Abstract

Klin en Klin is a business that is engaged in clothes washing and ironing services that are starting to develop. Where this laundry business provides kilogram washing services and washing services that are calculated per item including washing and dry services and ironing services such as washing clothes, washing bad covers, washing blankets, washing curtains, washing dolls, washing bags, washing shoes, washing helmets, washing carpets, wash the coat. The management process in this laundry service activity is still manual. In data collection activities, customers' clothes are still very inefficient because data collection is still using paper and handwritten. When the customer comes to hand over the goods, the recording of goods data and making notes is still using paper so that when the data is stored or archived, the data is prone to loss or damage which could result in negligence or natural disaster. In addition, financial statements can also be miscalculated. Transaction systems that are still manual and still not optimal have found problems such as accumulation of records and reports, slow information flow, slow data retrieval process and difficult transaction report recap. To overcome this problem, a laundry management information system is needed that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Klin En Klin Laundry business. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based software application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database to design a Laundry Management System. The result of this design is to produce a Web-based application that can be a medium of information to help laundry service businesses in managing their management

Abstract

University of Harapan Medan is one of the private universities in North Sumatra which has computer-based study programs such as Informatics Engineering and Information Systems. Every year this college receives many registrations from students who have completed their education at the school stage. The large number of incoming student data makes it difficult for the admin to select new students who will register. In this study using the C4.5 algorithm data mining method to map the pattern of student admissions selection in the field of Engineering and computers. The attributes used are the average value of report cards (high, enough, low), basic academic ability tests (very high, high, medium, low, very low), basic computer knowledge tests (very high, high, enough, low, very low) and interviews (good, bad). Data mining is a mathematical calculation process that uses algorithms and requires large data. While the C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm that processes data by calculating entrophy and information gain, where after the calculation process is carried out, those who get the largest information gain value will become nodes and branches. This C4.5 algorithm will describe a decision tree that will form a pattern in student selection. The results of this study indicate that in mapping the selection pattern of interview attributes into level 1 nodes, the attributes of the basic computer knowledge test become the level 1 branch, the attributes of the basic academic ability test become the level 2 branch and the attribute average value of report cards becomes the level 3 branch.

Abstract

Efforts to strengthen school discipline can be done in various ways. For example, at the middle school level, points for violations committed by students are calculated based on the rules set by the school. The number of fault points counted varies from warning to calling the parent at the highest level, and notifying the maximum number of fault points to the parent. SMA Muhammadiyah 7 serbelawan has issued a code of conduct. The school will apply penalty points for all infractions committed by students in an attempt to enforce disciplinary action. To improve teacher performance in dealing with problem students, the authors designed a system for calculating student violation points using the oriented objects technology method. By using the object oriented technology method, it will build a system systematically and regularly in order to achieve a goal based on the abstraction of existing objects and the presence of this system will certainly greatly help teacher performance, especially counseling guidance teachers and counseling guidance teachers, problems in recapitulating all student violations that occur in Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan High School. With a system that has been computerized and integrated with databases, it will be able to facilitate the process of finding student data that violates and conducting counseling easily and documents are stored neatly in the database.

Abstract

Dunia teknologi yang semakin berkembang sangat berperan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya bagi siswa. Selama ini, siswa sangat bosan untuk mempelajari hal dari teks seperti buku. Dalam penggunaan komputer siswa sering kali tidak mengetahui 3 komponen dari komputer yaitu hardware, software dan brainware. Siswa hanya mampu mengoperasikan komputer tanpa mengenal hardware. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dirancang aplikasi untuk pengenalan hardware menggunakan mixed reality untuk media interaktif siswa dalam belajar mengenal hardware. Miixed reality menggabungkan teknologi augmented reality dengan teknologi virtual reality sehingga akan menarik siswa dalam belajar mengenal hardware komputer. Dalam melakukan proses perancangan ada 3 hal penting saat aplikasi akan dibangun, diantaranya yaitu membuka aplikasi mixed reality di platform android, kemudian scan objek tracker yaitu lantai, kemudian akan tampil objek 3D di platform android. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman pelajar tantang pengenalan hardware.

Abstract

Penyaringan atau seleksi asisten laboratorium (aslab) yang dilakukan oleh pihak kampus masih mengalami hambatan karena proses seleksi asisten laboratorium seringkali dilakukan secara subjektif, bergantung pada penilaian langsung dari dosen atau pengelola laboratorium. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan terhadap kualitas aslab yang diterima sehingga berdampak menurunnya pemahaman dan ketrampilan mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu pihak kampus dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan  mahasisawa yang  sesuai untuk menjadi aslab dengan menggunakan metode Electre. Kriteria yang akan digunakan dalam pemilihan aslab dengan metode Electre yaitu IPK, nilai test tertulis, nilai test wawancara, microteaching dan sertifikat pendukung. Hasil yang di dapatkan dengan menggunakan metode Electre untuk pengambil keputusan calon asisten laboratorium berdasarkan kritria yang telah di tentukan didapatkanlah tiga calon yang lulus dengan memiliki nilai 1 yang lebih sedikit dari calon yang lainnya, dengan adanya metode Electre dapat membantu pihak kampus dalam menentukan pemilihan asisten laboratorium komputer secara efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Masalah pengelolaan laboratorium di perguruan tinggi seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti kurangnya efisiensi, akurasi data yang rendah, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Laboratorium berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah Agile Scrum untuk memungkinkan pengembangan yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengelola inventaris alat, jadwal praktikum, dan nilai mahasiswa secara terintegrasi. Implementasi sistem ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan laboratorium dan memberikan akses informasi yang lebih mudah bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Keripit Nokkk, sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi makanan ringan, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web menggunakan metode Desain Thinking. Metode Desain Thinking dipilih karena pendekatannya yang berfokus pada pengguna dan iteratif, sehingga memungkinkan pengembangan solusi yang tepat guna dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Proses penelitian dimulai dengan tahapan empathize untuk memahami kebutuhan dan permasalahan pengguna, kemudian define untuk merumuskan masalah secara spesifik. Selanjutnya, tahapan ideate dilakukan untuk menghasilkan berbagai ide solusi, yang kemudian diwujudkan dalam prototipe pada tahapan prototype. Terakhir, dilakukan pengujian (test) terhadap prototipe untuk memperoleh umpan balik yang digunakan dalam penyempurnaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang memiliki fitur-fitur utama seperti katalog produk, sistem pemesanan, manajemen stok, dan laporan penjualan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Keripit Nokkk dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasakan peningkatan kemudahan dalam proses penjualan. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja bisnis Keripit Nokkk.

Perfume is a fragrance that is produced from the extraction process of aromatic ingredients that are used to provide a fragrant aroma to the human body. E-commerce that develops in the field of information technology that provides convenience and advantages, if compared to conventional sales such as consumers can buy goods online and make it easier for consumers to transact and sellers get large profits because the merchandise is more familiar with the public and can manage data systematic sales.The development method in building AF Perfume E-commerce System is based on the theory of model design thinking. Design thinking is a software development methodology that proposes approaches to solve problems and gather ideas in order to get solutions. Abstract

The QoreTwoDuo shop is a business sector that sells and buys electronic goods such as household appliances to personal computers and laptops. The QoreTwoDuo shop also accepts applications for credit for electronic goods to customers. The QoreTwoDuo electronics shop does not yet have an application that can help provide information about electronic products that are bought and sold and goods that can be credited at the shop to the wider community, for potential customers who have low incomes to buy these products for their household needs is very difficult, because Electronic goods are very expensive when bought with cash. A customer data processing system is very necessary to send data on customers who have made credit payments and have not paid their monthly credit installments, so that qoretwoduo shop owners can find out which customers are paying on time and who are late paying their credit. Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are prepared to enter the workforce. It is essential for every SMK graduate to possess specialized skills to support their future career development. In the culinary arts program, for instance, students can leverage digital marketing techniques through social media platforms to market their products. Recognizing the significance of social media utilization, particularly Instagram, as a medium for business information and promotion, there is a need for digital marketing literacy among SMK Tunas Karya students. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance students' competencies in managing social media for digital business marketing. Through socialization and training initiatives, students are expected to comprehend digital marketing strategies via Instagram to support business activities. The program's success indicators include improved student understanding of Instagram usage as a communication medium and business promotion platform, as well as enhanced student proficiency in managing and presenting content creatively. Through the implementation of social media-based digital marketing strategies, students can expand their business reach, facilitate transactions, and increase profitability.
