Abstract

Comprehensive analyses on incorporating the intersection of online education, humanizing teaching approaches, and digital tools remain scarce. To the best of the authors' knowledge, limited comprehensive studies integrate online pedagogy and digital tools to humanize teaching methods, enabling students to become engaged and personalized learners, while fostering empathy among educators. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, utilizing databases from the Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and Google Scholar. The study employed content and comparative analysis and advocated a grounded theory approach to inductively analyses and navigate the articles’ data for addressing three research questions. Based on a set of criteria for inclusion and exclusion, 34 research articles written in English between 2010 and 2024 were reviewed. Results indicated the community of inquiry (CoI) framework has been prominent over the past two decades and is considered suitable for integration with any digital tools when investigating pedagogical strategies at all education levels, aiming to make online learning student-centered or human-centered with the principle of ‘no child left behind'. The review offers significant implications for humanizing online learning to the educational technology community, particularly for policymakers and practitioners, to strategies, reflect on, and, if necessary, improve their practices for future sustainable education and efficient pedagogical performance.

Abstract

Indonesia became one of the strongest economies in Asia Pacific. Sustainable tourism is crucial for Indonesia due to the country's rich biodiversity, diverse cultures, and reliance on tourism as a significant economic driver. Sustainable tourism in Indonesia refers to the practice of promoting tourism activities that minimize negative impacts on the environment, respect and preserve local cultures, and contribute to the well-being of local communities. Indonesia, with its rich biodiversity, cultural diversity, and natural beauty, recognizes the importance of sustainable tourism to ensure the long-term viability of its tourism industry and the preservation of its natural and cultural assets. Renewable energy tourism, also known as green or sustainable energy tourism, is gaining importance globally as countries seek to promote environmental sustainability and address climate change. By integrating sustainability into tourism practices, Indonesia ensures the long-term viability of its tourism industry. This approach helps balance economic growth with environmental and social considerations, preventing negative consequences that could harm the industry in the future. SCOPUS analyze search results, Social Renewable Energy, Social Economic and Social Tourism 7236 documents result since 1981 to 2023, all field article. Promising in research and publication for Social Renewable Energy, Social Economic and Social Tourism. Compare top 15 affiliations, dominant affiliations from China. Still no Indonesia research institution in top 15 of the list. Compare top 15 countries, the best 3 countries are China, USA and UK. In ASIA and ASEAN, Indonesia under China, Pakistan, India, Iran and Malaysia. This is real challenge for Indonesia research institution to expand their research in Social Renewable Energy, Social Economic and Social Tourism. Compare top 15 funding sponsors, dominant from China, ASEAN dominant from Malaysian and Vietnam, there are no Indonesia funding sponsor.

Abstract

Purpose: The paper discusses the usage of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial analysis in Uzbekistan, highlighting the potential benefits and challenges of AI adoption in the country's financial sector. Design/methodology/approach: The paper compares Uzbekistan's development to global experience, analyzing the current state of AI adoption in financial analysis, and identifying the major obstacles to its implementation. Findings: The findings indicate that AI has positive aspects in credit risk, fraud detection, and prediction. However, the major obstacles to AI adoption are infrastructure, regulation, and literacy. The paper proposes a gradual hybrid approach, combining regulatory support and fintech innovation, to allow systematic integration of AI. Paper type: Research paper
