Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, taxation is a crucial aspect of financial management that requires special attention from taxpayers, both individuals and businesses. However, many still face difficulties in effectively and efficiently managing their taxes. This issue is exacerbated by a lack of understanding of modern integrated tax technology. Therefore, this research aims to provide training and implementation of integrated tax software designed to simplify the tax filing and reporting process. The methods used in this program include face-to-face training and technical assistance in using tax software that complies with Indonesian tax regulations. The results of this program are expected to enhance taxpayers' ability to manage their tax obligations, reduce the risk of errors in reporting, and increase time and cost efficiency. This program is also expected to support the successful implementation of independent tax obligations by taxpayers.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Strengthening Village Human Resources: Management and Technical Skills Training for Local Development" aims to address the limitations in human resource capacity that often hinder development in villages. This program is designed to enhance the managerial skills of village officials and develop the technical skills of residents in agriculture, crafts, and information technology. Implementation begins with needs identification through surveys and interviews, followed by the design of an appropriate curriculum, and the delivery of training by experts and practitioners. The results of this program show a significant improvement in the managerial abilities of village officials and the technical skills of residents, contributing to the development of local businesses and the village economy. Evaluations also indicate an increased awareness of the importance of strengthening human resource capacity for sustainable development, making this program a potential model for other villages.

Abstract

Social media provides many conveniences that can be obtained from cellphones and the internet, almost all students as users of technology and information and prove that at this time life cannot be separated from technology and information. Community Service activities are carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Mawasangka Tengah with the aim of sharing knowledge about the wise use of social media among students. Students should learn more about time management and wise use of social media to deal with the positive and negative impacts of social media. Students can find various sources of lesson-related information on social media. They can search for blogs, videos, articles and other sources that will help their understanding. Students can have a deeper understanding of the subject matter they are learning by using social media. Students can also work together with their friends on social media, they can collaborate in groups, hold conversations and exchange ideas. In addition to increasing student participation, this partnership broadens their perspective. Students can utilize social media to learn and grow. However, in using social media, we must remember about the ethics and safety of its use in order to use social media wisely.
