This study aims to determine how much influence the individual characterstic and job characteristic through organization culture and its impact on job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 168 employee PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables measured include individual characterstic and job characteristic effect toward organization culture of The PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. Based on the analysis of statistical test is individual characterstic and job characteristic and organization cultureÂ affect on the job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The result organization culture variableÂ effect of full mediatedÂ on individual characterstic and job characteristic toward to job satisfaction of PT. The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction, service quality, word-of-mouth, and store atmosphere affect consumers' decisions to buy at the Global Cell Phone Store in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data gathering methods. Customers of the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency made up the study's population. There were 110 customer samples in all in this study. Multiple linear regression, assessed using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests, is the analytical tool employed in this study. At the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency, partial and concurrent research results demonstrate that customer contentment, shop atmosphere, word-of-mouth, and service quality have a favorable and significant impact on purchase decisions.

Happy School as a holistic educational approach, places student happiness as a crucial indicator of school success. Schools function not only as institutions to transfer knowledge, but also as environments that support the development of children's mental, emotional, social and spiritual health. The purpose of the research is to answer the question of why happy schools are necessary. How to create a happy school? The method of this research is library research. This paper presents 20 articles published in Scopus journals related to the theme of Happy Schools (SB). Written sources other than Scopus-indexed journals are also used to complete the writing. The results of the research found that children's happiness is influenced by parents, teachers, staff, and principals so they must treat children with love, have a tolerant and fair school culture, prepare learning and sports facilities, and prepare a curriculum that develops children's emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence. Teachers, staff, and parents must work together in designing a fun school curriculum and program that develops students' soft skills and life skills. The implication of this study is the need for school policies that are orientated towards students' happiness and well-being, not just academic achievement

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode pembelajaran CTL pada mata pelajaran Fikih dan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji data dan informasi terkait tema tulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran konstektual pada mata pelajaran agama Islam dengan cara mengkonstruksikan pengetahuan siswa terhadap materi yang akan disampaikan. Siswa dapat menemukan informasi baru melalui curah pendapat dan mencari tambahan materi yang sedang dipelajari melalui internet atau media cetak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bahasa Sunda sebagai identitas budaya lokal dalam cerita rakyat Tangerang Selatan. Bahasa Sunda adalah bagian dari rumpun bahasa Austronesia dan merupakan bahasa asli yang digunakan oleh suku Sunda di wilayah Jawa Barat, Banten, dan beberapa bagian Jakarta. Bahasa Sunda memiliki beberapa dialek yang bervariasi, seperti dialek Priangan, Cirebon, dan Banten. Kajian yang digunakan Antropologi Sastra menurut Endraswara. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah bahasa Sunda dalam cerita rakyat Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari teknik membaca dan mencatat bagian-bagian penting dari bahasa Sunda yang digunakan dalam cerita rakyat Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi kegiatan membaca dan menentukan kutipan atau percakapan, mengklasifikasi data, pengkodean data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yang dikaji menggunakan kajian Antropologi Sastra menurut Endraswara menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Sunda digunakan dalam cerita rakyat Tangerang Selatan karena sebagian besar penduduk Tangerang Selatan berasal dari suku Sunda. Bahasa Sunda dalam cerita rakyat Tangerang Selatan berperan penting dalam menjaga kelestarian bahasa dan budaya lokal. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah jurnal terakreditasi nasional.

This study aims to analyze the roles and strategies of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) in developing community-based ecotourism and their contribution to strengthening the local economy in Solok Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design across three locations: Pokdarwis Salingka Usak, Dewita Tigo Ranah, and Kampung Batu. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, subsequently analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results indicate that Pokdarwis has implemented strategic roles across the dimensions of product development, service standardization, and community empowerment. However, stakeholder relations exhibit performance disparities, where stable collaborative networks with external parties have not been uniformly established. Local economic strengthening strategies were successfully realized through the downstreaming of local wisdom-based products, such as the Balai Sawah Tangah Traditional Market, wood crafts, and tourism services that create new business opportunities for villagers. In conclusion, the effectiveness of Pokdarwis as an economic catalyst heavily relies on the integration of authentic product innovation and organizational capacity building. The implications of this study emphasize the necessity of digital transformation and the expansion of multi-stakeholder partnerships to ensure the sustainability of the ecotourism ecosystem. Future researchers are encouraged to quantitatively measure the economic multiplier effect of ecotourism on farm household welfare

Border management is a state effort in managing, maintaining and optimizing all natural resources and human resources within the territory of the border area. Indonesia is a country that has direct borders with Southeast Asia countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Timor Leste and Singapore and Papua New Guinea . Border areas which are part of a country's backyard have a tendency to create potential threats from cross-border crimes or what we often call transnational crimes. Border management is a very important function in dealing with threats or issues of transnational crime throughout Indonesia's border areas on land borders, as well as waters, both rivers and seas/maritimes. The purpose of this study is to explore the challenges and border management strategies that Indonesia has implemented in dealing with the issue of the threat of transnational crime in areas directly bordering countries in Southeast Asia and Papua New Guinea. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a triangulation method approach. The data collection method used is literature study. The research analysis technique uses an interactive model. The expected result in this study is to analyze the challenges and strategy of Indonesia in maintaining border management in order to deal with transnational crime issues that arise in the entire Indonesian border region.
