Abstract

Keterbukaan informasi berarti bahwa data dapat diakses oleh semua orang, kapan saja dan di mana saja, serta dapat disebarluaskan demi kepentingan semua orang. Keterbukaan informasi merupakan modal utama dalam mewujudkan independensi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Polres Kota Baubau dalam mendorong pelaksanaan Implementasi keterbukaan Informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dan hasilnya diberikan dalam bentuk elaborasi dan narasi penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Tiga langkah dasar yang terlibat dalam analisis data: verifikasi data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data. berdasarkan hasil kajian dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat komponen teori implementasi kebijakan, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap, dan struktur birokrasi. Terbukti dari temuan dan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa telah terjadi komunikasi yang baik antara pengambil kebijakan dan pelaksana, selain itu juga terjadi komunikasi yang baik antara pelaksana dan jurnalis dari media lokal dan nasional koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh Seksi Humas Polres Kota Baubau dalam mengimplemntasikan keterbukaan informasi publik sudah cukup memenuhi kebutuhan faktor struktur birokrasi seperti yang dipaparkan oleh Edwards dalam teori Implementasi Kebijakan.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Wabula Village, Buton Regency, involving participants from the Wabula Village Weaving Women’s Group. The group possesses significant economic potential; however, they have not yet fully optimised the marketing and sales of their woven fabric products. The primary objective of this initiative was to introduce the use of e-commerce platforms to transition traditional face-to-face transactions into a faster and more efficient online system. The method employed in this activity consisted of socialisation and hands-on mentoring. As a result, participants received essential information and practical assistance related to e-commerce utilisation. Furthermore, this initiative served as a motivational platform, encouraging the weaving group to expand their market reach by using their newly created e-commerce accounts and continuously innovating their products to enhance the growth and sustainability of their businesses.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out in Wasuemba Village, Buton Regency with participants from the Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group. Wasuemba Village has tourism potential that can be developed as a tourist village. Wasuemba village has many interesting and unique things that can be presented to visitors/tourists who come to this place. Some of the partner's priority problems, namely the Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group of Wasuemba Village has not prepared a mature concept for branding activities and the unavailability of human resources in managing the branding of Wasuemba Tourism Village. The Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group of Wasuemba Village is still lacking in branding Wasuemba Tourism Village, digital technology media is a means of marketing or digital marketing to advance the products they want to market. The data and information will make it easier for the Tourism Awareness Group to create or develop something that they want to market. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and ability of the Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group in branding Wasuemba Tourism Village so that it can target tourists. The method used in this community service activity is to conduct a survey, then conduct a needs analysis by the PKM Team, after that proceed with socializing and assisting PKM activities. The results of this activity were that the Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group of Wasuemba Village received information about tourism awareness groups that are actors driving village tourism, and the Lahunduru Tourism Awareness Group received additional knowledge related to branding tourist villages.

Abstract

In the digital age, content marketing has emerged as an efficient strategy for brand development, particularly for local leaders such as the mayor of Baubau. This study examines the impact of content marketing on the branding of the mayor of Baubau throughout the candidacy phase. Data was gathered via interviews and social media content analysis, employing a qualitative methodology and case study framework. The study's results indicate that content marketing has effectively cultivated a favorable perception of the mayor of Baubau as a leader who is kind, approachable, inclusive, and with a clear vision. Campaign videos and motivational storylines have proven effective in increasing community engagement and strengthening brand identity. However, the challenge lies in preserving message consistency and handling communication crises. The results of this study indicate that content marketing is crucial for garnering voter support .

Abstract

Social media provides many conveniences that can be obtained from cellphones and the internet, almost all students as users of technology and information and prove that at this time life cannot be separated from technology and information. Community Service activities are carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Mawasangka Tengah with the aim of sharing knowledge about the wise use of social media among students. Students should learn more about time management and wise use of social media to deal with the positive and negative impacts of social media. Students can find various sources of lesson-related information on social media. They can search for blogs, videos, articles and other sources that will help their understanding. Students can have a deeper understanding of the subject matter they are learning by using social media. Students can also work together with their friends on social media, they can collaborate in groups, hold conversations and exchange ideas. In addition to increasing student participation, this partnership broadens their perspective. Students can utilize social media to learn and grow. However, in using social media, we must remember about the ethics and safety of its use in order to use social media wisely.
