Abstract

Women face many barriers, discrimination, and stereotypes to participate in a worldwide sport. This research aims to figure out the social construction of women's futsal players on futsal by using Peter L. Berger’s theory of social construction. Women stuck in the cultural taboos that prevent them from freely involved in futsal. Society in general often sees women as aliens in futsal. In the patriarchal society of Indonesia, futsal is seen to be suitable for men, but not for women. This research is qualitative research involving a descriptive analysis. Data were collected through interviews and observations. This research was conducted in Surabaya with female futsal players as the informants. The findings indicated several variations of the social construction of female futsal players through a process of objectification, dialectics externalization, and internalization on futsal. Female futsal players disagreed with the identification of sports with men.

Abstract

Poverty is still one of the main problems for developing countries, including Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the developing countries which has quite a large number of poor people and needs to be resolved and find a way out until now. Various poverty reduction programs have been continuously carried out by both the central government and regional governments. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Policy from a Political Economy Perspective in Lamongan Regency. The research results show that the implementation of the Poverty Alleviation Policy in Lamongan Regency from a Political Economy Perspective has gone quite well. the entire series of Lamongan Regency Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2021 concerning poverty alleviation, home care service programs, RTLH and HAMP. The success of the Poverty Reduction Policy is strongly supported by the Lamongan Regency Regional Government and related Regional Apparatus Organizations by prioritizing collaboration.

Abstract

Football is one of the most popular sports insociety. People could enjoy football games throughtelevision or see it directly at the stadium. Football has ahuge impact on the economy. Football benefit society,especially a group of traders who are in Indonesia.Merchants can take advantage and benefit of thepresence of football competition in the field of economy.The methods used in this study is descriptive qualitative.The informants in this study are Surajaya Stadiumtraders. The process of collecting data throughobservation, interviews and the literature review.Techniques in analyzing data using interactive datacollection and presentation of data. The theory used toanalyze is of George Homans Exchange theory. Thefindings from the data in this study there are severalvariations of data about football and economy, throughsuccess and stimulus proposition. The findings from theinterviews, it was discovered that, football in the stadiumSurajaya was able to increase revenue for the Group ofmerchants, ranging from food, beverages, accessoriesand jersey. Traders choose Open lapak selling aroundthe stadium felt getting a lot of profit. Traders choose toopen stalls selling around the stadium because of theenthusiasm of the people who come to see footballmatches at the Stadium Surajaya.

Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gelombang Laut (PLTGL) merupaakan teknologi yang mengubah energi kinetik gelombang laut menjadi energi listrik, dengan Oscillating Water Column (OWC) sebagai salah satu jenis yang umum digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mensimulasikan model OWC LIMPET single column menggunakan ANSYS FLUENT 2D dan data dari Pesisir Pantai Nusakambangan, Jawa Tengah tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menilai efektivitas sistem OWC dan potensi pengembangannya di daerah tersebut. Simulasi yang digunakan berupa simulasi CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) menggunakan software ANSYS FLUENT 2D untuk menghasilkan output kecepatan angin dari kolom. Model OWC disimulasikan dengan variasi output diameter kolom 90 cm, 80 cm, 60 cm, dan 40 cm. Daya yang dihasilkan dihitung dengan persamaan umum menghitung daya turbin angin dan selanjutya dianalisis potensi kelayakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa output diameter kolom OWC 40 cm paling efektif, menghasilkan kecepatan angin rata-rata 3,08 m/s pada kondisi pasang surut dan gelombang maksimum. Total produksi energi mencapai 27.166,84 kWh/tahun. Proyek PLTGL-OWC di lokasi ini menunjukkan potensi kelayakan ekonomi dengan NPV sebesar Rp 1.644.961.729,51, IRR 17,91%, BCR 7,49, dan PP selama 3 tahun 4 bulan 10 hari.
