Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Communication Pattern of Talaran Setara Agrotourism Tourism, to analyze in depth what factors are the Supporters and Barriers in carrying out Tourism Communications for Talaran Setara Peatland Agrotourism, to analyze how to create a brand in Talaran Setara Agrotourism. to analyze what creates the emotional connection that causes trust, intimacy, and passion of tourists in Talaran Setara Agrotourism, to analyze what makes tourists visit Talaran Setara Agrotourism. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The research location is Talaran Setara Agrotourism, Karya Maju Village, Marabahan District. The results of this study: The communication pattern of Talaran Setara Agrotourism carried out by Karya Maju Village is by branding on social media, because in the current global era of social media is the most effective medium to quickly introduce something to the wider community, Talaran Setara Agrotourism is a tourist destination in the form of an artificial garden on an area ofapproximately one hectare which is now being visited by many local people, the existence of Talaran Setara Agrotourism can also grow the economy through traders who sell around tourist , cultural and artistic attractions that display art attractions on a regular basis, and foster a sense of love. in culture and the homeland, as well as creating business opportunities such as culinary, opening parking lots, swing rentals, renting children's toys and various types of businesses that can still be developed through the existence of tourist destinations.

Abstract

Penegakan hukum administrasi lingkungan bersifat preventif yang dilaksanakan melalui instrumen pengawasan dan perizinan. Selanjutnya instrumen sanksi administrasi sebagai penegakan hukum secara represif dalam upaya menegakkan peraturan perundang-undangan lingkungan.Dalam hukum administrasi negara dikenal prinsip bahwa pejabat yang berwenang mengeluarkan izin memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap izin tersebut. Pasal 1 angka 35 UUPPLH memberikan definisi bahwa Izin lingkungan merupakan izin yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang melakukan usaha dan/ atau kegiatan yang wajib amdal atau UKL-UPL dalam rangka perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup sebagai prasyarat untuk memperoleh izin usaha dan/ atau kegiatan. Pejabat yang berwenang untuk mengeluarkan izin lingkungan tersebut adalah pemerintah, pemerintah daerah provinsi, atau pemerintah daerah kabupaten/ kota sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Selanjutnya Pasal 71 UUPPLH mengatur bahwa untuk melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap izin tersebut, pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah dapat mendelegasikan kepada pejabat/ instansi teknis yang bertanggung di bidang perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup.Mengkaji masalah penegakan hukum administrasi lingkungan, maka penelitian bertujuan untuk mengurai masalah yang kompleks, karena terdapat jalinan hubungan antara sistem hukum dengan sistem sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat. Metode penelitian normatif dilakukan melalui pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach), dan pendekatan filsafat (filosofis approach). Penelitian memfokuskan pada analisis substanstif penegakan hukum administrasi melalui instrumen pengawasan yang berorientasi pada asas keterpaduan sebagai salah satu dasar perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup

Abstract

Setiap individu perlu berkomunikasi dengan lebih baik, manusia mengembangkan metode komunikasi dan media. Di era sekarang ini, media komunikasi telah sangat bervariasi berkat perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Perkembangan TIK telah mendorong lahirnya komunikasi media baru. Komunikasi media baru seperti Web 2.0 memiliki alternatif media komunikasi yaitu media sosial telah meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas komunikasi publik. Penggunaan media sosial saat ini tidak terbatas pada percakapan sehari-hari, tetapi telah diperluas ke komunikasi politik. Sifat interaktif dan fleksibel dari media sosial telah membuatnya sekarang banyak digunakan oleh baik anggota masyarakat, politisi, dan partai politik dalam komunikasi politik. Metode penelitian yang mengacu pada media sosial kini telah menjadi sarana utama untuk kampanye dan komunikasi politik. Namun, politisi harus bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk komunikasi politik karena penggunaan komunikasi menengah ini menghadirkan beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan, terutama bagi penonton. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Menggabangkan media tradisional dan sosial untuk komunikasi mungkin menjadi solusi terbaik untuk menjaga keterlibatan dan komunikasi dengan audiens.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH dalam Keputusan Pembelian MERCHANDISE K-pop BTS di Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH terhadap Keputusan Pembelian MERCHANDISE K-Pop BTS di Kota Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data korelasi menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Army yang masuk di dalam Group Whatsapp ARMY Banjarmasin. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan rumus slovin, maka ditemukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif dari Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian MERCHANDISE K-Pop BTS di Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Local wisdom-based tourism is a strategic asset in regional development because it can provide economic benefits while maintaining cultural identity. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government, specifically the Tourism Office, in promoting local wisdom tourism. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving eight key informants from government circles, tourism actors, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results show that the local government's communication strategy is implemented through three main forms: the use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to expand promotional reach; holding cultural festivals such as Aruh Ganal to attract tourists while preserving traditions; and multi-stakeholder collaboration with communities, the private sector, and local media to strengthen promotional networks. This strategy has been proven to increase public awareness, youth participation, and the number of tourist visits to local wisdom destinations. This study concludes that an adaptive, collaborative, and culturally value-based local government communication strategy can be an effective instrument in developing sustainable tourism. The practical implications are that strengthening human resource capacity, digital content innovation, and cross-sector collaboration governance are important prerequisites for the successful promotion of local wisdom tourism.

Abstract

Wisdom is interpreted in the local culture of Sasirangan cloth, one of its products is the Kijang and Jagung motif which is seen as increasingly important in supporting economic welfare and also as a process of creation, creativity, ideas, and concepts from a person or group that can produce Sasirangan works or products. The use of local wisdom culture makes creative economies utilize creativity, individual creativity, and individual skills and talents to create welfare and employment. The purpose of this study is 1). To analyze the connotation of the sasirangan batik motif that depicts the local wisdom of Tanah Laut Regency. 2) To analyze the denotation of the sasirangan batik motif that depicts the local wisdom of Tanah Laut Regency. 3) To analyze the meaning built on the sasirangan batik motif that depicts the local wisdom of Tanah Laut Regency. The type of research used is qualitative, namely in the initial stage the researcher conducts exploration, then data collection is carried out in depth, starting from observation to compiling reports. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the study show that 1) The connotation of the sasirangan batik motif depicts a spirit with agility and wisdom and deer have an agile nature, it is expected that users of sasirangan cloth with deer motifs can apply these characteristics. 2) The denotation of the sasirangan batik motif that depicts the local wisdom of Tanah Laut Regency is interpreted as a symbol of agility, adaptability, and the ability to face challenges. 3) The sasirangan batik motif contains a philosophy of life that teaches how to live a good life, be useful to others, and maintain a balance between the world and the hereafter. The sasirangan batik motif can also be a symbol of Tanah Laut Regency which reflects the identity of local wisdom, culture and traditions typical of Tanah Laut.

Abstract

Abstract The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in supporting students’ independent learning processes. In this digital era, Senior High School students in Banjarbaru City have begun to utilize AI-based tools, such as ChatGPT and Canva, to assist them in completing assignments and understanding material more efficiently and flexibly. In using AI, students' communication skills play a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of their interactions with the technology, especially in delivering accurate commands or prompts. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method to examine the influence of students’ communication when using AI on their independent learning processes. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with hypothesis testing (t-test), supported by SPSS version 26. Findings revealed that the t-count was 9.455, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.221 and a significance level (ρ) of 0.00. These results indicate that the independent learning process variable had a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the independent variable (students’ communication using AI) significantly influenced the dependent variable (independent learning process). The communication variable showed a moderate significant influence of 19.5% on the independent learning process of Senior High School students in Banjarbaru City, as indicated by the R Square value of 0.195. The remaining 80.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Overall, the hypothesis testing confirmed that students’ communication when using AI has a moderate significant effect on their independent learning process.

Abstract

Corruption remains a major issue in Indonesia, significantly affecting various sectors, including the entertainment industry. When public figures, particularly celebrities, become involved in corruption cases, it not only tarnishes their personal image but also shakes public trust in the entertainment industry and social institutions as a whole. This study aims to analyze how mass media covers corruption cases involving celebrities and the impact of such coverage on public perception. Using a qualitative research approach, the study examines news articles, television broadcasts, and online media publications about celebrity corruption cases over the past five years. The findings reveal that mass media plays a crucial role in shaping public opinion, either worsening or improving the public’s view of the individuals involved. Media emphasis on the sensational aspects of celebrity scandals often overshadows the larger issues of corruption in the political and governmental systems. This article concludes by highlighting the need for more responsible reporting that not only addresses the moral and personal aspects of the individuals involved but also educates the public on the broader implications of corruption in society.
