Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the individual characterstic and job characteristic through organization culture and its impact on job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 168 employee PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables measured include individual characterstic and job characteristic effect toward organization culture of The PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. Based on the analysis of statistical test is individual characterstic and job characteristic and organization culture  affect on the job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The result organization culture variable  effect of full mediated  on individual characterstic and job characteristic toward to job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. Keywords :            Individual Characterstic, Job Characteristic, Organization Culture and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction, service quality, word-of-mouth, and store atmosphere affect consumers' decisions to buy at the Global Cell Phone Store in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data gathering methods. Customers of the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency made up the study's population. There were 110 customer samples in all in this study. Multiple linear regression, assessed using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests, is the analytical tool employed in this study. At the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency, partial and concurrent research results demonstrate that customer contentment, shop atmosphere, word-of-mouth, and service quality have a favorable and significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Happy School as a holistic educational approach, places student happiness as a crucial indicator of school success. Schools function not only as institutions to transfer knowledge, but also as environments that support the development of children's mental, emotional, social and spiritual health. The purpose of the research is to answer the question of why happy schools are necessary. How to create a happy school? The method of this research is library research. This paper presents 20 articles published in Scopus journals related to the theme of Happy Schools (SB). Written sources other than Scopus-indexed journals are also used to complete the writing. The results of the research found that children's happiness is influenced by parents, teachers, staff, and principals so they must treat children with love, have a tolerant and fair school culture, prepare learning and sports facilities, and prepare a curriculum that develops children's emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence. Teachers, staff, and parents must work together in designing a fun school curriculum and program that develops students' soft skills and life skills. The implication of this study is the need for school policies that are orientated towards students' happiness and well-being, not just academic achievement

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode pembelajaran CTL pada mata pelajaran Fikih dan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji data dan informasi terkait tema tulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran konstektual pada mata pelajaran agama Islam dengan cara mengkonstruksikan pengetahuan siswa terhadap materi yang akan disampaikan. Siswa dapat menemukan informasi baru melalui curah pendapat dan mencari tambahan materi yang sedang dipelajari melalui internet atau media cetak.
