Abstract

Eksistensi buku teks sangat penting bagi perkuliahan, yang umumnya prodi PBA menggunakan Jȃmi ad-Durûs al-‘Arabiyyah dan Mulakhkhash Qawȃ’id al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyyah, untuk perkuliahan nahwu dan sharaf. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan sistematika dan isi kitab Jȃmi ad-Durûs al-‘Arabiyyah dan Mulakhkhash Qawȃ’id al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyyah. Serta komparasi kelebihan dan kekurangan keduanya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berjenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, materi nahwu dan sharaf di dalam kitab Jȃmi ad-Durûs al-‘Arabiyyah, pembahasannya masih tercampur. Sedangkan di dalam kitab Mulakhkhash Qawȃ’id al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyyah, pembahasan materi nahwu dan sharaf terpisah. Kedua kitab memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan: Jȃmi ad-Durûs al-‘Arabiyyah membahas nahwu dan sharaf dengan sangat mendalam dan rinci, namun kurang sistematis; Mulakhkhash Qawȃ’id al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyyah membahas nahwu dan sharaf dengan sistematis, namun kajian kurang mendalam. Kata kunci: Nahwu, Sharaf, Jȃmi ad-Durûs, Mulakhkhash, Buku Teks.

Abstract

Marriage registration is an important aspect of marriage law in Indonesia which has implications for the validity and legal protection of married couples. Indonesia has various marriage legal systems, both customary and religious, which are regulated in Law no. 1 of 1974. In Islam, marriage registration is not a pillar of marriage, but has significance in providing legal certainty. Without registration, the marriage loses legal force, potentially causing problems in the future. This research uses the Participatory Research method by involving the community in socializing marriage registration in Taringgul Landeuh Village, Kiarapedes District, Purwakarta Regency. This activity goes through the stages of observation, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity show that there are still people who marry without official registration, which has an impact on legal protection for partners and their offspring. This socialization succeeded in increasing public awareness about the importance of registering marriages as a means of complying with the law and guaranteeing the validity of marriages in the eyes of the state

Abstract

Translation guidebooks play a crucial role in both academic and practical contexts. Among the notable examples are Mafaza: Pintar Menerjemahkan Bahasa Arab-Indonesia and Buku Pintar Menerjemah Arab-Indonesia. This study aims to describe the structure and content of these two books, as well as analyze their respective strengths and weaknesses. Employing a content analysis method with a qualitative approach, the research reveals that both books address the theory and practice of translation while avoiding overly literal translation techniques. Mafaza stands out for its wealth of practical translation formulas, making it particularly suitable for beginner translators. In contrast, Buku Pintar Menerjemah Arab-Indonesia excels in its comprehensive theoretical explanations, making it more appropriate for readers seeking a deeper understanding of translation theory. Consequently, Mafaza is less ideal for those pursuing in depth theoretical knowledge, and Buku Pintar not be suitable for novice learners.Keywords – Translation Handbook, Translation Practice, Translation Theory.
