Abstract

Dalam Penelitian ini penulis mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi Dekan FKIP Universitas Labuhanbatu atas dikeluarkannya kebijakan pemerintah oleh Menteri Pendidikan tentang kurikulum Outcomes Based Education (OBE) yang ditujukan untuk Perguruan Tinggi. Adapun tujuan dikeluarkannya kebijakan ini adalah untuk menjawab kebutuhan yang benar-benar diperlukan oleh masyarakat luas, sehingga klimaks dari kurikulum ini adalah materi yag disuguhkan kepada mahasiswa memang benar-benar yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengapa kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan tidak bersamaan dengan pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang matang sehingga akan sulit dijalankan bagi Dekan guna menginstruksikan kepada Ketua Program Studi yang ada. Atas dasar inilah peneliti menjadikan Dekan sebagai subjek dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif dengan merujuk teori key informan sebagai pemberi informasi tunggal. Maka untuk menjawab permasalahan peneliti menggunakan sumber data berupa data primer yaitu dekan, dan data skunder berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perlunya pengiringan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan baik secara langsung maupun secara daring, agar perguruan tinggi yang ada didaerah dapat segera mengimplementasikan atas kebijakan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan Indoesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of place, service, product creativity and promotion factors on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. Marketplaces as electronic trading platforms have become the main choice for many consumers in making purchases. Place factors, the services provided, the creativity of the products offered, as well as the promotional strategies implemented, play a major role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to marketplace users in Teluk Panji Village. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to find out how much influence each independent variable had on purchasing decisions. The research results show that all independent variables, namely place, service, product creativity and promotion, have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The product creativity variable has the most dominant influence, followed by service, place and promotion. These findings indicate that to improve purchasing decisions, marketplaces need to pay more attention to increasing innovation in product creativity, better service, more strategic locations and effective promotions. This research provides practical contributions for marketplace managers in designing better marketing strategies and provides insight for future researchers to develop studies related to other variables that may influence purchasing decisions in the marketplace.

Abstract

A business that is quite in demand is the clothing business. The need for clothing today is very important for humans. A person can look fashionable and more confident if they wear good clothes. In Indonesia, the fashion business is growing rapidly, as seen from the many stores and distributions that sell various kinds of clothing. Along with the development of the type of clothing, the competition for profits and customers is also increasing. Toko Andre is a type of trading business engaged in fashion and household needs, where this store sells women's, men's and children's clothing also sells other household needs, this study focuses on fashion. This business has many competitors with the same type of business, for it to influence consumer purchasing decisions is very necessary in the progress of this business, Andre stores must pay attention to how to attract consumers. Researchers see that there are several things that need to be considered to attract consumers, so that consumer purchasing decisions become more improved, such as price, product quality and brand image. These factors can be used as a strategy to improve consumer purchasing decisions in the face of competition and the sustainability of Andre's store business during this pandemic, especially.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the involvement of employees and employee discipline on the behavior of the citizenship of the organization at the department of education Labuhan Batu. The population is 94 employees of the department of education.  The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for Windows. The results of this study show that the style of leadership, supervision of work and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of the work of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Kotapinang Labuhanbatu Selatan. It is seen from the value of R Square of 0,715 or by 71,5%, the rest of 28,5% can be explained by other variables not included in the model of this research. The involvement of Employees (X1) has positive and significant effect on the Behavior of the Citizenship of the Organization At the Department of Education Kabupaten Labuhanbatu with a significance value of 0.045 < 0.05, and the value of t count 2.750 > t table 1.9863. Work discipline (X2) has positive and significant effect on the Behavior of the Citizenship of the Organization at the Department of Education Kabupaten Labuhanbatu with a significance value of 0.038 < 0.05, and the value of t count of 4,850 > t table 1.9863.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction, service quality, word-of-mouth, and store atmosphere affect consumers' decisions to buy at the Global Cell Phone Store in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data gathering methods. Customers of the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency made up the study's population. There were 110 customer samples in all in this study. Multiple linear regression, assessed using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests, is the analytical tool employed in this study. At the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency, partial and concurrent research results demonstrate that customer contentment, shop atmosphere, word-of-mouth, and service quality have a favorable and significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Guru di UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Guru di UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang.

Abstract

This study will discuss the phenomenon of symbolic ecology to describe the diversity of objects found in the poetry "Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" as well as to analyze the symbolic meaning and philosophy for each object deemed to imply the relationship between the diversity of objects and the environment in Indonesia. This study aimed to provide representations of the symbolic ecological phenomena found in the poem The Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" and uncover the philosophy of symbolic meanings about the environment and Indonesia's manner of viewing the symbols. This study analyzed the poem "Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" by Jacinta Kurniasih. This study used an ecolinguistic design, in which the data analysis process used an ecolinguistic framework, and the data interpretation used a cultural semiotics framework. The results of this study indicated that the poet's environmental concern was expressed through the adoption of macrocosm objects and flora. The results of this study proved that language can be used to inspire by conveying humanistic messages for protecting the ecosystems, which have provided benefits to human life and prevented natural disasters from happening. It is also suggested that people should care for fellow human beings and the surrounding nature that has contributed to the continuation of human life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Peran Clarity Of Product Description, Kredibilitas Merek, Trust In Retailer,  And Customer Online Review Terhadap Niat Pembelian Ulang Produk Skincare Facetology Pada Platform Tiktok Shop. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 240 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi pengelolaan data smartpls 4 dengan melakukan pengujian pola, validitas, deskriminasi, bootstrapping dan pengujian hipotesis.  Penelitian dilakukan untuk meneliti bagaimana variabel independent memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependent dan tingkat persentasi pengaruh variabel penelitian dengan melakukan penyebaran angket penelitian kepada responden dan melakukan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependent dengan nilai seluruh t hitung > t tabeldan nilai signifikan <0,05 dengan tingkat determinasi yaitu 0.936 atau sebesar 93,60% memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

In the midst of the rapid development of information and communication technology, it is undeniable that children who are still in school can access a lot of extensive information, one of which is about the problem of bullying. at school. Bullying behavior that occurs in schools is very diverse ranging from physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and cyberbullying. The role of teachers in schools is also very important to minimize bullying in schools. In this research, the researcher distributed a questionnaire to be filled out by the socialization participants with a choice of answers agreeing or disagreeing. Researchers also during the socialization process gave several questions about bullying behavior to obtain supporting results regarding bullying behavior. The results of the research achieved in this study were that all socialization participants already knew what bullying was and it could be concluded that bullying is an action that students should avoid when at school because bullying can have a serious effect on victims of bullying.

Abstract

In a competitive business world, customer satisfaction is the main key to maintaining the sustainability and growth of a company. Satisfied customers tend to make repeat purchases, provide recommendations, and build a positive image of the company. To achieve this, companies are required to continue to pay attention to various factors that influence customer satisfaction, such as service quality, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness. CV Rossapati Sinar Sosro as a company engaged in the distribution of beverage products also faces similar challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction amidst market competition. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the quality of service, price, and promotion have on customer satisfaction in the company. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis method, data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 80 respondents to customers. The results of the study indicate that the quality of service, price, and promotion simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at CV. Rossapati (Sinar Sosro). From the study, the most dominant is the price of 0.647 or 64.7%. The results of the R2 test prove that the model is able to explain the dependent variable studied, namely the customer satisfaction variable of 0.764 or 76.4%. Dalam dunia bisnis yang kompetitif, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Pelanggan yang puas cenderung akan melakukan pembelian ulang, memberikan rekomendasi, dan membangun citra positif terhadap perusahaan. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perusahaan dituntut untuk terus memperhatikan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, seperti kualitas pelayanan, strategi penetapan harga, dan efektivitas promosi.CV Rossapati Sinar Sosro sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk minuman juga menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan di tengah persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan tersebut, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada cv. Rossapati (sinar sosro), dari penelitian yang paling dominan adalah harga sebesar 0,647 atau 64,7%. Hasil uji R2 membuktikan model mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen yang diteliti yaitu variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,764 atau 76,4%.
