Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah unit usaha kecil menengah yang terus meningkat, tentunya akan dapat membuka peluang lapangan kerja yang besar. UMKM menjadi penyokong dalam sistem ekonomi rakyat, yang dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi permasalahan kemiskinan. Hasil produk dari pelaku UMKM saat ini sudah banyak yang merambah pasar dunia internasional. Di Indonesia sendiri eksportir masih sangat dibutuhkan, seorang eksportir haruslah memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi dalam melakukan aktivitas pengiriman komoditas menuju negara lain yang baik, bagaimanan kebutuhan situasi dan kondisi manajemen penjualan, dan fungsi manajemen baik berupa produk dan jasa. Untuk melahirkan eksportir yang kompeten, dibutuhkan pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan, dan didukung fasilitas belajar. Untuk mendungkung fasilitas pembelajaran dan peningkatan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM dibutuhkan media yang berbasis teknologi. E-learning merupakan teknologi berkembang di dunia Pendidikan. Aplikasi e-learning sudah banyak di gunakan dan dikembangkan untuk berbagai sector Pendidikan. Untuk itu peneliti mengembangkan aplikasi e-learning dengan berbasis web untuk peningkatan kemampuan kompetensi para pelaku UMKM. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web dan untuk pengukuran efektifitasnya digunakan metode UTAUT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aplikasi e-learning yang dibangun berjalan dengan baik tanpa ditemukan error pada saat di uji coba dengan black box. Aplikasi e-learning ini sangat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam belajar menjadi eksportir.

Abstract

In the process of compiling the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) in the information systems study program of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer, Universitas Harapan Medan, it is still done manually, namely by using Microsoft Office Excel, so it takes a long time to collect data and compile the report and there is no media to collect evidence that supports the preparation of the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS). Therefore, a system was built as a medium to collect supporting evidence for the preparation of the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) and to store Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) data in the information systems study program. In designing the construction of this website-based LKPS information system, a system development method will be used, namely the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Method. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQl as its database with the data modeling used is UML. Based on the black box testing of the LKPS Information System, all existing buttons can run according to their functions. In the end result, it was obtained that the system can run as expected and make it easier to manage data for compiling LKPS.

Abstract

Maimoon Palace is one of the tourist attractions and cultural heritages that has high potential, both in Medan and Indonesia. However, in the digital era, Maimoon Palace does not have an Information System which can give information about its availability, while it does not provide online ticketing as well. This underlies the writer to create Web Based Tourism Information System of Maimoon Palace. This research uses direct observation method, interview with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues. Web Based Tourism Information System of Maimoon Palace is generated by PHP and HTML programming language and MySQL database. This system uses design thinking system development method. Design Thinking is the method utilized by the writer to solve the problem with user-centered approach to define the problem, thenceforth to conceptualize ideas as a solution to produce a system. This information systems can be used to give the information about Maimoon Palace availability to the visitors and can be used to book the ticket online. This system is expected to be useful as information and media promotion for tourism potential in Medan. Abstract

Peramalan penjualan produk adalah aspek utama dari manajemen pembelian, persediaan yang melebihi permintaan atau kekurangan akan berdampak pada manajemen pelayanan maupun secara ekominis. Makalah ini fokus mencoba menyajikan penerapan analisis prediktif dengan mengadopsi kerangka kerja Data Science (ilmu data) untuk menemukan wawasan yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis khususnya tentang peramalan penjualan produk di masa depan. Kerangka CRISP-DM diusulkan dengan tahapan pemahasan bisnis, pemahaman dan persiapan data, exploratory data analysis (EDA) dan pemodelan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data penjualan yang dievaluasi berdasarkan RMSE dan MAE, algoritma XGBoost menghasilkan prediksi berada dalam 1,3% kemudian ARIMA sebesar 1.6%, masih lebih baik dibandingkan LinearRegression, RandomForestdan LSTM dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 1.81%, 1.97%, 2.21% pada masing-masing algoritma dari data aktual.

Abstract

Save My Shoe is a shoe cleaning service business that faces challenges in managing transactions, recording customer data, and monitoring services due to the absence of an integrated information system and reliance on social media. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system that supports operational processes and service delivery in a more efficient and structured manner. The system was developed using the Agile method with a Scrum approach, allowing each feature to be built incrementally and tailored to User needs. The system includes features such as registration, Login, service ordering, payment, service progress tracking, and transaction reporting, with User roles consisting of admin and customer. Based on testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionalities operated according to the defined requirements. This information system is expected to improve business management effectiveness, enhance service transparency, and support the sustainable digitalization of MSMEs.

Abstract

Website Desa adalah platform online yang menyimpan beragam informasi dalam format teks dan gambar, dapat diakses melalui internet menggunakan URL. Keberadaan Website Desa sangat krusial karena berfungsi untuk memperkenalkan Desa Aeklung kepada publik, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Website ini berisikan beberapa fitur yaitu home, profil, proyek desa, struktur organisasi, berita, data penduduk, surat dan komentar & saran. Website ini dibangun agar masyarakat lebih mudah mengetahui mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan atau informasi yang ada di desa aeklung. Karena sistem di kantor administrasi desa Aeklung masih manual dan penyampaian informasi masih face to face ke masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dibuat perancangan website desa Aeklung menggunakan metode Agile. Dengan perancangan website ini dapat membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Abstract

Cats are a type of mammal that is popular and widely kept as a favorite pet among the wider community, certainly cat owners want to provide the best quality for their pets, one of the most important of which is cat food. The large selection of types of cat food in modern times makes many cat owners feel confused in choosing cat food that is suitable for their pets. Therefore, a system is needed to provide recommendations for cat owners in determining the type of cat food for their pets. The creation of this system uses the collaborative filtering method, where this method is used to find out recommended food products based on the rating data that has been collected. This system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database and using Laravel framework. With this system can help cat owners get information about cat food products and with collaborative filtering can make it easier for cat owners to find out which food products are recommended from highest to lowest.
