Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut sekolah untuk mengelola sumber belajar secara lebih efektif agar mutu layanan pembelajaran meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sumber belajar berbasis digital di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo, dengan fokus pada bentuk implementasi, strategi manajerial, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber belajar digital yang digunakan mencakup platform pembelajaran daring, aplikasi presentasi, serta media komunikasi berbasis teknologi. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan evaluasi secara sistematis, sehingga mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas, efektivitas, dan mutu layanan pembelajaran. Kendati demikian, keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi digital sebagian pendidik masih menjadi kendala, namun sekaligus membuka peluang untuk peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan dan dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya tata kelola sumber belajar digital yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, sebagai strategi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital.

Abstract

Students' understanding in Islamic Religious Education and Character Building lessons needs to be enhanced through active learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of the "Make A Match" cooperative learning model—supported by "Smart Box" media—and the resulting improvement in understanding among fourth-grade students at SDN 16 Sampoddo, Palopo. The study employed the Kemmis and McTaggart Classroom Action Research model across two cycles, comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through tests, observations of teacher and student activities, and documentation, then analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that implementing this model improved student understanding. Learning mastery increased from 79% in Cycle I to 92% in Cycle II. Student activity rose from 68.75% to 84.38%, while teacher activity increased from 76.68% to 80.66%. Thus, the "Make A Match" model, supported by "Smart Box" media, is effective in enhancing student understanding and engagement in Islamic Religious Education and Character Building lessons.

Abstract

The role of the principal in developing the capacity of educational staff is a crucial factor in improving the quality of administrative services in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in developing the capacity of educational staff and identify factors that influence these efforts in improving the quality of school administrative services. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with principals and educational staff as subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that the principal plays a strategic role as a leader, manager, and motivator through competency development program planning, administrative training, technology utilization workshops, routine coaching, and periodic performance supervision and evaluation. The main findings indicate that the development of educational staff capacity depends not only on technical training, but also on leadership that encourages continuous coaching, performance monitoring, and the use of technology in administrative services. This study confirms that strengthening the capacity of educational staff through systematic and sustainable principal leadership contributes to improving the effectiveness and quality of school administrative services
