Abstract

The family approach is the development of a home visit by the public health center effort. one of the activities is community management support system in supporting a culture of healthy living in the family. Family support is needed to behave in the consumption of vegetables and fruit every day. Clean and healthy living behavior in the household or family structure is one of the goals in clean and healthy behavior. There are 10 indicators of clean and healthy behavior in family settings, one of them is the consumption of vegetables and fruit every day. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and the consumption of vegetables and fruits in children. The research design used in this study is research cross sectional. The research sample is Golden Christian School elementary school students. The time of the study was in May and June 2018. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between emotional and assessment support for vegetable and fruit consumption behavior in children. There is a significant relationship between instrumental support and information support with vegetable and fruit consumption behaviors in children, respectively p-value 0.015 and 0.041. It is recommended that the school provide knowledge to parents whose children are vulnerable not to consume vegetables and fruits in order to support the healthy indonesia program with a family approach.

Abstract

Knowledge or cognitive domain is very important for the formation of a person's actions. Knowledge is the main basis for treatment and prevention of diabetes perfect. Someone who has less knowledge about diabetes mellitus will be difficult to prevent the occurrence of diabetes and if a person suffering from diabetes with less knowledge will easily suffer complications of diabetes. Identifying Knowledge Relationships with Self-Management Patient Diabetes Militus in Poli Disease dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya. This research is quantitative questionnaires. The study design used in the form of cross-sectional analysis, the measurement and data collection only at one time.Measured variables, namely the relationship between knowledge as independent variables and self-management of diabetes mellitus as the dependent variable. Results of the analysis above shows respondents who have a good knowledge with good self-management (82.2%). While knowledge is good with a poor self-management amounted to (17.8%). The results of the analysis the table showed there (48.1%) who had a poor knowledge with good self-management. While knowledge was poor with poor self-management amounted to (51.9%). This study suggests knowledge of Diabetes Militus patients in Poli Disease dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya in getting significant value p-value of 0.002 or <0.05 that means there is a close relationship between knowledge and self-management of patients with diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a group of symptoms that arise in a person caused by an increase in blood glucose levels due to reduced insulin secretion are progressive background by the retention of insulin. Gymnastics diabetic foot is needed in the management of diabetes mellitus, regular physical exercise can lower blood sugar levels. To examine the effect of diabetic foot gymnastics to decrease blood sugar levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus as type 2 Clubs Prolanis Sanang Barigas BPJS Palangkaraya. Method This study is a quantitative research study design Preexperimental Design, the design of the study one-group pre-post-test design. The number of respondents 30 people. Retrieving data using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. Statistical test using the Wilcoxon Signed RankTest. Results Statistical test results obtained Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test average value (mean) pretest / before gymnastics at 6:06 and posttest leg / foot after gymnastics at 18.93 while the value of the probability p value or sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05 (0.00 less than 0.05) so that Ho refused and Ha accepted which means there is a significant difference between random blood sugar levels before and after exercisefeet. Conclusion regular physical exercise and the effect on blood sugar levels drop as in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in prolanis club Sanang barigas BPJS Palangkaraya. so that exercisers diabetic foot is needed in the management of diabetesmellitus.

Abstract

Physical exercise is one of the pillars of diabetes management that needs to be cultivated, because there are many benefits that can be felt by people with DM. The number of benefits that can be felt by patients with DM, it is very necessary activeness of DM patients in doing one gym gymnastics. Activity of DM patients can also be influenced by several factors one of which is family support. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship of family support with the activity of following gymnastics in people with diabetes mellitus type two. Thisused study observational research Cross Sectional. Instruments include family support questionnaires and liveliness forms. The population in this study were members of Club Prolanis Diamen Barigas BPJS Office Palangka Raya who experienced DM and samples in the study were two types of DM patients who followed the gymnastics activities as much as 30 respondents using sampling technique that is total sampling. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis usingtest Chi-Square. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between family support and activeness following gymnastics in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus At Club Prolanis Diamen Barigas BPJS Office Palangka Raya, with the result of statistical test of continuity correction known that significance p value of 0,046 with α < (0.05). There is a relationship between family support and active follow gymnastics in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Club Prolanis Diamen Barigas BPJS Palangka Raya.
