Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on people in all walks of life and sectors of life. The impact felt by the community is not only limited to the public health sector, but also includes other sectors such as the economy and education. The economic sector is marked by a decrease in MSME income due to the policy of limiting social interaction. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic that entered Indonesia caused various sectors to be affected by the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) regulations, one of which was the decline in the income of MSME business actors. nationally around 2.97%. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Office of Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pontianak City in the development of MSME business actors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a study study approach, data sources come from interviews with informants, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis (Miles and Huberman). The results of the study found that during the COVID-19 pandemic, MSME actors used social media for promotion so that they persisted, while after the pandemic the MSME Service provided socialization to provide information on where to market MSME products. In addition, the MSME Service held an exhibition of MSME products to increase sales after the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, MSMEs in Pontianak City are better and running normally as usual after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The General Election Commission of Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province, stated that the voter participation rate for the 2019 election in Pontianak city was 81.4 percent or an increase compared to the 2014 election, which was only 72 percent. Voter participation in the 2019 elections in Pontianak City has increased by more than 9 percent. This increase also increased compared to the 2018 simultaneous local elections, which was 75 percent. The purpose of this study is to find out what efforts have been made by the Pontianak City Election Commission in realizing democratic community participation. The objects of this research are the KPU of Pontianak City and the people who have voting rights. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive data encoding. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the Pontianak City Election Commission carries out socialization and formal and informal approaches to the community. Apart from that, we also utilize social media and the KPU website to provide understanding regarding the importance of exercising the right to vote and receiving public complaints via the KPU website or coming directly to the Pontianak City General Election Commission office.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang di lakukan dalam bentuk edukasi literasi keuangan dengan diberikan pelatihan bertujuan supaya ibu-ibu di Desa Punggur Kecil yang memiliki usaha maupun ibu-ibu rumah tangga bisa memahami bahwa perempuan memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Ibu-ibu di Desa Punggur Kecil di minta bisa mempraktekkan langsung pemisahan serta pembukuan keuangan keluarga dan usaha. Cara tersebut merupakan strategi untuk ibu-ibu bisa memahami dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan keluarga sebagai upaya untuk peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada saat pelaksanaan pelatihan yaitu dengan memberikan materi dan pemahaman bahwa perempuan memiliki peran yang penting bagi keluarga, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan sederhana serta mempraktekkan langsung cara membuat pembukuan keuangan sederhana sehingga ibu-ibu bisa memisahkan antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan rumah tangga. Pada tahap akhir ibu-ibu diminta untuk bisa membuat pembukuan langsung mengenai keuangan di keluarga mereka sehingga bisa dipastikan pengeluaran tidak lebih besar daripada pendapatan yang diterima.
