Abstract

Stemming is a process to return a derivative word into its root word by eliminating the affixes. This is necessary to support a better information retrieval system. Some research on stemming algorithm, including algorithm Nazief & Adriani and Porter. Each stemmer has advantages and disadvantages of each. The purpose of this study is to compare the two stemmers, so it is known which algorithm is better to support information retrieval system. This research mostly applied literature study with reference to research conducted by Asian Jelita and Fadillah Z Tala. Test documents obtained from online news sites (detik.com). The process of analysis is done by calculating the number of correct results and experiencing stemming errors (over stemming, under stemming, unchanged, spelling exception), then comparing the result and time of the process, so it will be known which stemmer is better to support information retrieval system.

Abstract

Defense Industry Policy Committee (KKIP) is a Committee representing the Government to coordinate national policies in the planning, formulation, implementation, control, synchronization, and evaluation in the defense industry. The Government has made some policies related to human resources, pegembangan technology, collaboration, coaching, financing and marketing. In this study, researchers will focus on kebijakaan which has been made of the Government in the field of human resources, cooperation, Pembiayaaan and marketing. The purpose of this research is to know which policy is more dominant in the growing production tool national defence equipment. The researchers used a method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to find a policy which is more dominant, conducting interviews with relevant parties. The results of this research show that the boost in production of defense equipment is the policy in terms of human resources which encompasses training/education, expertise and komptensi for penguasaaan defense industry technology. Abstract

Global phenomena highlight the increasing attention to entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic growth (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth). On a local level, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the challenge of low entrepreneurial intention, which has the potential to exacerbate youth unemployment rates. This study aims to explore entrepreneurship learning strategies and the contribution of teacher behavior in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two key elements—innovative learning strategies and teacher behavior as role models—which have been minimally discussed in previous literature. The urgency of this research stems from its contribution to SDG 4 (Quality Education), by strengthening entrepreneurship education as a foundation for developing a competitive workforce. The method employed in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software based on selected keywords. The findings indicate that project-based and collaborative learning approaches enable students to directly experience real-world business challenges, such as developing business ideas and working in teams to solve practical problems. Teacher behavior, serving as both facilitator and motivator, plays a crucial role in encouraging students to dream big, believe in their abilities, and view entrepreneurship as an attractive career path. The implications of this research provide practical insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective entrepreneurship curricula while supporting the SDG agenda, particularly in promoting quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes to the reinforcement of sustainable entrepreneurship education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi Otomotif di Indonesia semakin berkembang pesat. Hal ini mengikuti kondisi masyarakat Indonesia sekarang yang memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi yang menuntut adanya sarana transportasi yang memadai. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi mesin kendaraan, maka tuntutan kebutuhan bahan bakar dengan nilai oktan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mesin semakin meningkat. Zat aditif digunakan untuk memberikan peningkatan sifat dasar tertentu yang telah dimilikinya. Perumusan masalah adalah pengaruh penambahan zat aditif terhadap emisi gas buang. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel bebas yaitu  prosentase campuran zat aditif dan premium sedangkan  variabel terikat berupa  emisi gas buang. data yang diperoleh akan diplotkan pada grafik. dan akan dijadikan acuan untuk menilai besarnya pengaruh pemakaian zat aditif terhadap emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan. Dengan menggunakan zat aditif pada mesin maka dapat diketahui pengaruhnya terhadap emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan akan jauh lebih bagus dan ramah lingkungan dari pada tanpa penggunaan zat aditif. Dengan penambahan zat aditif  akan memperbaiki proses pembakaran yang akan menurunkan kadar CO, CO2, HC, meningkatkan konsumsi oksigen (O2) dan akan menghilangkan senyawa NOx  sesuai dengan penambahan rpm. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapat bahwa penurunan senyawa emisi gas buang yang signifikan terjadi pada CO dari 2,982 turun menjadi 1,372 pada rpm 4000 dengan penambahan zat aditif 100%, sedangkan untuk O2 mengalami kenaikan dari 13,14 menjadi 15,52 pada rpm 4000 dengan penambahan zat aditif 100 %.   Kata kunci:  Zat aditif, emisi gas buang, mesin sepeda motor
