Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi.Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat.            Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa penyampaian materi secara verbal dan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitis terkait keilmuan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (pegawai kelurahan cirendeu).Dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, tentunya kelurahan sangat besar perannya sebagai fasilitator dalam berbagai aktivitas kependudukan, oleh karena itu dalam bidang pelayanan ini, SDM di Bidang pelayanan ditambahkan dengan menyelenggarakan perekrutan petugas administrasi bidang pelayanan dan IT untuk memperluas rentang kendali pelayanan Kelurahan Cirendeu. Lurah mempunyai tugas merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengarahkan, mengawasi, mengendalikan, menyelenggarakan pemerintahan Kelurahan sesuai dengan Tugas, Fungsi dan Tata Kerja Kelurahan . Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Cirendeu dilaksanakan selama tiga hari. Namun sebelum melaksanakannya, kami sudah melakukan beberapa kali kunjungan yang bertujuan agar kami bisa survey dan melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan baik.Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi secara umum merupakan hal-hal yang harus bahkan wajib dikerjakan oleh seorang anggota organisasi atau pegawai dalam suatu instansi secara rutin sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk menyelesaikan program kerja yang telah dibuat berdasarkan tujuan, visi dan misi suatu organisasi. Setiap pegawai seharusnya melaksanakan kegiatan yang lebih rinci yang dilaksanakan secara jelas dan dalam setiap bagian atau unit. Rincian tugas-tugas tersebut digolongkan kedalam satuan praktis dan konkrit sesuai dengan kemampuan dan tuntutan masyarakat. Tugas Pokok dan fungsi (TUPOKSI) merupakan suatu kesatuan yang saling terkait antara Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi. Dalam Peraturan Perundang-undangan pun sering disebutkan bahwa suatu organisasi menyelenggarakan fungsi-fungsi dalam rangka melaksanakan sebuah tugas pokok. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan, individu dan masyarakat disadarkan akan potensi, kebutuhan dan masalah yang ada pada diri dan lingkungannya. Selanjutnya mereka didorong untuk mau melakukan perubahan yang dimulai dari dalam diri. Oleh sebab itu, kami mengambil judul  Optimalisasi Peran Kelurahan Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Fungsi Kelurahan Sebagai Fasilitator Masyarakat di kelurahan cirendeu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. AJI JAYA SANTOSA either partially or simultaneously. The method used is Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study are employees of PT. AJI JAYA SANTOSA. The sampling technique used is saturated sample method with a sample of 65 respondents. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of workload on employee performance at PT. AJI JAYA SANTOSA this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=3,465 + 2,277 X1. The correlation value is 0.423 (strong). The coefficient of determination is 46.2%. And the tcount value is tcount 3.362 > ttable 2.007. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. AJI JAYA SANTOSA this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y= 41.755 + 0.031 X2. The correlation value is 0.698 (strong). The coefficient of determination is 50.3%. And the tcount value is tcount 9.961 > ttable 2.007. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. AJI JAYA SANTOSA this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 36.254 + 0.280 X1 + 0.791 X2. The correlation value is 0.758 (strong). The coefficient of determination is 60%. And the Fcount value is Fcount 6.039 > Ftable 3.180.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Application of Work Discipline and Work Motivation in Improving the Performance of Non-ASN Employees in the Hygiene Section at the State Civil Apparatus Personnel Development Center in Bogor. This study analyzes the application of work discipline and motivation to improve employee performance. The method used is qualitative research with a non-probability sample technique, purposive sampling. The data collection procedure of this study is observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this study show that the application of employee work discipline is quite good because some employees obey the rules set by the agency. In addition, applying employee motivation is good because there are awards from agency leaders. The application of work discipline and work motivation can improve employee performance. Employee performance is good because the resulting performance has a good impact on individuals and agencies. The results of the SWOT analysis show that it is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, where the values of the X axis (strengths and weaknesses) and the Y axis (opportunities and threats) have positive values of 1.43 and 1.70, which means that this situation is favorable for agencies to use existing strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Also, the results of the QSPM analysis are that 5 alternative strategy priorities can be used as strategies in improving employee performance, including improving good service, employee attitudes, and employee responsibilities by 6.50, controlling work to run professionally by 6.42, maintaining good cooperative relationships between employees and other agencies by 6.13, increasing the potential ability of employees by 5.91, increased assertiveness and care by 5.22

Abstract

Education is an effort to transfer knowledge so as to form the development of a person's potential which is ultimately able to survive in real life. In essence, education is a basic human need that will later form a civilization with intellectuality. In general, bullying is an act of physical or psychological violence carried out by perpetrators who have power over weaker victims, causing feelings of depression, stress and prolonged trauma, usually occurring continuously. There is no common definition of the term bullying. Identification of problems in this community service, namely, reviewing the picture of bullying, reviewing the impact of bullying on victims and perpetrators, reviewing public perceptions of bullying and analyzing bullying and finding optimal solutions to eradicate bullying. The purpose of this PKM program is to provide an understanding related to providing information that even the smallest act of bullying can have a negative impact on both victims and perpetrators. Providing information that bullying is inappropriate in educational institutions or in the community. Eradicating a moral crisis such as bullying in educational institutions is clearly not an easy matter. However, if bullying is allowed to continue to occur and become rooted so that it increases irrationality, especially in educational environments, then there will be a shift in the values ??of violence (bullying) from what should not be good to do to being common and appropriate to do in educating students. In fact, bullying has a very detrimental impact on social life, children's psychological development, norms, and the future of the nation. Therefore, anti-bullying efforts require support from all components of society starting from the family, school, and environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline and work training have on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a population of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section as many as 85 respondents or samples with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are (validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test), quantitative descriptive analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (T and F tests). The results of the study of the work discipline variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.696, a t-value of 8.824> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the study of the work training variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.650, a t-value of 7.786> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Jakarta Management Center Area Gardener Section with a calculated F value of 58.562> Ftable 3.11

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of understanding the characteristics and types of illegal investments to minimize financial risks for mothers who are members of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) RW 07, Jombang Village. The method used in implementing community service activities is material presentation. The technique used in implementing community service activities is brainstorming and discussion with 25 (twenty five) participants at PKK RW 07 Jalan Sumatera Kampung Rawa Lele RT 004 RW 007, Jombang Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, Banten 15414.
