Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the level of students’ stress and motivation, and to analyze the effect of stress on students' motivation in Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The populations in this study are all fourth semester students, who enrolled in Management Department in 2018-2019. The number of samples is 127 respondents with an error rate of 5%. This study use Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42) questionnaire to measure stress and it uses Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) to measure students' learning motivation. The data are analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS statistical software. The results show that 42% of students experience moderate stress, 35% of them experience mild stress, 23% of them are normal. There is none who experience severe and very severe stress. Student with high learning motivation is 43%. Student with moderate motivation is 38%. The remaining 19% have low motivation. There is an effect of stress on motivation with sig = 0.002. The effect of the stress variable on the motivation variable can be seen from output B that is equal to 0.985. The coefficient of determination is 0.072. This means that stress affects motivation by 7.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of quality of Pos Express delivery services in Manado city during the pandemic of Covid19. The study using Servqual theory measurement method by Parasuraman (1985), by distributing questionnaires to consumers. Its asking their expectations and perceptions about the quality of Pos Express services in Manado city, then calculating the difference between both. The results show the magnitude of service quality. The research sample is 100 respondents, who have met the research requirements, which is at least 2 times using these services. The results obtained are the overall servqual value is -0.31, meaning that the quality of Pos Express services in Manado city still does not meet consumer expectations.

Abstract

Di era transformasi digital yang luar biasa dan revolusi industri 5.0, kewirausahaan telah menjadi elemen penting dalam aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat saat ini, dengan banyak individu yang berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas kewirausahaan sebagai profesi utama dan sekunder. Mahasiswa memiliki beberapa peluang untuk menjadi wirausaha, namun hanya sedikit mahasiswa, termasuk Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado, yang memanfaatkannya. Namun ada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam berbisnis, antara lain literasi kewirausahaan, inovasi pribadi, dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui: 1) dampak literasi kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, 2) dampak kreativitas individu terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan 3) dampak sikap kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif semester lima Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado yang berjumlah 155 orang. Sebelum pengumpulan data, kuesioner divalidasi dan reliabel. Data dievaluasi dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) literasi kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha; 2) kreativitas individu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha; dan 3) sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, literasi kewirausahaan, kreativitas individu, dan sikap kewirausahaan terbukti sangat penting untuk menarik perhatian karena mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap upaya meningkatkan minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Pembelajaran yang Inovatif Project Based Learning dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini antara lain : manfaat praktis yakni dapat menjadi referensi bagi para pembaca dan menjadi sarana penulis dalam mendalami teori-teori kependidikan, Project Based Learning adalah metode pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan pada semua jenjang pendidikan. Dalam metode pembelajaran ini pendidik berperan sebagai fasiliator. Project Based Learning bertujuan untuk menemukan pemecahan masalah, disamping itu juga agar peserta didik mempelajari konsep cara pemecahan masalah dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dalam mempelajari konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis tersebut peserta didik bekerja secara bersama‐sama dalam kelompoknya untuk mengkaji masalah-masalah riil. Pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dan kreatif, dengan belajar dari apa yang mereka lihat dari lingkungannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang di peroleh melalui perbandingan hasil yang diperoleh siswa di siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Yang menjadi populasi adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Gorontalo Utara sebanyak 17 siswa, sampelnya diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Dari penelitian terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa penerapan Pembelajaran yang Inovatif Project Based Learning dalam proses belajar mengajar di SMA Negeri 8 Gorontalo Utara oleh Guru-Guru sudah optimal, namun perlu adanya usaha untuk peningkatan kualitas mengajar guru yaitu dengan upaya-upaya seperti pelatihan secara terpadu dalam pengembangan K-13 (Kurikulum 2013) dalam penggunaan dan pembuatan media/sumber secara sederhana oleh guru serta perlu adanya penyediaan sarana yang lebih baik dan efisien berupa penambahan jaringa Wifi dan Proyektor di ruang kelas agar membantu proses pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran yang Inovatif, Project Based Learning, Hasil Belajar, Siswa ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the application of innovative project based learning in order to improve student learning outcomes. The expected benefits of this research include: practical benefits, namely that it can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for writers to explore educational theories, Project Based Learning is a learning method that can be applied at all levels of education. In this learning method the educator acts as a facilitator. Project Based Learning aims to find solutions to problems, besides that, students also learn the concept of how to solve problems and develop critical thinking skills. In studying the concepts and critical thinking skills, students work together in groups to examine real problems. It is hoped that learning by applying this learning method can make students more active and creative, by learning from what they see in their environment. This research uses the Classroom Action Research Method, data collection is carried out after teaching and learning activities have been carried out, while analyzing the data obtained through comparing the results obtained by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The population is all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Gorontalo North as many as 17 students, the sample was taken from the entire population. From the research on these aspects, it can be concluded that the application of Innovative Project Based Learning in the teaching and learning process at SMA Negeri 8 Gorontalo Utara by the teachers is optimal, but efforts are needed to improve the quality of teacher teaching, namely by efforts- efforts such as integrated training in the development of K-13 (2013 Curriculum) in the use and creation of simple media/resources by teachers as well as the need to provide better and more efficient facilities in the form of adding Wifi networks and projectors in classrooms to help the learning process in the classroom .
