Abstract

Abstract: This study portrays the efforts of Islamic banking to motivate employees in familiarizing the values ​​of Islamic business ethics. The development of Islamic banking has experienced significant growth. A survey by the financial services authority (OJK) stated that the assets of the Islamic banking industry increased 14 times from Rp. 21.5 trillion in 2005 to Rp. 296, 2 trillion in 2015. Islamic Banking I should implement the values ​​of Islamic Business Ethics (EBI) in accordance with Islamic law. These values ​​are divine values, balance (justice), freedom and responsibility. Researchers used a qualitative approach to normative juridical case studies. The findings and theories were built using snowball sampling, which is the process of searching for data from and according to needs. Data collection was carried out by: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study include: (1) EBI habituation process: (a) As a spirit, (b) There is an emotional bond, the equality of managers, and users of customer funds, (c) The principle of the object is halal, mutual acceptance, needs, habits, and existential, (d) Being accounted for in a balanced manner in the form of scope of work, (2) The process of familiarizing EBI with employees in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Arisan menurun “gandeng” system is an arisan where members of the voters of the initial sequence number are required to cooperate with the lower or last sequence number. This study discusses the review of Islamic law on the application of the joint system in social gatherings with a declining model via online.This type of research uses qualitative research that is descriptive in nature analysis; by using the field research method, the researcher is directly involved with the arisan admin and its participants. The research approach uses sociological juridical methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection uses interview, documentation, and observation methods.The results of this study conclude that the implementation of the joint system in arisan with a menurun model via online on the @arisan. sukses.squad Instagram account, based on Islamic law, the pillars of qarḍ are valid but do not meet the requirements of qarḍ because the implementation of qarḍ in arisan decreases this joint system there is a taking of benefits, namely profits obtained from overpayment of arisan. This is not in accordance with Islamic Law, which is included in the element of ribā qarḍ, while the cost of fines is ribā jāhiliyah. The addition can be said to be ribā, and ribā is forbidden in Islamic law. The results of this study illustrate the implication that the implementation of this online arisn is permissible if the principle is carried out in a helping manner (ta'awun) as stated by Allah SWT in Surah Al-Maidah (5) verse 2.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that the use of productive zakat as a productive use of zakat is not optimal and the method of delivering zakat funds to mustahik to produce something continuously, with the zakat assets that he has received. Of several productive zakat utilization programs, one of them is Z-Mart. The Z-Mart program is an economic empowerment program in the form of the development of stalls/shops owned by mustahik. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Law. No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management in the Empowered Jombang Program Through Z-Mart contained in BAZNAS.The research method used is field research, with an empirical normative approach. Data collection by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is inductive by analyzing based on the data obtained and then developing certain relationship patterns.The result of this research is the utilization of productive zakat in the Z-Mart program with the implementation of Law. No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management in BAZNAS Jombang Regency is sufficient in implementing the articles contained in the Law related to collection, distribution, utilization, and reporting. The results of this study give implications that the birth of Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management strengthens the position of BAZNAS Jombang Regency can provide benefits in the management of productive zakat management that is more professional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh jiwa entrepreneur terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Jombang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket dalam bentuk pertanyaan tertutup berupa skala Likert’s kepada 56 Responden yang merupakan para pemilik usaha yang ada di Jombang. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Jombang. Yang mana hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana pada tabel uji T dengan nilai 5,554 > 2,306 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM (Ha) diterima, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM (Ho) ditolak, atau dengan kata lain Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools in the city of Nganjuk that implements an entrepreneurship program for its students. One of the entrepreneurship programs implemented at the miftahul mubtadi'in Islamic boarding school is Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Tempeh Tofu Industry. This study aims to find out the role of the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in fostering the interest and talent of preneur students in the boarding school and to find out the activities of preneur students carried out at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in fostering the interest and talent of preneur students. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study uses interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The result of this research is the role of the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in developing the talent interests of students, namely to accommodate and grow the talents of students, become consumers and become decision-makers so that the entrepreneurial activities run well. And Islamic boarding schools also play a role in providing facilities such as special buildings as a place for activities, providing capital so that these activities can run well, then collaborating with several business partners such as local farmers and alumni.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of locus of control and self-efficacy in the entrepreneurship program at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic boarding school. This research tries to find out how much influence Locus of control and self-efficacy have in the entrepreneurship program at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the variables Locus of Control (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) on Entrepreneurship (Y). In this research, data was collected using a questionnaire method by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to 60 respondents who were male and female students at the Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. Then analysis was carried out on the data obtained using quantitative methods. The quantitative analysis used includes validity testing and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test which functions to prove the research hypothesis. From the results of this analysis, it was found that the independent variable had a positive effect on the dependent variable.
