Abstract

Profitability is an important factor in determining dividend policy. Profitability itself is a ratio to assess a company's ability to seek profits. Dividends are management policy implications as outlined in dividend policy. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of profitability on dividend policy on the company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Indonesia, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a descriptive analysis. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique in this research is probability (X) and dividend policy (Y). The method of analysis by testing the classical assumptions and knowing how much the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable is done by a regression test. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.00 for windows program. The results showed that the profitability variable had no significant effect on the policy variables on the company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Indinesia, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Basically every company will always try to continue to maintain the competition so berbagau efforts continue to be done. If the innovation in the sales strategy continues to be developed then the company will be able to evaluate the presence of the products sold. Marketing strategies will be expected to increase the effectiveness of sales of a product. The productivity of the company's profit achievement will increase so that it will guarantee the achievement of the target and the company's suistainability, in this case the company leader must try to give innovation and formulate the strategy of product development starting from input, process and output continuously so that the level of achievement of profit sasran also increase. When the level of product sales is achieved through its marketing strategy, it will encourage them to improve the company's business development towards a better one.In this research which become object of research at PT. Multi Inti Parahyangan Branch Cirebon which engages in the business of consumer good and distributors, on the grounds that the level of competitors are more and more. From the results of the above research can authors conclude as follows: 1. Implementation of the implementation of marketing strategy, the PT.Multi Inti Parahyangan Branch Cirebon can be said to have been good, but still need more improvement. 2. The level of product sales achievement still needs to be improved again this is in line with the emergence of increasingly diverse competitors with almost similar products 3. From the results of correlation test of 0.773 states that the high / strong relationship between sales strategy variables with sales variables. At the real level = 0.05 from the results of the analysis was H: P> 0 received, that is very high correlation, which means between sales strategy variables (X) with sales variable (Y) there is a very high / strong relationship (significant).

Abstract

Environmental changes and technological advancements serve as the background for PLN to continuously improve employee performance. Policy measures are needed by leveraging information technology implementation, automation policies, and centralized data management. The implementation of the PDKB Management Information System is expected to facilitate the executing unit in creating work orders that are forwarded to the PDKB team and directly monitored by management. This way, requests for network maintenance without power outages are expected to be handled more quickly and efficiently. The problem in this study is the lack of employee performance results in the PDKB-TM unit of PT PLN (Persero) in the Cirebon Area. One of the suspected factors contributing to this issue is the ineffective implementation of the management information system. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the management information system, employee performance, and the impact of the management information system on employee performance in the PDKB-TM unit of PT PLN (Persero) Cirebon Area. The research method used is quantitative analysis. The study examines a specific population or sample, with data collection carried out using research instruments. The data analysis is quantitative/statistical, aiming to test predefined hypotheses. The research population consists of 80 individuals, and the expected sample size, representing 100% of the population, is equal to the total number of population members. Thus, the number of respondents in this study is 80. Based on the calculations and data analysis, the validity test results are > 0.514; the reliability test results are > 0.514; the correlation coefficient test result is 0.781, which falls into the strong category; the determination coefficient test result is 0.61 or 61%; and the linear regression equation is Y = 14.725 + 1.133X. The conclusion is that the implementation of the management information system has a strong positive relationship and a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 61% to the overall performance improvement.

Abstract

Competence is an important factor in determining company performance in order to be able to compete and continue to exist in a competitive market so that companies are required to have competent employees. Through this research, information will be obtained about the extent to which employee competence contributes to performance and helps companies optimize employee competency development, so as to improve overall company performance. This study used a survey method by collecting data from respondents through questionnaires with a sample of 95 people. The data analysis technique in this study used a linear regression test. Competency at PT FSCM Manufaturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon, the highest indicator is showing friendly behavior while the lowest predictor is having leadership traits because employees do not have experience and graduate from high school education. The highest indicator on the employee performance variable is having work absenteeism and while the lowest predictor is having responsibility at work. However, the results showed that significantly competence had a positive effect on employee performance at PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon because the significance value of the t-test of 0.000 was smaller than alpha () 0.05.

Abstract

Kemasan produk merupakan elemen strategis dalam pemasaran yang memengaruhi persepsi konsumen, keputusan pembelian, dan kinerja penjualan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kemasan melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur, dengan fokus pada desain kemasan, bahan kemasan, dan informasi kemasan. Tinjauan dilakukan dengan menganalisis literatur dari jurnal nasional dan internasional, dengan penekanan pada konteks pasar Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa desain kemasan tampak estetis dan relevan secara budaya meningkatkan daya tarik produk, bahan kemasan berkelanjutan mendukung loyalitas konsumen, dan informasi kemasan yang jelas, seperti sertifikasi halal, memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen. Dalam konteks Indonesia, kemasan yang mengintegrasikan elemen budaya lokal dan memenuhi preferensi konsumen memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pelaku usaha, terutama UMKM, untuk mengoptimalkan strategi kemasan melalui kolaborasi dengan desainer lokal, adopsi bahan ramah lingkungan, dan penyediaan informasi yang transparan. Implikasi teoritis meliputi pengembangan kerangka konseptual tentang peran kemasan, sementara implikasi praktis menawarkan panduan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar.
