Abstract

Accounting is the process of identifying, measuring, summarizing and classifying economic events or transactions to produce financial information / quantitative financial statements that are used by the user in decision making. Financial Report is the final result of the accounting process needed by the company as a communication tool that is expected to be able to provide information on the company's financial condition that will be used by internal parties and extern companies in decision making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah; pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa dalam situasi yang diamati, kontribusi dari pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap kedua variabel tersebut tidak dapat dianggap sebagai faktor utama, Namun diperlukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk memahami konteks dan variabel lain yang mungkin memengaruhi hubungan antara pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, pendapatan asli daerah, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyoroti pentingnya peran konsultan keuangan dalam membantu perusahaan merancang strategi keuangan yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan sintesis berbagai sumber literatur terkait. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsultan keuangan memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan analisis mendalam tentang situasi keuangan perusahaan dan menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan keuangan yang dihadapi. juga mampu memberikan saran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan mengurangi risiko. Dengan keahlian dan pengalaman yang luas, konsultan keuangan menjadi mitra strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan keuangan . Kesimpulannya, peran konsultan keuangan sangat penting dalam membantu perusahaan menghadapi dan mengatasi tantangan keuangan. Dengan bantuan konsultan keuangan, perusahaan dapat merancang dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan keuangan . Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk bekerja sama dengan konsultan keuangan yang kompeten dan berpengalaman untuk meraih kesuksesan finansial

Abstract

This community service program aimed to assist traders at Sukaramai Market in addressing declining sales due to digital competition and the presence of street vendors (PKL). The program focused on providing counseling and assistance in digital marketing strategies to complement traditional offline selling methods. The methods used included preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. During the preparation stage, observations and interviews were conducted to identify the main challenges faced by the traders. The implementation stage involved interactive counseling by six lecturers and ten students for 35 traders, followed by a practical simulation on creating social media accounts and managing digital promotions. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires to measure traders' understanding, responses, and readiness to implement the strategies. The results showed that 80% of traders understood the materials presented, with the majority expressing interest in adopting online marketing. Direct assistance enabled most traders to practice the steps of digital marketing independently. However, some challenges were encountered, such as limited internet access and unfamiliarity with technology among a portion of the traders. In conclusion, this program successfully improved traders' understanding and interest in digital marketing as a means to increase their sales. Further training and technological infrastructure support are necessary to expand the program's impact and sustainability. This initiative is expected to provide practical solutions and open opportunities for more adaptive business development in the digital era.

Abstract

This study was conducted by looking at the phenomenon of online shopping services that are currently growing. So the researcher aims to analyze the influence of Purchase Interest and Competitiveness on Sales Increase in Instagram online shopping services @Jastipdiskon.Medan. The background of this study is based on problems related to consumer purchasing interest and lack of competitiveness that can result in decreased sales. This study uses a quantitative method with a customer population of @Jastipdiskon.Medan of 80 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling (Slovin) method. Purchase interest and competitiveness factors have been shown to have a significant influence on increasing sales. These results are presented to provide input for the same type of business so that it can continue to grow and the possibility of other factors that can affect sales such as great competition due to the increasing number of online shopping services today

Abstract

This outreach program aims to boost the local economy in Pantai Labu Village by developing the potential of its residents as traders. It focuses on enhancing their trading skills, marketing, and business management through participatory approaches that involve the local community in the outreach process, including providing guidance in managing their trading ventures. Research results have shown a significant improvement in the economic well-being of Pantai Labu Village residents who participated in the outreach program. Traders who received training and guidance managed to increase their income. Furthermore, the formation of business groups also facilitated collaboration among traders and joint marketing efforts, enhancing their competitiveness in the local market. Through a participatory approach and appropriate training, the community can improve their trading skills and knowledge, thereby optimizing the local economic potential. This also encourages collaboration and joint marketing, which has a positive impact on trader income and the overall village economy.
