Abstract

The study was conducted on 125 offices of SimpangMamplam District Bireuen Regency. With the aim of knowing and measuring 1) the influence of leadership on the performance of the Apparatus, 2). the influence of motivation on the performance of the Apparatus, 3). the effect of the work discipline on the performance of the Apparatus, and 4). the effect of competence on theperformance of the Apparatus. The research method used is a quantitative verification approach, with a path analysis method. Descriptively, the results of the study showed that there was support from the Camat Leadership on performance reaching 79.68 percent, this should be optimized again so that employees received clear directions and the Camat's concern for the performance of its employees. Likewise from work motivation, work discipline, and employee competency factors. It appears that the motivation of new employees reached 69.70 percent, while the level of employee discipline reached 74.65 percent. but the level of competence has only reached 70 percent. The results of the path analysis, with a 95 percent confidence level, the results showhat 1). There is an influence of aspects of the Camat Leadership to improve employee performance, both direct influence and indirect influence through work motivation, work discipline, and competency support owned by employees, by 19.98 percent. 2) there is a significant influence between motivation and performance by 21.03 percent.3). While the influence of employee discipline on employee performance, both the direct contribution of factors, as well as the relationship with motivation support, employee competence, and Camat Leadership, amounted to 16.84%. 4) And competency factor which is no less importantfactor that must be owned by employees contributes to the improvement of the performance of Simpang Mamplam District Office staff in the Bireuen Regency by 18.35 percent. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.578 explains that thecontribution of aspects of camat leadership, work motivation, work discipline and employee competence to Performance amounted to 57.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pemikiran Syeikh Muda Wali Al-Khalidy dalam Pengembangan Tasawuf dan Pendidikan Islam Di Aceh. Penulisan artikel ini dilatar belakangi oleh keinginan dari penulis untuk mengetahui bagaimana Ulama Syeikh Muhammad Wali Dalam mengembangkan Tasawuf dan juga pendidikan Islam di aceh. Pemikiran tasawuf Syaikh Muhammad Waly telah banyak memengaruhi berbagai khazanah tasawuf ketika itu dan memberikan peranan yang besar dalam khazanah ilmu tasawuf di Aceh melalui beberapa karya yang telah dihasilkan dan pesantren Darussalam Al-Waliyah sebagai karya besar yang telah melahirkan ulama-ulama besar tersebar di seluruh Aceh tentunya. Jenis penelitian ini Penelitian Kepustakaan (Libarary Research) dengan metode dalam pencarian, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis sumber data untuk diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk laporan Penelitian Kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Syaikh Haji Muda Muhammad Waly Al-Khalidy merupakan seorang ulama besar Aceh abad XX,di lahirkan pada tahun 1917 di desa Blangporoh kecamatan Labuhan Haji, kabupaten Aceh Selatan, memiliki kekhususan dan kelebihan. Ia dengan Pesantren Darussalam Labuhan Haji telah mengantarkan pribadinya yang bukan saja sebagai pendidik, tetapi lebih dari itu, sebagai "penerang jalan" menuju Tuhan dengan Tarekat Naqsabandiyah yang dikembangkannya. Pesantren Darussalam Al-Waliyah Labuhan Haji Aceh Selatan telah melahirkan ulama-ulama besar dari dahulu sampai sekarang, bahkan rata-rata ulama besar yang ada di Aceh merupakan alumni Pesantren Darussalam Al-Waliyah ini. Kata Al-Waliyah merupakan nisbah kepada nama Syeikh Muda Waly yaitu Muhammad Waly Al-Khalidy. Syeikh Muda Waly meninggalkan 2 buah pusaka selain karangannya yaitu Pesantren Darussalam Al-Waliyah yang masih eksis sampai sekarang dan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Al-Waliyah yang masih diamalkan sampai sekarang ini di Pesantren-Pesantren di Aceh.

Abstract

The importance of effective Qur'anic reading instruction in shaping students' religious understanding and literacy skills. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of Qur'anic learning methods in improving students' reading skills at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banggai. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design to measure the effect of learning methods on improving the ability to read the Qur'an. The research subjects were 4th grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banggai consisting of 30 students, which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection methods used Al-Qur'an reading tests before and after treatment, as well as observation of the learning process applied. The learning methods used in this study were the iqra' and tahsin methods which focused on improving the technique of reading and pronouncing the hijaiyah letters correctly. The collected data were analysed using paired sample t-test to determine the significant difference between the test scores before and after treatment. The results showed a significant improvement in students' Qur'an reading ability after the implementation of the intended learning method. The average student test score increased from 60 to 85 after the application of the method. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Qur'anic learning method used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Banggai is effective in improving students' reading ability

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan masalah serius yang mempengaruhi berbagai sektor dalam masyarakat, termasuk pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi korupsi secara efektif, pendidikan anti korupsi harus dimasukkan ke dalam kurikulum, terutama di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Pendidikan anti korupsi bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan korupsi dengan keberanian. Kajian ini termasuk kajian kualitatif (library research). Hasil kajian ini ditemukan bahwa keberanian merupakan elemen penting dalam melawan korupsi. Pendidikan ini memberikan mahasiswa pemahaman tentang pentingnya anti korupsi, jenis-jenis korupsi, dan dampaknya. Selain itu, pendidikan ini juga mengembangkan kemampuan kritis mahasiswa untuk menganalisis dan mencari solusi terhadap masalah korupsi. Keberanian dalam pendidikan anti korupsi melibatkan berbagai aspek, seperti keberanian melaporkan korupsi, berpartisipasi dalam gerakan anti korupsi, dan mempertahankan integritas pribadi. Hal ini mendorong mahasiswa untuk menjadi agen perubahan dalam memerangi korupsi di berbagai tingkatan, baik di kampus maupun di masyarakat. Dalam pendidikan anti korupsi, keberanian tidak hanya berarti tindakan heroik, tetapi juga melibatkan sikap dan tindakan konsisten dalam memerangi korupsi serta menjunjung tinggi integritas. Keberanian ini membangun generasi mahasiswa yang tangguh dan bertanggung jawab dalam menghadapi tantangan korupsi di masa depan. Dengan memahami pentingnya keberanian dalam pendidikan anti korupsi, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat menjadi motor perubahan yang kuat dalam melawan korupsi dan mewujudkan tatanan masyarakat yang bersih dan bermartabat.
