Abstract

Purana Pura Luhur Tirta Mas Manik Muncar tells the story of the sacrifice of Ida Ratu Ayu Mas Membah who is willing to change her form from beautiful to old grandmother. The meaning of this story is symbolic of water which has an important role in human life. The phenomenon of this story is very unique and aesthetically raised into a creative dance work, because in the story water flows from upstream to downstream or from clean to dirty things. Departing from this, then created a dance work entitled Amertha Sanjiwani. The process of creating Amertha Sanjiwani's dance works, using the creation method of Creating Through Dance by Y. Sumandiyo Hadi, includes assessment, experimentation and formation. To clarify the results of this creation, transformation theory is used, namely transferring the essence of the Puranas story into a dance work, as well as interpreting the values contained in the story. Amertha Sanjiwani's dance work is a creative dance work that interprets the philosophy of holy water of faith-affirming life, and is implemented in the form of a goddess' sacrifice by changing her form from a beautiful goddess to an old grandmother in order to carry out a good mission.Keywords: Amertha Sanjiwani, water, sacrifice

Abstract

Karya Tari Dapul (Dangsil Punggel) merupakan sebuah karya tari yang ditarikan oleh enam orang penari putri dalam bentuk tari kreasi baru dengan tema persembahan yang diiringi oleh gamelan selonding. Tari Dapul menginterprestasikan tentang sarana upacara yang dipersembahkan sebelum digelarnya prosesi Siat Sampian yaitu Banten Dangsil Punggel. Garapan Tari Dapul berpijak pada tari rakyat yang dikembangkan dan dikreasikan sehingga menghasilkan gerak inovatif serta menciptakan gerak baru namun tidak terlepas dari pakem yang ada. Tari Dapul terinspirasi dari Tari Nyutri yang sederhana, mudah dipelajari, namun memiliki estetika yang membuat tarian tersebut menarik.  Melalui karya tari ini pencipta ingin memperkenalkan Banten Dangsil Punggel kepada masyarakat luas. Sehingga masyarakat mengetahui bahwa banten tersebut saling berkaitan dengan prosesi Siat Sampian, serta memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat agar tetap melestarikan tradisi yang sudah diwariskan khusnya tradisi Siat Sampian.   Kata kunci : Tari Kreasi, Banten Dangsil Punggel, Siat Sampian, Sampian Dangsil

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of the CES-PLONG innovation in efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting in UPTD. Klungkung I Community Health Center uses effectiveness theory by Sutrisno which indicators of program understanding, right on target, on time, goal achievement and real change. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is implementation of the CES-PLONG innovation program at UPTD. Klungkung I Community Health Center is not fully effective because several obstacles are still found, such as there are still communities with a conservative mindset, socialization that is not optimal, socialization of digital information media is not optimal and they do not have a monitoring system for implementing CES-PLONG innovations. The recommendations that can be given are community health centers that need to take a more in-depth approach to communities that still have a conservative mindset, carry out regular outreach, socialize Linktree to the community and create a supervision system to monitor the implementation of the CES-PLONG innovation program. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas inovasi CES-PLONG dalam upaya menurunkan prevalensi stunting di wilayah UPTD. Puskesmas Klungkung I dengan menggunakan teori efektivitas oleh Sutrisno yang terdiri dari indikator pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, pencapaian tujuan, dan perubahan nyata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program inovasi CES-PLONG di UPTD. Puskesmas Klungkung I belum sepenuhnya efektif karena masih ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti masih terdapat masyarakat dengan pola pikir konservatif, sosialisasi yang belum optimal, sosialisasi media informasi digital yang belum optimal serta belum memiliki sistem pengawasan untuk pelaksanaan inovasi CES-PLONG di seluruh wilayah kerja UPTD. Puskesmas klungkung I. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan, yaitu puskesmas perlu melakukan pendekatan yang lebih mandalam ke masyarakat yang masih memiliki pola pikir konservatif, melakukan sosialisasi secara rutin, mensosialisasikan linktree kepada masyarakat dan membuat sistem pengawasan untuk memantau pelaksanaan program inovasi CES-PLONG. Abstract

This research was carried out on industrial companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with the title "Analysis of the influence of profitability, asset structure and liquidity on the capital structure of textile and garment industrial companies listed on the IDX". This research uses quantitative data with secondary data sources. This research uses methodspurposive sampling, The sample data in this research is 18 samples from the 2019-2021 period. This research uses multiple linear analysis techniques, partially this research states that 1) Profitability has a significant effect on capital structure, 2) Asset structure has a significant effect on capital structure, 3) Liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, 4) profitability, structure assets and liquidity together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on capital structure. In the determination test it was found that the magnitude of the influence of profitability, asset structure and liquidity on capital structure was 93.6%, while it was 6.4% (100% - 93 .6%) is influenced by other factors on the capital structure of companies in the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Industry for the 2019-2021 period, explained by variables outside the independent variables of this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of liquidity in mediating the influence of company size and business risk on the profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study was 57 companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the predetermined criteria, 32 banking companies were obtained, so that the research sample studied amounted to 96 sample data. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the path analysis technique with the help of the Smart-PLS 4 application. The research results show that partially the variable Size, NPL, and LDR do not have a significant effect on ROA, while the BOPO variable has a significant effect on ROA. Size does not have a significant effect on ROA through LDR as a mediating variable. NPL does not have a significant effect on ROA through LDR as a mediating variable. BOPO does not have a significant effect on ROA through LDR as a mediating varia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio profitability and leverage ratios on the profit growth of sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from January to September 2023. This research is organized descriptively using a quantitative approach method. The population in this study is a Banking Company that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample in this company is Financial Statements of banking companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are obtained from the IDX for the period January to September 2023. Technique sampling technique using purposive sampling method, which is a non-probability sampling method. non-probability sampling method. Data collection can be done by various data sources, namely, secondary data. The results of this study are Variable Ratio profitability ratio variable (X1) has a positive effect on profit growth (Y) can be seen from the significance value of 0.018 <0.05 and the seen from the significance value of 0.018 <0.05 and the value of t-count value of 2.409> 1.983. Leverage variable (X2) has a negative effect on earnings growth (Y). profit (Y). This can be seen from the obtained significance value of 0.237> 0.05 and the t-count value of -1.190 < 1.983. While the variable profitability ratio (X1) and leverage (X2) have a significant effect on stock growth (Y). stock (Y). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.001<0.05 and the F-count value of 6.428> 2.96 with a coefficient value of 0.001 <0.05. which shows a positive direction, so that the Profitability and Leverage Ratioshave a significant effect on Profit Growth in the Banking Sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, business financial management knowledge, entrepreneurship education, and financial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The population of this study were all MSMEs in Klungkung Regency, Bali. The sampling technique used was the Slovis formula, with a total of 50 respondents. The data collection method was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education, and financial literacy have no effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Knowledge of business financial management influences entrepreneurial intentions. Simultaneously, self-efficacy, business financial management knowledge, entrepreneurship education, and financial literacy influence entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the financial ratios of the largest securities issuers of mutual funds and the assessment of the largest securities portfolio of mutual funds of PT Danareksa Sekuritas Denpasar using the Single Index Model. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the performance assessment of the largest securities portfolio of PT Danareksa Sekuritas Denpasar using the Sharpe method.The population in this study is the securities spread in the Danareksa PT. Sekuritas Denpasar Mutual Fund, namely all sectors included in the JII Index. The research sample in this company is the Largest Securities included in the DINAR propectus in April 2016. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. The results of this study are from the results of the discussion of financial ratios above it can be concluded that most of the ratios of companies included in the largest securities of Danareksa mutual funds analyzed in the past 4 years have decreased, it can happen that the company belongs to the JII and includes an optimal portfolio but has poor financial ratios, this needs further research. Because investors prefer to invest in mutual funds for more than the next 3 years and the issuers are blue chip stocks. The first portfolio is sharia stocks and must be listed on the JII. Assessment using the Single Index Model is known with higher portfolio beta results, which means the greater the beta indicates the greater the volatility faced because it fluctuates greatly in the market, so that if investing short-term in this mutual fund will be very risky, but for the long term this mutual fund will be promising because the market will experience a change in trend. The results of the evaluation of Danareksa mutual funds using the sharpe ratio that in April and May showed a declining performance, because the average rate of return of mutual funds was below the average risk-free rate of return. However, performance strengthened in June on the latest April 2023 portfolio.

Abstract

AbstractThe dance piece titled Penyandar is a new creative work. This dance piece draws inspiration from the personalexperiences of the choreographer during her time as a Pregina Telek/Sandar at Pura Dalem Padonan in the village ofPererenan. This work transforms the stages undergone by the Pregina Telek/Sandar. Penyandar comes from the wordSandar, which is another term for Tari Telek, which then received the prefix “Pe-” referring to the performer of theTelek/Sandar dance itself. This dance has a religious theme and is performed in groups using seven male dancers. Themethod used is the Angripta Sesolahan creation method (creating dances), which involves planning, conceptualizing,designing, refining, and finalizing. The accompanying music for the Sandar dance uses the Musical Instrument DigitalInterface (MIDI) application as its medium, utilizing samples from the Semara Pegulingan Saih Pitu gamelan ensemble,which lasts 11 minutes.Keywords: Penyandar, religion, New creation.
