the analysis show that management leadership and customer engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, sharing information, while having a positive effect, does not have a significant impact; Supplier involvement has a negative and insignificant effect. The results show that to improve job satisfaction, internal communication and supply chain integration must be improved, as well as more participatory leadership and more responsive relationships with customers. In an effort to improve employee welfare and the competitiveness of MSMEs in Ambon, this study provides practical implications for MSME managers and other stakeholders
