Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kinerja UMKM Produk Minuman Mr. One Cabang Tuasan berdasarkan nilai-nilai manajemen Islam. Penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi dan menguji efektivitas penerapan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, keadilan, amanah, dan syariah dalam konteks manajemen dan operasional UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang dipilih karena dianggap tepat untuk meneliti secara mendalam penerapan nilai-nilai manajemen Islam dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM Produk Minuman Mr. One Cabang Tuasan. Lokasi penelitian adalah UMKM Produk Minuman Mr. One Cabang Tuasan yang berlokasi di Jl. Tuasan No.. 80, Sidorejo Hilir, Kec. Medan Tembung, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2024. Data penelitian akan diperoleh dari dua sumber utama: observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen dan operasional UMKM Produk Minuman Mr. One Cabang Tuasan telah membawa dampak positif secara signifikan. Nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, keadilan, amanah, dan syariah tidak hanya mendukung keberhasilan operasional harian, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi kompetitif Mr. One.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kinerja UMKM Produk Minuman Matador Country berdasarkan nilai-nilai manajemen Islam. Penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi dan menguji efektivitas penerapan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, keadilan, amanah, dan syariah dalam konteks manajemen dan operasional UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen dan operasional UMKM Produk Minuman Matador Country telah membawa dampak positif secara signifikan. Nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, keadilan, amanah, dan syariah tidak hanya mendukung keberhasilan operasional harian, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi kompetitif Matador Country.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa dalam situasi yang diamati, kontribusi dari pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap kedua variabel tersebut tidak dapat dianggap sebagai faktor utama, Namun diperlukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk memahami konteks dan variabel lain yang mungkin memengaruhi hubungan antara pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan asli daerah, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transparency of Hajj fund management, particularly in the presentation of Hajj pilgrimage costs, and evaluate its impact on the accountability of the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH). This research employs a qualitative document analysis method, utilizing BPKH annual reports, relevant regulations, and academic studies discussing transparency and accountability in Hajj fund management. The findings indicate that although BPKH publishes financial reports and provides an information system like SISKOHAT, accessibility and understanding of Hajj cost information remain challenging for prospective pilgrims. Many pilgrims struggle to differentiate between initial deposits and investment returns, leading to public misperceptions. Moreover, the lack of education and socialization regarding the Hajj information system results in pilgrims relying on third-party sources that may not always be accurate. The study also finds that while BPKH’s accountability is supported by annual audits and external supervision, transparency in reporting Hajj fund investments needs improvement to strengthen public trust. In conclusion, greater transparency in Hajj fund management enhances BPKH’s accountability, but further efforts are needed to simplify information presentation and expand public access to more open financial data.

Abstract

This outreach program aims to boost the local economy in Pantai Labu Village by developing the potential of its residents as traders. It focuses on enhancing their trading skills, marketing, and business management through participatory approaches that involve the local community in the outreach process, including providing guidance in managing their trading ventures. Research results have shown a significant improvement in the economic well-being of Pantai Labu Village residents who participated in the outreach program. Traders who received training and guidance managed to increase their income. Furthermore, the formation of business groups also facilitated collaboration among traders and joint marketing efforts, enhancing their competitiveness in the local market. Through a participatory approach and appropriate training, the community can improve their trading skills and knowledge, thereby optimizing the local economic potential. This also encourages collaboration and joint marketing, which has a positive impact on trader income and the overall village economy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly tight competition conditions in the clothing retail business and the low sales volume at the Fashion Parking Clothing Store, which is thought to be influenced by consumer behavior and purchasing interests that tend to change, the jump between product expectations and reality, and suboptimal marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Consumer Behavior and Purchase Intention on Sales Volume at the Parkir Fashion Clothing Store. This research was conducted at the Parkir Fashion Clothing Store located at Jalan Kapten Muslim, Helvetia Tengah, Helvetia District, Medan City, North Sumatra 20117-Indonesia. The population in this study was all consumers who made purchases at the Parkir Fashion clothing store. The sampling method used in this study was a nonprobability sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 96 respondents. This study used primary data collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used data analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 24 for Windows. The results showed that consumer behavior and purchasing interest partially influenced sales volume at the Parkir Fashion clothing store. Consumer behavior and purchasing interest simultaneously influenced sales volume at the Parkir Fashion clothing store. The coefficient of determination test showed that 54.6% of sales volume factors could be explained by consumer behavior and purchasing interest variables, while the remaining 43.6% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of micro-enterprise competitiveness in facing increasingly fierce competition, particularly for the Almadani Juara Snacks business in Pajus Market. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation and location on business competitiveness. This study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through a questionnaire from 100 respondents who were Almadani Juara Snacks consumers, using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product innovation had a partial significant effect on business competitiveness, with a calculated t-value of 4.804 > t-table 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Location also significantly influenced business competitiveness, with a calculated t-value of 3.062 > t-table 1.660 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Furthermore, product innovation was the most dominant variable influencing business competitiveness compared to location. Simultaneously, product innovation and location significantly influence business competitiveness. The discussion shows that increasing product innovation, such as flavor and packaging variations, along with strategic location selection, can increase consumer interest and maintain business sustainability. The conclusion of this study is that product innovation and location play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of Almadani Juara Cemilan in Pajus Market.
