Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth and trust towards the interest of pilgrims to register exclusive Hajj in Dewangga Lil Hajj Wal Umrah Surakarta. The dependent variable in this study is the interest of pilgrims registering exclusive hajj. Meanwhile, the independent variables are word of mouth and service trust. The population in this study included all pilgrims who have registered a special Hajj package. The sample was selected using the accidental sampling method and obtained 30 respondents. This study was a quantitative study using multiple linear regressions as an analysis technique. The results show that word of mouth has no significant effect on the interest of pilgrims registering exclusive hajj. Furthermore, the truth has a significant effect on the readability of pilgrims registering exclusive hajj.

Abstract

MUI Fatwa Number 24 of 2017 contains The Laws and Guidelines for Doing Muamalah Through Social Media. The MUI Fatwa can be applied to social networking ethics (netiquette). The millennial generation has excellent power in countering hoax narratives. The research purpose was to determine netiquette of the millennial generation in doing muamalah and warding off hoax in social media based on MUI Fatwa. The design of this study is qualitative research using an online qualitative survey. Netiquette as a guideline based on the MUI Fatwa focuses on discussing guidelines for doing muamalah on social media and creating and disseminating related content/information in countering hoaxes by the millennial generation from the four existing guidelines. Millennial's netiquette in doing muamalah on social media should be done properly and correctly, not violating the Shari'a and regulations (MUI Fatwa and others), and responding well to each other's content. The content shared is positive and not a hoax. Millennials sort out contents that will be disseminated on social media by studying, understanding, confirming, then following. The netiquette for millennials in warding off hoaxes is to ensure that the content is appropriately verified, helpful, not provocative and does not contain hoaxes, slander, backbiting, bullying, gossip, and other forbidden things. Millennials avoid spreading hoax content on social media by limiting accounts, avoiding and discontinuing, seeking truth from trusted sources, following the Indonesia Anti Hoax page, reporting harmful content through content complaints websites, or directly using the block and report features on social media. If this is not possible, they choose to remain silent, skip, and not share that hoax content.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan daerah. Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah menjadi salah satu sektor yang paling terdampak di era new normal pasca Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan datang langsung ke lokasi. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh langsung dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dampak yang dirasakan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah penurunan pendapatan penjualan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan membuat strategi yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dengan bertujuan untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya dengan memperluas area penjualan secara online. Abstract

In the digital era, Instagram media users are increasingly from various social circles, for example, managers or sectors in the world of tourism such as Balekambang Park Surakarta. Balekambang Park tourism is one of the interesting places both from a historical, cultural and environmental point of view. Instagram as one of the promotional media for Balekambang Park tourism because it has a large number of followers. With the effective use of Instagram, it can make Balekambang Park a popular tourist spot. The purpose of this research is to find out the utilisation of Instagram used for promotional communication and to find out the obstacles to promotion using Instagram. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by providing an explanation or description of the problem at hand and supported by primary and secondary data. The results of this study show that Balekambang Park utilises the features provided by Instagram as a promotional media. The use of Instagram as a promotional media is reviewed from the aspects of tourism promotion content, user aspects and economic impact. While the promotion carried out by Balekambang Park through Instagram also has several obstacles, which include obstacles in human resource management, inadequate live streaming tools, and regarding content.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Rihaal Umrah and Education Bureau. This study uses a type of quantitative research using simple linear regression analysis. The independent variable in this study is service quality, and the dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. The population in this study was gained the Umrah participants of the 2019 period, with a sample of 36 respondents. The results of this study showed that the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It means that if the quality of service increases, the customer satisfaction of umrah’s school will also increase

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the value of the benefits of endowment funds for the people through the BPKH benefit program and to find out what obstacles were encountered during the implementation of the particular benefit program within the scope of the pilgrimage services. In this research, using qualitative research methods. Then the data sources of this research are primary and secondary by using purposive sampling technique . Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. As for testing the validity of the data with source triangulation. Meanwhile, to analyze data with data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) , drawing conclusions (conclusion drawing/verification). The use of the value of the benefit of the people's endowment fund is managed by the BPKH Health Division in collaboration with organizations in in terms of benefit partners to be distributed to beneficiaries who support the benefit program, namely specifically for pilgrimage service activities. The use of DAU benefit values that have been explicitly realised for the scope of Hajj services in 2021 such as the procurement of operational cars for KBIHU offices, procurement of data digitization and KBIHU digitization infrastructure in collaboration through PPPA Daarul Qur'an benefit partners.***Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan nilai manfaat dana abadi umat melalui program kemaslahatan BPKH dan mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dihadapi selama berjalannya program kemaslahatan khusus ruang lingkup pelayanan ibadah haji. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Kemudian sumber data penelitian ini adalah primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun dalam uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data dengan reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing/verification). Penggunaan nilai manfaat dana abadi umat ini dikelola oleh Divisi Bidang Kemaslahatan BPKH yang bekerjasama dengan organisasi-organisasi di dalam istilah mitra kemaslahatan untuk disalurkan kepada penerima manfaat yang mendukung program kemaslahatan yaitu khusus untuk kegiatan pelayanan ibadah haji. Penggunaan nilai manfaat DAU yang sudah terealisasi khusus ruang lingkup pelayanan ibadah haji pada tahun 2021 seperti pengadaan mobil operasional untuk kantor KBIHU, pengadaan digitalisasi data dan sarana prasarana digitalisasi KBIHU yang bekerjasama melalui mitra kemaslahatan PPPA Daarul Qur’an.Keywords: People’s Endowment Fund, Hajj Service, BPKH Benefit Program.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the general description of the implementation of Hajj ritual (manasik) guidance by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency for prospective Hajj pilgrims. The research was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of guidance on mass Hajj manasik of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency was aligned with the planning that had been formed and in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Implementation No. 164 of 2023 concerning guidelines for organizing Hajj manasik guidance for regular pilgrims at the Regency or City and District levels. The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sragen Regency used four management functions in carrying out Hajj manasik guidance activities: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising.
