Abstract

Sebaliknya, keterlibatan orang tua memiliki efek perlindungan yang signifikan (OR = 0,210, p = 0,000).

Abstract

The level of interest in entrepreneurship among students remains relatively low, with the majority of students opting to pursue employment post-graduation. Efforts from universities are necessary to boost entrepreneurial interest, thereby creating job opportunities and reducing unemployment rates. This research aims to examine how strengthening business incubators influences the impact of self-efficacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The study adopts a quantitative approach, employing data collection methods such as questionnaires and interviews. The study population consists of vocational students attending vocational colleges in Surakarta City. Data analysis utilizes Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings suggest that business incubators play a significant role in moderating the influence of self-efficacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Recommendations include vocational colleges continuing to develop and enhance the effectiveness of business incubators to stimulate students' interest in entrepreneurship. Future research should consider broader subjects beyond just vocational college students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of chatbots in enhancing customer loyalty by assessing how aspects such as personalization and responsiveness affect customer experience. The study sampled 250 respondents who use customer service in e-commerce companies in the city of Surakarta. The research employed multiple linear regression techniques. The results indicate that personalization and responsiveness in chatbot interactions are factors that play a positive and significant role in increasing customer loyalty. Quick and accurate chatbot interactions that align with customer needs can provide assurance and reduce uncertainty and customer frustration. This study is limited to examining the aspects of personalization and responsiveness in chatbot interactions concerning customer loyalty, and the scope of the research is restricted to customers in the city of Surakarta. Future research opportunities could explore other aspects beyond personalization and responsiveness and expand the research scope beyond just Surakarta.
