Abstract

The Influence of Physical Work Environment and Fatigue on Employee Performance at PT. Wanapotensi Nusa, Seram Bagian Barat Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of the physical work environment on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees, the significant influence of work fatigue on the performance of PT Wanapotensi Nusa employees. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that the t count of the physical work environment is 4,293 with a significance of 0.0 (significant), work fatigue has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the results of the regression analysis showing that work fatigue has a t count of 5,553 with a significance of 0.0 (significant). The results of the R2 determination calculation obtained a value of 0.643, which means that 64%3 of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the physical work environment and work fatigue

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership style on employee performance with locus of control as a mediating variable at PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon. The population in this study consists of all leaders and employees of PT. Telkom Akses Area Ambon, totaling 158 people. The research sample consists of 60 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Smart PLS 3 application, applying two analytical models: outer model and inner model. The results of the study show that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transactional leadership significantly affects locus of control. Locus of control significantly influences employee performance. Locus of control serves as a partial mediator that helps strengthen the influence of transactional leadership on performance, although it does not fully mediate the relationship.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis kompetensi menjadi salah satu langkah penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat, terutama dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah literature review untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai konsep, strategi, dan praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis kompetensi untuk meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat. Pendekatan literature review memberikan landasan teoritis yang kuat yang memungkinkan program pengabdian dirancang dengan lebih tepat sasaran dan berbasis bukti ilmiah. Berdasarkan literature review ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM berbasis kompetensi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat. Pengembangan kompetensi yang terfokus melalui pengabdian masyarakat dapat membantu masyarakat mengakses peluang kerja yang lebih baik, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memfasilitasi kewirausahaan lokal yang berkelanjutan.
