Abstract

Proses penyelenggaraan KBM secara daring oleh para guru SDN Mojosari Kepanjen menggunakan platform Whatsapp telah digunakan pertama kali saat ketentuan dari MENDIKBUD ditetapkan tanpa menggunakan platform lain. Di dalam proses tersebut para guru memiliki kendala minimnya tatap muka melalui media yang digunakan dikarenakan belum paham menggunakan platform lain, sehingga KBM menjadi berkurang esensinya dikarenakan siswa tidak dapat mendengar dan menatap guru pengajar secara langsung sehingga minat siswa mengikuti dan menyerap materi pelajaran menurun. Guna membantu kelancaran proses KBM secara daring di SDN Mojosari Kepanjen, diadakanlah workshop atau pelatihan secara offline dengan topik bagaimana memanfaatkan smartphone android untuk pembuatan video sehingga proses KBM dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This research using qualitative research methods and a descriptive and semotic approach aims to analyze the values and symbolism contained in Javanese traditional wedding processions. With the development of technology and the influence of globalization, the younger generation in Java, Indonesia, tend to leave the traditional Javanese procession in their marriage. This threatens the sustainability and preservation of the cultural heritage. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews and literature study. The series of procedures for traditional Javanese wedding processions and the values contained in each procession are analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that each Javanese traditional wedding procession contains various symbols that reflect the social, religious and cultural values inherent in Javanese society. These symbols have a deep philosophical meaning and are a reflection of the relationship between the bride and groom, family and society. Although it is not an obligation, the use of Javanese traditional ritual processions in marriage for couples with Javanese ethnicity does not have a significant effect on the wedding ceremony or the days afterward, but some couples choose to do it as a form of respect for their ancestors and inherited values, and hope that life their marriage was filled with goodness and blessings passed down by the ancestors.

Abstract

Jepara carving experienced the transition of three major cultures, namely Hindu-Buddhist-Javanese to Islam and Islam to the Dutch colonial period. This research uses case studies in the form of artifacts created in each of these periods. In the Demak Kingdom era, the Bledeg Door carving design was used in the Kalinyamat Kingdom era, the Kalinyamat Mosque wall ornament carving design was used. In the Islamic Mataram Kingdom era, the Gong Senen carving was used, while in the colonial era or Kartini era, the Kartini Jewelry Box carving design was used. This research hopes to provide answers and analye whether during these cultural transitions there were significant changes to Jepara carvings, then whether these 3 major cultures had an influence on changes in Jepara carvings and what factors influenced the changes in Jepara carvings. One of the conclusions of this research is that the artifacts made during the golden age of the Islamic Kingdom of Mataram (Gong Senen) do not reflect Islamic culture at all, but instead the principles of Islamic teachings are present in the overall symbolic value of each motif. Abstract

Abstrak Gong Senen merupakan karya ukir Jepara lampau yang dirancang langsung oleh Citrokusumo, yang merupakan Adipati Jepara, sekitaran tahun 1720 silam. Citrokusumo seolah-olah menjadikan Gong Senen sebagai sarana atau media berkomunikasi dengan warganya. Setiap ornamen pada Gong Senen mengandung nilai-nilai pesan religiusitas yang secara umum meliputi hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya, sesamanya serta lingkungannya. Namun, pada masa modern ini, tidak banyak masyarakat Jepara, khususnya desa Senenan yang mengetahui karya ukiran bersejarah ini, begitu juga dengan pesan atau nilai yang terkandung pada setiap elemen ukirnya. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu melacak, menganalisa hingga merangkum apa saja nilai-nilai religiusitas yang terepresentasi dalam setiap elemen-elemen ukiran Gong Senen Jepara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Selain menggunakan pendekatan estetis dan historis, penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori tanda semiotika sebagai pisau analisisnya, dengan mengindikasikan objek ornamen sebagai penanda dan makna dibalik ornamen tersebut sebagai petanda. Adapun nilai-nilai filosofi kehidupan Adiluhung Jawa di balik kemegahan ornamen ukir Gong Senen ini adalah pesan kepada warga Jepara, sebagai contoh dalam ornamen merak untuk menjaga lima perkara sebelum datangnya lima perkara, yakni menjaga masa muda sebelum tua, sehat sebelum sakit, kaya sebelum miskin, sempat sebelum sempit, serta hidup sebelum mati. Kata Kunci: desain, Gong Senen, Jepara, religiusitas, representasi AbstractGong Senen is an ancient Jepara carving designed directly by Citrokusumo, the Duke of Jepara, around 1720. Citrokusumo seems to make Gong Senen a tool or medium to communicate with its citizens. Each ornament carved on Gong Senen consists of the values of the religious messages which generally includes the human relationship with God, each other, and the environment. Yet, Not many people of Jepara, especially Senenan village, know about this historic carving as well as the message or value contained in each element of the carving. Therefore, this research is expected to trace, analyze and summarize the religious values represented in each element of Gong Senen Jepara carve. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. In addition, besides using aesthetic and historical approaches, this study also uses semiotic sign theory as a tool of analysis, by indicating the ornament object as a signifier and the meaning behind the ornament as a signified. The philosophical values of the “Adiluhung” (great) Javanese life behind the splendor of this Gong Senen carved ornament are a message to Jepara’s residents, as an example in peacock ornament to protect five matters before the arrival of five matters those are keeping the youth before the old, the health before the sick, the rich before the poverty, the ability before the inability, and the life before the death. Keywords: design, Gong Senen, Jepara, representation, religiosity

Abstract

Pelatihan yang diadakan secara online ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Artificial Intellegence yang akhir-akhir ini semakin marak digunakan. Salah satu yang sering digunakan adalah produk dari OpenAI.com berupa aplikasi ChatGPT yang dapat diakses secara massif yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan. Sering terjadi penggunaannya tidak optimal dikarenakan memasukkan nilai pada prompt tidak detail atau tidak spesifik yang menyebabkan hasil dari ChatGPT tidak sesuai. Ada beberapa prinsip prompt ChatGPT yang disingkat dengan KOPELAJANGAN yaitu terdiri dari : Konteks, Peran, Larangan, Panjang dan Tambahan. Dalam Pelatihan ini dijelaskan secara detail bagaimana menerapkan prinsip tersebut di depan guru SMK Al-Bashtomi Loceret Nganjuk dengan tujuan peserta yang sebagian besar adalah pengajar dapat menerapkannya untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pembelajaran, memangkas waktu untuk tugas adiministratif dan menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik serta inovatif bagi siswa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara online dikarenakan jarak yang lumayan jauh dengan Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang dengan mitra, dan diharapkan dengan online peserta dapat melihat jelas pemaparan secara teknis dari pembicara dan bertanya langsung ke pembicara jika mengalami kendala dalam pelatihan. Di akhir pelatihan ada 33 orang peserta memberikan penilaian manfaat dari pelatihan ini yang dapat dilihat pada artikel.

Abstract

Understanding of regional culture needs to be owned by everyone from an early age. At SDN 3 Pringapus studied the art of jaranan Turangga Yaksa to introduce his students. But the learning process is only fixed on the book and the lack of interactive factors, so that students' interest in learning decreases. With the development of information technology, efforts to increase children's learning interest can be done with various media, one of which is using interactive media. Therefore designed an interactive multimedia using multimedia processing software. The character used is the character of the child complete with jaranan clothes with a cheerful face, the dominant color is green, and the basic colors and text are simple so that it is easy to read to understand the material conveyed by students. After the process is complete, then testing the effectiveness of the product by distributing questionnaires. The results obtained in the study through the distribution of questionnaires that have been conducted at SDN III Pringapus in Dongko sub-district, Trenggalek district, can be concluded that 93% of the learning media are said to be effective.

Abstract

Sedudo Waterfall is a waterfall and a tourist attraction located in Ngliman Village Sawahan, Nganjuk regency, East Java. The distance is about 30 km south of the capital Nganjuk district. Located at an altitude of 1438 meters above sea level, the height of the waterfall is about 105 meters. In an effort to present information to the public about the origin of waterfalls, it is necessary for have an Information media. Therefore motion graphic animation is one of the alternative information media that is used visual appearrance considerations of interest so that the audience can absorb the information submitted. In supporting the research process this final assigment required research methods such as data collection, analysis and concept design. The conclusion in making animation of sedudo Waterfall Nganjuk requires data and analysis with the aim that the information submitted can be received well, with the right creative concept, ranging from verbal information data that is conveyed to the design of visual ideas. From the calculation of questionnaire answers "Yes" as much as 82.8% while the answer "No" as much as 16.2%, it can be concluded based on the feasibility category of this information media very feasible to publish as information video.

Abstract

The Mantingan Mosque is an old mosque founded by a Duke of Jepara, Sultan Hadlirin and his wife Ratu Kalinyamat in 1481 Saka or 1559 AD. Besides having beauty in the architecture of the building, it also has ancient ornaments patterned with flowers, plants, animals and others that are beautifully carved around its walls. The diversity of motifs, shapes and patterns of each carving makes researchers interested in knowing what are the aesthetic and symbolic values ​​contained in each carving ornament on the walls of the Mantingan Jepara mosque. Aesthetic values ​​are represented in a carving media which is then designed to be fully carved into beautiful, intricate, "ngremit" (sophisticated) and "ngrawit" ornaments as indicators of progress and the high expertise and skills of Jepara carving artists at that time. While its symbolic value is full of the philosophy of life represented by the form of communication between the leader (Queen) of Jepara at that time to its citizens.

Abstract

Crafts are goods that are produced through hand skills. Crafts produce works that attach importance to the value of beauty as decoration or use, one of which is ikat weaving. Ikat weaving is a craft produced from strands of weft or warp threads that are first tied, then dyed, and then woven. One of them is the Telagasari Weaving craft in Trenggalek Regency. Because Telagasari Weaving is the only ikat weaving craft in Trenggalek. Telagasari weaving has contributed a lot to the introduction and development of weaving in Trenggalek. The development of ikat in Trenggalek is quite slow due to the geographical location of Trenggalek in the form of highlands and mountains. Another factor is the lack of media information about the Trenggalek traditional weaving craft industry. Therefore, it is necessary to make some kind of documentation for information media in the form of audio-visual, so that people know that Trenggalek has a weaving industry.

Abstract

Emping Jagung Yahya Barokah adalah usaha yang dirikan oleh keluarga Pardi. Dia memiliki toko di Jalan Simpang Teluk Bayur No.12 RT.04 / RW.08. Pardi mengaku menggeluti UMKM makanan ringan olahan jagung itu sejak 16 tahun yang lalu. Proses produksinya jagung direndam menggunakan gamping, lalu dicuci, dijemur, dan direbus setengah matang. Setelah itu butir jagung dilepas dan digiling untuk dijadikan marning gepeng. Sedangkan untuk merning mekar, jagung tidak digiling. Proses produksi marning jagung membutuhkan waktu sampai lima hari mulai dari jagung sampai menjadi makanan ringan. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah dengan Observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi yang di tuju dan melakukan Wawancara kepada pemilik usaha Emping Jagung Yahya Barokah kemudian di dukung oleh studi pustaka yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal. Proses perancangan pembuatan logo, buku GSM, packaging, X-Banner dan Merchandise ini di mulai dari Pra Produksi meliputi produksi, pasca produksi, distribusi dan pengujian efektifitas produk melalui media angket target audience. Setelah di lakukan uji validasi melalui media Kuisioner yang di sebar secara acak, menunjukan re-branding yang saya buat tentang Industri Emping Jagung Yahya Barokah ini masuk ke dalam kategori layak dengan penilaian dari 30 responden. Dengan Demikian re-branding telah berhasil mempengarui Audience secara halus terhadap dan sekaligus menjadi media promosi bagi Industri Emping Jagung Yahya Barokah. Kata Kunci: Visual Identity, Media, Promosi, Emping Jagung.
