Abstract

Human resources are a resource needed by an organization, because human resources are sources that play an active role in running of an organization and decision-making process. The existence of human resources in a company or government agency plays a very important role. By improving quality of human resources, it is expected that employees can work productively and professionally so that employee's work performance is expected to be more satisfactory according to required work standards. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, job training and punishment on work performance of non-civil servant employees. The case study of this research is at DPRD Secretariat of Merangin Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, sample of this research is non-civil servant employees at DPRD Secretariat of Merangin Regency. This sampling uses non-probability sampling. The tool used to collect data is in form of a questionnaire consisting of 40 questions, data is analyzed using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, R2 Determination Coefficient Test, Multiple Multiple Regression Analysis Test, Partial Hypothesis Testing ( T-test), Simultaneous Hypothesis Testing (F-Test). The results of this study indicate that dependent variable work environment (X1), job training (X3) and punishment (X4) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect excellent service and community satisfaction partially and simultaneously the process of making E-Ktp. The type of research this research associative with the form of a causal relationship, a causal relationship a relationship that causal in nature, so here there are independent variables and dependent variables. data collection technique used was questionnaire submitted the respondents, namely the people who came take care of making E-KTP the Tebo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and field documentation. The results showed that excellent service has a significant effect and has a positive direction towards the e-KTP making process with t_ (count) 4.184> t_ (table) 1.98609. Community satisfaction has a significant effect and has a positive direction towards the process of making e-ID card with t_ (count) 3.112> 〖t〗 _ (table) 1.98609. Excellent service and community satisfaction simultaneously (together) have significant effect on the e-ID card making process with F_count 26.328> F table 3.09. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2), it is known that the contribution provided by excellent service and community satisfaction to employee performance is 36.4%, while the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion is that excellent service and community satisfaction have a partial and simultaneous effect on the e-ID card making process, because the value of t_ (count) 〖> t〗 _ (table.) And the value of F_count> F table and has a positive relationship direction.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa banyak menggunakan scarlett walaupun tergolong mahal, mahasiswa banyak yang membeli scarlett karena melihat tren (viral) atau terpengaruh oleh rayuan teman , mahasiswa banyak yang menonton video tutorial pemakaian scarlett di youtube, namun mereka kurang memperhatikan secara detail, mahasiswa banyak yang beranggapan jika menggunakan skincare scarlett akan membuatnya lebih glowing seperti influencer scarlett, dan mahasiswa membeli produk scarlett tanpa mencari informasi dari pihak lain yaitu ke dokter kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh social media influencer, viral marketing, dan content marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk scarlett whitening melalui aplikasi youtube (studi kasus mahasiswa undhari angkatan 2019-2022). Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial social media influencer, viral marketing, dan content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian produk scarlett whitening melalui aplikasi youtube. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa secara simultan social media influencer (X1), viral marketing (X2), dan content  marketing (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk scarlett whitening melalui aplikasi youtube (Y).   Kata Kunci: social media influencer, viral marketing, content marketing, keputusan pembelian, youtube

Abstract

The development of the economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, as the population increases, the need for jobs also increases, every human being has needs to survive, and needs employment to meet his needs in order to earn money. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in umkm in sungai rumbai sub-district. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation, while the dependent variable is business performance. The results show that the variables of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on business performance as evidenced by fcount (77.533) > ftabel (3.101). The entrepreneurial competency variable is indicated by the results of the t value of 5.604 and t table 1.662 where t count is greater than t table (5.604> 1.662) and the level of significance value is less than alpha (0.000 <0.05), it can be obtained Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The entrepreneurial orientation variable t value is 4.150 and t table 1.662 where t count is greater than t table (4.150> 1.662) this shows that the independent variable of entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of business performance, and the level of significance is less than alpha (0.000 <0.05) it can be obtained Ho is rejected and H2 accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to test or analyze the influence that work experience, training and work environment have on employee career development. The analytical method in this research is to use a quantitative method by collecting questionnaire data. The respondents used as samples in this research were taken from employees of PT. Bina Pratama Sakatojaya has 52 employees. The type of data used in this research is primary data, the data collection method used was a questionnaire and processed using SPSS 20. Based on the T test, it shows that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on career development, training has a negative and significant effect on career development, and the environment. work has a positive and significant effect on career development. Based on the F test, the results obtained show that together the variables of experience, training and work environment have a significant influence on career development. Based on the determinant coefficient (R2), it shows that work experience, training and work environment on career development is 95.7%, while 4.3% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruhkebijakan dividen, kepemilikan manajerial, dan pertumbuhan (growth) terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2022–2024. Struktur modal merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen keuangan karena menentukankomposisi pendanaan perusahaan, baik yang berasal dari modal sendirimaupun pinjaman. Faktor internal seperti kebijakan dividen dan kepemilikan manajerial, serta faktor eksternal berupa peluangpertumbuhan, diyakini berperan dalam membentuk keputusan pendanaanyang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode kausal, memanfaatkan data sekunder dari laporan keuangantahunan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dan terdiri dari 6 perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisisdata dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda disertai uji asumsi klasikuntuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapstruktur modal. Manajerial Ownership tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap struktur modal. Growth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap strukturmodal. ketiga variabel independen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadapstruktur modal. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen terbuktiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Penelitian inimenyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan dividen dan growth merupakan faktordominan dalam pembentukan struktur modal perusahaan manufaktur, sementara manajerial ownership memiliki kontribusi yang relatif kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow, return on equity, and net profit on stock prices of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of cash flow, return on equity, and net profit on stock prices of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The method used is quantitative, The data used in this study were obtained from the annual published financial reports of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The sample size was 10 construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, selected through purposive sampling. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that cash flow (X1) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the return on equity (X2) and net profit (X3) variables do not have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. The predictive ability of the three independent variables on stock prices is 28.3% as indicated by the size of the adjusted R Square, the remainder is explained by other variables outside the research model.
