Abstract

This study aims to identify and obtain information on the implementation of E-learning ang the constrains of online teaching and learning process at home due to the existence of a pandemic covid-19. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative case study method that is used tonobtain information related to the constraints and consequances resulting from the pandemic covid19 on theaching and learning activities in several schools in Medan City. In this study, respondens who ware asked to conduct interview ware as many as 5 teacher in several schools in Medan City. For confidentiality purposes, respondents are given the initials R1,R2,R3,R4 and R5. This research uses interview method through social media by asking a number of questions which are arranged to be developed based on related literature. The results of this study are hare, are some obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities, namely the mastery of technology is still lacking, additiona internet quota costs increase, there is assisting children learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents are reduced and working hours become unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other techers and school principals. And from the negative side also causes children to be too spoiled with gadgets so that social values and behavior are less affective because the religious theaching process that has been given is not optimally carried out. Abstract

Family Strengthening is one of the programs at SOS Children Village that aims to strengthen economically vulnerable families. The author is interested in research by raising the title Role SOS Children Village Through Family Strengthening in Child and Adolescent Development (Study in Gampong Pasie Mesjid, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency). This research aims to determine the development of children and adolescents carried out by SOS Children Village through Family Strengthening, to find out the obstacles faced by SOS Children Village and to know the strategy of SOS Children Village in dealing with barriers experienced in the development of children and adolescents. This research uses qualitative methods, including interviews, documentation, and observation data collection techniques. The research results from interviews explain that there are two types of development categories carried out by Family Strengthening, namely for PAUD and elementary school children in the form of calistung training and for teenagers in the form of training soft skills in the form of computer technology training, handicraft training, cake and drink processing training as well public speaking. The obstacles faced are a lack of commitment from children and teenagers to participate in the program and differences in the level of absorption of mentors who spend a long time providing understanding to the children. Strategy SOS Children Village deals with obstacles to the development of children and adolescents by motivating children and adolescents who take part in training. The mentor patiently guides children and adolescents who lack absorption capacity during the learning process.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah kurangnya penerapan instrument tes berbasis digital pada pengukuran tes kondisi fisik salah satunya tes Push-Up serta keakuratan tiap hitungan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada tes yang dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tingkat Validitas dan Reliabilitas instrument tes Push-Up digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, yang hanya menggambarkan tentang apa adanya suatu variabel, gejala atau keadaan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 7 perguruan beladiri di Kota Padang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu jumlah keseluruhan sampel yang ada dilokasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrument tes Push-Up digital dengan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Berdasakan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data terhadap data hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan dari hasil uji validitas pada kelompok besar dengan jumlah 110 orang diperoleh hasil 0,991>0,195 dengan (r hitung > r tabel) maka dapat dikategorikan “Valid”. Uji reliabilitas tes Push – Up pada hasil 0,97 berada pada kategori “sangat baik”.
