Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the airways. Chronic airways that have chronic inflammation are hyperresponsive so that when stimulated by certain risk factors, the airway becomes blocked and the air flow is obstructed due to bronchial constriction, mucous congestion, and increased inflammation. Lack of patient and family knowledge can increase the risk of asthma complications. To improve the prevention of complications, health education in simple inhalation therapy is given. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on simple inhalation therapy on the level of knowledge of families of asthmatics. The method used in this research is descriptive case study which is one type of strategy in qualitative research with a case study research approach (case study). The population in this study was all of the Tandan Village, Kepatihan Village, Selogiri Subdistrict, which are included in the work area of the Selogiri Community Health Center who suffer from asthma. Sample of 3 family respondents with asthma. The action taken was simple inhalation health education. This health education is carried out 1 day for 1 hour. All three family respondents experienced an increase in knowledge as evidenced by the ability to answer the questionnaire before and after being given health education, from the inadequate category (33% - 53%) to the moderately good category (73% -100%). From the case study it was found that the level of respondents' knowledge increased as evidenced by the ability to answer the questionnaire before and after being given health education, from the category of inadequate (33% -53%) to the category of fairly good (73% - 100%). The increase in the level of knowledge is influenced by the level of education, socioeconomic, age, and experience of obtaining previous health education

Abstract

Membaca tidak hanya membaca huruf tapi dapat diawali dengan membaca gambar kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membaca huruf dan kalimat. Membaca permulaan bagi anak terbatas pada pengucapan lambang bunyi huruf, kata dan kalimat dalam bentuk sederhana. Media pembelajaran big book dapat dijadikan pilihan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca anak usia dini. Dalam big book, anak tidak hanya bisa melihat gambar yang penuh warna tetapi juga bisa membaca tanpa ada perasaan bosan dengan materi bacaan yang dibaca. Modifikasi big book yang telah disesuaikan dengan ciri metode montessori dilengkapi dengan gambar yang erat dengan kehidupan anak, seperti hewan, tumbuhan dll. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan modifikasi media big book berbasis metode montessori dalam peningkatan membaca permulaan pada kelompok B. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, 2 guru kolompok B dann 14 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Teknik analisis data : observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak kelompok B di Tk Quranikids School

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Sunda pada anak usia dini melalui aplikasi Let’s Read. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap seorang guru dan sepuluh anak usia 4–6 tahun di Cianjur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam strategi pedagogis: pemodelan, definisi, ekspansi, contoh kontekstual, pertanyaan terbuka, dan perintah direktif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru mengelompokkan kosakata berdasarkan tiga tingkatan kompleksitas (Tier 1–3), termasuk kosakata bermuatan budaya seperti peyeum. Efektivitas penggunaan teknologi digital bergantung pada mediasi guru sebagai cultural broker yang menghubungkan bahasa dengan nilai budaya lokal. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa pelestarian bahasa daerah memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan kematangan pedagogis, sensitivitas budaya serta teknologi edukatif. Teknologi berperan sebagai alat bantu pemberdayaan guru, bukan pengganti perannya dalam pelestarian bahasa.
