Abstract

This study aims to find out how to design and create pharmacy applications using Microsoft Excel Macros at Darul Hayyi Pharmacy. The object of this research is Darul Hayyi Samarinda Pharmacy. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis tool used is the Microsoft Excel Macros program. The results of this study show that by applying Microsoft Excel Macros to the pharmacy information system, it can provide several advantages such as facilitating work or activities related to the Darul Hayyi Pharmacy Information System, such as inputting master data, inputting over-the-counter drug sales activities and drug sales with a doctor's prescription, and purchasing drug supplies. The speed and accuracy of accessing data makes it easy to create the reports needed. And by using Microsoft Excel Macros can minimize errors that usually occur if done manually

Abstract

Understanding the subject matter in the course is very important Especially in teaching for the Samarinda state polytechnic or POLNES Not only are they required to understand or understand, but graduates are required to be able and these habits should be able to be applied to daily community activities One of the courses taught at POLNES majoring in accounting is business mathematics The object of this business mathematics research is the legendary gabin bread business in Samarinda. Observations and data recording were carried out randomly per week for 3 months Collecting data on the speed of wrapping or packaging gabin bread products carried out by 8 old employees and 3 new employees Data were analyzed through statistics, arithmetic series models and other mathematical models The results obtained are the average speed of wrapping gabin bread is 72 packs, while the new employees are 42 packs The average speed of wrapping 72 packs for new employees is estimated to be approximately 22 days after they start working In the equality model if the production is around 693 packs per day and 1 employee is absent, then the company is equivalent to employing 7 old employees and 5 new employees Through graphic analysis, it is concluded that employee turnover is recommended for no more than 5 people in a certain period Through the model if there is a problem in production, through the reverse comparison model, the company can only produce a maximum of 630 or 91% of the target average packaging per day.

Abstract

Pelatihan analisa pulang pokok (Break Even Point) menggunakan software Excel dalam model pengajaran fungsi persamaan matematika bisnis adalah upaya peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam penerapan konsep bisnis secara praktis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dari Politeknik Negeri Samarinda (POLNES) untuk mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Nusantara (STIENUS) Sangatta. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa terkait analisa pulang pokok dan ketrampilan menggunakan Excel dalam model persamaan matematika bisnis yang digunakan dalam analisis bisnis nyata. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi teori dasar Break Even Point, demonstrasi penggunaan fungsi-fungsi Excel untuk menghitung titik impas. Mahasiswa secara aktif mengetengahkan bahan studi kasus bisnis lokal. Mereka mengidentifikasi usaha kecil (UMKM) di sekitar mereka, menentukan berapa unit produk yang harus dijual agar mencapai titik impas. Dengan mengerjakan kasus nyata yang relevan bagi mereka, mahasiswa akan lebih termotivasi untuk memahami konsep BEP serta mengaplikasikan melalui software excel. Dengan demikian mereka melihat aplikasi dimana sebuah konsep dijalankan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan mahasiswa, terutama dalam mengintegrasikan teori persamaan matematika dengan aplikasi teknologi spreadsheet untuk keputusan bisnis. Dalam pelatihan ini juga diperoleh konsep dan praktek tentang economies of scale dimana biaya per unit menurun seiring dengan bertambahnya volume produksi.
