Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengawasan dan Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional terhadap Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Karyawan PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, dengan populasinya sebanyak 56 respon diambil secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket/kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi Berganda pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: ada pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara Pengawasan terhadap Kualitas Kerja dengan t hitung = 1,376 < t tabel 2,004 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.175>0.05. Sedangakn variabel Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional terhadap Kualitas Kerja dengan nilai t hitung = 3,093 > t tabel 2,004 dengan signifikan sebesar 0.003>0,05 berdasarkan hasil output SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,216 atau 21,6% berarti faktor Pengawasan dan Pelaksanaan Operasional dapat dijelaskan oleh Kualitas Kerja, sedangkan sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain sebesar 78,4%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and training on the performance of Nurcahaya School teachers. Technique sampling using a saturated sample technique, with the sample size is 21 teachers. Data collection using questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) Work Environment, Discipline Work and training together have a significant effect on the performance of Nurcahaya School teachers. 2) Work Environment, Work Discipline and Training partial positive and significant effect on Nurcahaya School Teacher Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengkajian ini bertarget dengan simultan serta parsial dampak dari tiap variable yang sudah ditetapkan. Pengkajian ini berjenis asosiatif. Pengkajian ini berpopulasi semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terverifikasi di BEI. Pengkajian ini bersampel sebuah perusahaan yang mencukupi tiap syarat, berupa 14 Perusahaan Manufaktur. Terdapat syarat guna menjadi sampel dipengkajian ini ialah perusahaan manufaktur yang terverifikasi di BEI sejak 2021-2023, Perusahaan Manufaktur yang mengeluarkan data financial bertanggal tutup buku 31 Desember serta sudah diauditkan juga memasukan data yang dibentuk auditor independent. Pengkajian ini berdata kuantitatif. Memakai sumber dari sekunder. Guna menghimpun datanya diselenggarakan secara Observasi nonpartisipasi. Pengkajian ini memakai analisa linear berganda melalui media SPSS Versi 27. Perolehan pengkajian menampilkan dengan parsial (X1) berdampak signifikan paa (Y), (X1) bernilai signifikan terhadap (X2) 0.000<0.05, (X2) berdampak tidak signifikan negative pada (Y) secara bernilai sign 0.399>0.05 serta dengan simultan (X1) serta (X2) berdampak pada (Y) secara bernilai sign 0.000<0.05, melalui R Square sejumlah 0.782 atau 78.2% pada (Y) serta selisihnya 21.8% didampaki variable diluar pengkajian. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, likuiditas, kinerja keuangan ABSTRACT This study targets simultaneously and partially the impact of each predetermined variable. This study is associative. This study is populated with all manufacturing companies verified on the IDX. This study sampled a company that met each requirement, in the form of 14 Manufacturing Companies. There are requirements to be a sample in this study, namely manufacturing companies verified on the IDX since 2021-2023, Manufacturing Companies that issue financial data with a closing date of December 31 and have been audited and also include data formed by independent auditors. This study uses quantitative data. Using secondary sources. In order to collect data, it was carried out through non-participatory observation. This study uses multiple linear analysis through SPSS Version 27. The results of the study show that partial (X1) has a significant impact on (Y), (X1) has a significant value on (X2) 0.000 <0.05, (X2) has an insignificant negative impact on (Y) with a sign value of 0.399> 0.05 and simultaneously (X1) and (X2) have an impact on (Y) with a sign value of 0.000 <0.05, through R Square of 0.782 or 78.2% on (Y) and the difference of 21.8% is affected by variables outside the study. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bojonegoro Regency Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency. This research has the aim of assessing employee performance where this study is specifically focused on the influence of leadership style, work commitment and work environment with a population of all employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency totaling 60 samples, using a 21-question Likert scale survey to test the research hypothesis through the SPSS program. The findings in the study concluded that if the leadership style is qualified or high, employee performance will increase, which means that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, commitment affects employee performance or has a positive effect and the work environment has a positive effect on performance. Limitations This research focuses on the Bojonegoro Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in East Java Province, East Java Province.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the partial influence of leadership style on job loyalty, examine the partial impact of job satisfaction on job loyalty, and investigate the combined effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on job loyalty at CV. Harco Nency. Methods: This quantitative research involves 50 employees of CV. Harco Nency, using multiple regression analysis, t-tests, determination coefficient (R²), and F-tests to evaluate the relationships between the independent variables (leadership style and job satisfaction) and the dependent variable (job loyalty). Results: Findings reveal that leadership style significantly affects job loyalty, evidenced by a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. Job satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on job loyalty, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. Furthermore, leadership style and job satisfaction together significantly influence job loyalty, confirmed by an F-value of 65.592 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005. Novelty: This study provides insights into the importance of leadership and job satisfaction in enhancing employee loyalty. It highlights the role of other influential factors such as motivation and work enthusiasm, offering a basis for further research on employee loyalty dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Work Environment, Training, and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Era Medika Alkesindo. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative research method with a quantitative descriptive research type that is explanatory research . The population of this study were employees at PT. Era Medika Alkesindo totaling 62 people, the sample of this study was 62 respondents. The data analysis method used was regression linear multiple. Results study test f Where f count > f table with level significant < 0.05 shows that simultaneously the Work Environment, Training and Motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the Employee Performance of PT. Era Medika Alkesindo. The results of the t-test study where the work environment that have influence positive and significant on Employee Performance at PT. Era Medika Alkesindo, Training that has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Era Medika Alkesindo and Motivation that has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Era Medika Alkesindo. The results of the determination coefficient analysis obtained an Adjusted R2 value of 0.508 , meaning that the variation of the Work Environment, Training, and Motivation variables is 50.8%, while the remaining 49.2% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the debt-to-asset ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2022. Return on Assets (ROA) is used as the dependent variable to measure profitability. Drawing on secondary data from 27 purposively selected banks over four years, this study employs multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption tests to ensure model robustness. The results show that DAR has a significantly negative effect on ROA, indicating that excessive leverage can undermine asset-driven profitability. Conversely, both TATO and NPM exert significant positive effects on ROA, suggesting that efficient asset utilization and strong cost control are key drivers of financial performance in the banking sector. The findings also reveal that DAR, TATO, and NPM jointly explain 97% of the variation in ROA, highlighting the integrated influence of capital structure, operational efficiency, and profit-margin management. This study contributes to the literature by offering a post-pandemic assessment of profitability drivers in the Indonesian banking context and provides practical implications for bank managers, regulators, and investors aiming to optimize performance in an increasingly digitized and regulated environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di PT. Kesatria Mandala Maju Bersama. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya kekurangan dalam komunikasi antarpegawai dengan atasan serta ketidakjelaskan dalam pembagian tugas, yang dapat menurunkan semangat kerja pegawai melalui kecemasan, kebingungan dan ketidakpuasan. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif juga meningkatkan tingkat stres di antara pegawai, yang berdampak negatif pada produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Jika kondisi ini dibiarkan, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan operasional perusahaan dan pencapaian tujuannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 orang pegawai PT. Kesatria Mandala Maju Bersama, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara keseluruhan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil uji, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, dan stres kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di PT. Kesatria Mandala Maju Bersama. Variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 62,40%, yang berarti kedua variabel ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi semangat kerja. Dengan memperhatikan dan mengelola kedua faktor ini, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai dan meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the transformation of social media content as a marketing communication strategy within the framework of Islamic da'wah. The research methodology employed a literature review by analyzing relevant journal articles, books, and other scholarly publications. The main focus of the study was on the reconceptualization of da'wah elements in response to new media culture, the integration of da'wah content into social media marketing communication strategies, and the alignment of social media content transformation with the guidance of the Qur'an and the principles of Islamic law. The results of the study indicate that social media has proven to be an effective tool for disseminating da'wah messages globally, reaching a wider audience, especially Generation Z and millennials. Meaningful and peaceful da'wah content strategies, as well as collaboration among Islamic scholars, students, and wise social media users, are key to creating a positive impact in influencing public perceptions of Islam. However, the research also identified several challenges, such as the spread of inaccurate information and a lack of understanding of social media ethics. The social impact of using social media in da'wah shows significant benefits in reaching a broad audience but also highlights the need for extra caution in leveraging this platform. In conclusion, the transformation of social media content as a marketing communication strategy within the framework of da'wah makes a significant contribution to strengthening the effectiveness of Islamic da'wah in the digital era. However, achieving this goal requires wise management, good message quality, and a deep understanding of social media ethics and Islamic principles. This research is expected to provide new insights and contribute to the development of relevant and effective da'wah strategies that meet the demands of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Safety, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Sawit Sukses Sejati. The method used is a survey technique and filling out a questionnaire on all employees of PT. Sawit Sukses Sejati. The number of samples in this study was 74 employees. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis of this study are t count more than t table which is 5.256 less than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005, the value of t count more than t table or 4.02 more than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005, the value of t count more than t table or 3.538 more than 1.967 and the significance value is 0.001 less than 0.005. So it can be interpreted that the three independent variables affect the dependent variable. This means that safety, motivation, and work discipline affect the performance of an employee.
