Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance on Earnings Management in food and beverage companies for the period 2018–2021. This study used 28 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out in this study using descriptive statistics using panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Earnings Management. Meanwhile, financial performance proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative effect on Earnings Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital on the quality of assets of banks in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 with credit collectability and log size as control variables. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method and resulted in a sample of 7 Conventional Banks Book IV in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2019 period. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study is based on previous research and various other supporting theories. The findings in this study provide a positive effect on asset quality. Based on research results. Our suggestions in this study include that Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority need to strengthen monitoring and control of banking operations to ensure that IC components are complementary. The regulations, policies and directives regarding HC, SC, and CE that are used must be synchronized or harmonized to ensure the improvement of the quality of banking assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Profitability and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on company value in LQ45 Index companies listed on the BEI for the period 2018 to 2022. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, with the number of samples in this study being namely 24 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The dependent variable used is Firm Value (PBV), then the independent variables are Profitability (ROA) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Independent Board of Commissioners. The research results show that Profitability (ROA) and Institutional Ownership have a significant positive effect, while Managerial Ownership and the Independent Board of Commissioners do not have a significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Budget Participation, Information Asymmetry and budget emphasis on budget slack at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The independent variables in this research are Budget Participation, Information Asymmetry and budget emphasis. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is budget slack. The analysis technique for this research uses the PLS or Partial Least Square SmartPLS 4 method. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire to collect the required information. The results of the number of respondents were 73 employees of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The results of the analysis show that Budget Participation has a positive effect on budget slack, information asymmetry has no effect on budget slack, Budget emphasis has no effect on budget slack..

Abstract

This year the whole world is facing the COVID-19 pandemic, which has an impact on all companies, one of which is banking companies in Indonesia. During this pandemic, companies experienced a decline in their financial performance. However, Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the financial performance of banking companies in Indonesia experienced an increase. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method so that there are 34 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) used in this study. The variables used in this study are Return on Assets. Economic Value Added, Non-performing Loans, and Corporate Social Responsibility. The results in this study indicate that Economic Value added and Corporate Social Responsibility have positive and negative effects, while Return on Assets and Non-Performing Loans have no effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a conceptual paradigm on marketing management perspective that refer to practical series on the implementation of a strategic processes which aimed to improve the relationship quality with customers. Based on bank’s perspective, this paradigm has a significant role to establis long term profitability. The main purpose of this paradigm is to make customer’s loyalty which loyalty is the main problem of bank’s performance growth. The aim of this study is the implementation of CRM at Bank Mandiri in forming customer value which is reflected on historically of Bank Mandiri’s CES, CSAT, NPS, and SES Value. The method used in this study is random sampling method where customers were selected to answer the staements in questionnaire. The analyctical methods that used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling to test the direct effect and indirect effect for each variables. The result of this study show that the Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Relationship Quality and Customer Lifetime Value, direct or indirect effect. The result of this study have implication for management, practitioners and academics that bank’s has to improve the capabilities of ther implementation of CRM to increase the relationship quality with customer to improve the customer lifetime value.
