Abstract

This research is motivated by the still low ability of forehand smash or extracurricular punch forehand participants in table tennis year in SD Negeri Penanggapan 03. This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength and waist flexibility on forehand smash skills in men's table tennis extracurricular at SD Negeri Penanggapan 03. The population of this study were 21 table tennis extracurricular participants. Retrieval of data using a test with the ability instrument forehand smash skills. Data analysis techniques using the F-test, through the prerequisite tests of normality and hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing using the F-test the effect of arm muscle strength on forehand smash skills with the F Test between F arithmetic 5.165> F table 4.35 influences 21.4%, the effect of waist flexion on forehand smash skills with the F Test between F arithmetic 9.314> F table 4.35 has an effect of 32.9%, and the influence of arm muscle strength and waist flexion on forehand smash skills with the F Test between F arithmetic 5.464> F table 3.53 has an effect of 37.8%. From these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of arm muscle strength and waist flexion on forehand smash skills in men's table tennis extracurricular at Penanggapan 03 Public Elementary School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti inovasi manajemen melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis pengetahuan pada pusat olahraga dan rekreasi di Kota Bandung. Model ini merujuk pada model Schuler dan Jackson tentang pengembangan SDM berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge based worker). Sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan hendaknya dikembangkan melalui keterlibatan SDM dalam proses pelatihan, kewajiban belajar, pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai posisi modern, jalur karier yang luas, pengembangan kompetensi, penilaian kinerja, kompetensi, serta komunikasi dalam pemberian umpan balik dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Pengembangan SDM berbasis pengetahuan merupakan persyaratan mutlak untuk mencapai kesuksesan pengelolaan dalam meraih keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proffesional intellect berperan penting dalam menciptakan nilai dan keuntungan bagi pusat olahraga dan rekreasi untuk memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Proffesional intellect suatu perusahaan dilaksanakan dalam empat level yaitu pengetahuan kognitif (proffesional intellect), peningkatan keterampilan (advanced skill), pemahaman sistem (system understanding), dan kreativitas yang dimotivasi diri sendiri (self motivated creativity).

Abstract

sub-district. This village has a lot of potential and should be used to present the MSME products that they make. Cassava Crispy Motekar Jaya, a cassava chip snack, is one of the MSME products created in Sunalari village. One of the challenges that MSMEs in Motekar Jaya confront is a lack of information technology competence, particularly in the use of digital media such as social media. Because MSMEs' ability to advertise their products is still limited, their products are not effectively digested or understood by the population in general. This community service activity aims to help bring MSME products to a larger market through online marketing / digital marketing. To address issues in this service, the idea is to provide counseling and training to MSME players who are partners.
