Abstract

This study is a quantitative study using brand trust and price variables as independent variables, while purchasing decisions are dependent variables. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires given to 400 respondents who are skintific Instagram followers. Respondents were selected using the non-probability sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that brand trust and price, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is hoped that companies can build consumer trust and set prices that are in accordance with product quality. This can support consumers in making repeat purchases of products offered by skintific.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan wali murid dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di KB-TK Rainbow Nganjuk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23 versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel harga memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,539 > 0,05 sehingga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Ha ditolak). Variabel kualitas produk memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,124 > 0,05 yang berarti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Ha ditolak). Sementara itu, variabel promosi memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Ha diterima). Secara simultan, hasil uji F memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 18,156, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan wali murid dalam menyekolahkan anaknya (Ha diterima). Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,325 mengindikasikan bahwa sebesar 32,5% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

The background of this activity is the gap between active craftsmen and new craftsmen. This is a concern for weaving actors/craftsmen in Barong hamlet, Kedungrejo village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk regency. If no action is taken, the weaving culture will become extinct. On the one hand, weaving is a cultural heritage that must be maintained and preserved, but on the other hand, weaving is a promising source of income. Carrying out training activities to improve human resources for these weaving craftsmen means that two goals can be achieved at once, namely preserving ancestral culture and improving the welfare of weaving craftsmen which will have an impact on the community in general. The method chosen in implementing this activity was to provide basic weaving training for beginners, which continued with training so that it was hoped that they could become proficient. This activity was carried out in Barong hamlet, Kedungrejo village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk regency. The result of implementing this activity was the growth of new craftsmen who started from beginners/laymen about weaving and are now able to increase family income through weaving crafts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion using social media and word of mouth marketing on purchasing decisions for beauty clinic services. This research is belonging to quantitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that at this time, promotions using social media and word of mouth marketing influence purchasing decisions still, either partially or simultaneously. From these results, social media is still effectively used as a tool on promoting products. Word of mouth marketing also has an effective influence in affecting purchasing decisions. Where consumers still trust the recommendations of their close environment on products buying decision. Kata Kunci: social media, word of mouth marketing, buying decision

Abstract

Research aim: This study aims to test the influence of the Double Track Culinary Arts and Double Track Make-up Programs on increasing the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI students at SMAN 1 Berbek. Method: This study's population consisted of 60 Double-Track participants. The saturated sampling technique was used for sampling. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Research Finding: The study's results show that the Double Track Culinary Arts and Double Track Make-up Arts variables have a positive effect on increasing the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI students at SMAN 1 Berbek. Originality: This research provides a more detailed picture of the Double Track program's influence on increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Research Aim : This study aims to identify the technology adoption factors that influence purchase decisions among Shopee users. Method: This study employs a quantitative methodology incorporating causality techniques. The population in this study is the community of Gejagan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with 358 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression Results: The results show that technology adoption factors have an effect on purchase decisions among Shopee users in the community of Gejagan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. Abstract

One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its goals is human resources. Human beings as a resource must be able to complete organizational tasks effectively, efficiently, and productively. The effective, efficient, and productive completion of these organizational tasks depends on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work discipline and office facilities on employee performance in Rejoso District of Nganjuk Regency. This research belong to quantitative research. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The research had several results based on data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study refer to the hypothesis that has been formulated. The first results showed that work discipline partially affected employee performance. The second result showed that office facilities partially affected employee performance. The third result shows that work discipline and office facilities affected employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine if any or not the influence of cooperative image and service quality toward cooperative members satisfaction. This research method adopts a quantitative research method. Data collection techniques by interviewing, documenting, and providing questionnaires to cooperative members. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research provides a result that cooperative image and service quality partially affect cooperative members satisfaction. The results also show that cooperative image and service quality have a simultaneous effect on cooperative members satisfaction. The cooperative image has the greatest influence on the cooperative members satisfaction. It is so important to maintain the cooperative image remain positive, so that members feel satisfied. Maintaining the cooperative image is the same as maintaining the loyalty of members to entrust their every economic need to the cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Privacy, Security and Consumer Trust in Purchases on the Lazada co.id Marketplace in Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study are Lazada co.id Marketplace consumers in Nganjuk Regency who have made purchases at Lazada. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed to 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. In the study using the SPSS 25 application. Methods in data analysis using Instrument Test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2).  Based on testing on the F test it was concluded that there was a simultaneous effect between Privacy, Security and Trust on Purchase Decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace and the results of the t test showed that Privacy, Security and Trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Lazada co.id Marketplace.
