Abstract

This research a study transverse cracking that occurred on the floor structure of the pile slab type bridge located at JORR W1 Kebon Jeruk toll road. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capacity of the bridge floor structure that had damaged by cracks and weather its remains are in a safe condition or not. The research method is carried out by analyzing the calculation of loading that occurred in an actual condition that had cracked by modeling on structural analysis program with standard SNI 1725:2016 and actual loads that acted on the structure, then evaluating the moment capacity of the structure based on installed reinforcement and evaluating deflection from inspection results based permissible deflection. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the structure experienced a moment failure due to the actual load with a load magnitude of 18,07 tons, the moment due to the actual load on the negative moment region was 34,47 tons.m and the positive moment region was 37,46 tons.m, compared to the moment capacity of structure successively which was 25,52 tons.m and 29,16 tons.m. However, for the results of the analysis of the standard load of 11,25 tons, the moment capacity of the structure was able to withstand the ultimate moment due to the reactor load successively being 22,82 tons.m and 24,37 tons.m, whereas for the deflection test results of 0,46 mm remained in a safe condition without exceeding the L/800 permit deflection of 4,76 mm. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the structure is overloaded and in the future, the structural ability must be improved and it is necessary to strengthen the bridge floor structure to be able to increase the capacity of the structure so that it can withstand the working load.

Abstract

Makalah ini memaparkan tentang model jembatan berbahan pelat, baik untuk girder maupun untuk lantainya. Keduanya dibentuk orthotropic yang menyilang. Girder dibentuk orthotropic arah memanjang jembatan, dan lantai dibentuk orthotropic arah melintang jembatan. Untuk menambah kekakuan girder, maka diatas lantai orthotropic dipasang beton bertulang cor ditempat. Tipe struktur ini diberi nama Plate Girder Tipe U (PGU) orthotropic komposit. Untuk membuktikan apakah beton bertulang yang dipasang diatas lantai orthotropic dapat menambah kekakuan, maka dibuat model jembatan dengan skala 1:10. Model jembatan di uji pembebanan. Uji pembebanan dilakukan terhadap PGU orthotropic non komposit dan terhadap PGU orthotropic komposit. Hasil uji pembebanan menunjukkan bahwa PGU orthotropic komposit memiliki daya layan sebesar 2,7 kali dari daya layan PGU orthotropic non komposit

Abstract

Gedung F RSUD Kota Depok dibangun pada tahun 2013, namun pembangunannya terhenti ketika kemajuan fisik bangunan saat itu baru mencapai kolom lantai satu. Pembangunan gedung ini rencananya akan dilanjutkan kembali untuk menambah jumlah kamar rawat inap di RSUD Kota Depok. Karena gedung ini sudah lama tidak dirawat, maka kondisi keamanannya perlu diperiksa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi keamanan kapasitas penampang Gedung F RSUD Kota Depok. Elemen struktur yang akan dievaluasi hanya struktur bagian atas, seperti pelat lantai, balok, dan kolom. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pemodelan dan analisis struktur gedung menggunakan Tekla Structural Designer dan pengecekan manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kapasitas penampang struktur beton bertulang Gedung F tidak aman karena rasio tulangan pada pelat tidak memenuhi persyaratan, tulangan longitudinal pada balok B1 tidak cukup kuat menahan momen, dan kolom K2 dan K3 tidak mampu menahan momen akibat balok.

Abstract

Cracking was observed on pier head P85-84 S of the JORR W1 Kebon Jeruk toll road, caused by an increase in span length and loading conditions that exceeded the original design specifications. This resulted in bending moments greater than those accounted for in the initial design, prompting the need for a structural capacity evaluation of the pier head. This study aims to assess whether pier head P85-84 S remains capable of withstanding the applied loads. The evaluation was conducted by analyzing the required reinforcement area, cross-sectional dimensions, and nominal moment capacity in comparison to the ultimate moment, using SAP2000 software. The analysis revealed that the pier head's capacity is inadequate. Under standard loading conditions, deficiencies of 1D19 and 5D19 were found in the bottom support and mid-span reinforcement, respectively. Under actual loading conditions, the reinforcement deficiencies increased to 2D19 at the bottom support and 8D19 at mid-span. Additionally, the comparison between the nominal and ultimate moment showed that the ultimate moment caused by the applied loads reached 71.12 ton·m, while the nominal moment was only 44.01 ton·m. These findings indicate that the current structure is insufficient to resist the existing loads. Therefore, structural strengthening is required, which may include the use of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), steel plate bonding, or external prestressing.

Abstract

The suitability between expectations and reality of the quality of education students get during college affects students' perceptions of education quality in a study program. Information on the achievement of the implementation of main courses subjects and the teaching and learning process can be used as a basis for evaluating and mapping the gaps between the curriculum and the teaching and learning process with the required competencies. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of core subjects' learning outcomes in the D3 KS and D3 KG Pograms, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ. The method used in this research is the survey method, with purposive random sampling and descriptive analysis approach. Meanwhile, the performance and gap analysis use the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results denote that the students' perceptions of the learning outcomes of the main courses of the D3 KG and D3 KS Programs, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ showed promising results. The IPA analysis shows that six of the seven D3 KG Study Program main courses are in Quadrant II, and six of the eight D3 KS Program main courses are also in Quadrant II.
