Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems, work experience, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office 1 Samarinda. This study writing uses a quantitative approach using primary data through filling out questionnaires. The respondents at this writing are employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office 1 Samarinda operational part of the back office division. The Independent Variables used in this writing are accounting information systems, work experience, work motivation, and work environment. While the dependent variable in writing is employee performance. At this writing, the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of Statiscal Product and Services Solutions (SPSS) Version 22 software. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the Accounting Information System, work experience, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

PT AJA MEGA PERKASA is an agency running withinside the mining zone withinside the metropolis of Samarinda, that's one of the business sectors that has made a big contribution to Indonesia, beginning from growing export revenues, local development, growing financial activity, starting employment possibilities and reassets of profits for the imperative and local budgets. In this research, descriptive quantitative methods were used. The research object of PT Aja Mega Perkasa is the workshop and office section. This research uses non-probability sampling. The sample included 60 people. The data collection method was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the tests conducted showed that (1) compensation has a large positive impact on motivation, (2) work environment has a large positive impact on motivation, and (3) motivation has a large positive impact on motivational performance. I realized that I should give. (4) Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. (5) Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Recording transactions, both receipt and distribution, to zakat institutions is an important activity that must be carried out by Zakat Institutions, including Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat Kaltim. With this recording, all transactions can be accounted for in reports. Designing database and transaction records for zakat institutions is a very important thing for these institutions to have. Building an application information system for this zakat institution aims to help carry out activities in recording and reporting its finances by creating an accounting design based on Macro Microsoft Excel. Building an information system is the process of designing a system for recording, processing and reporting information that suits the needs and goals of users. The method used is conducting interviews and observations as the basis for making the application. The result of this activity is an Information System Application that is tailored to the zakat institution. The final stage of the process is implementation for operators by providing training

Abstract

Understanding the subject matter in the course is very important Especially in teaching for the Samarinda state polytechnic or POLNES Not only are they required to understand or understand, but graduates are required to be able and these habits should be able to be applied to daily community activities One of the courses taught at POLNES majoring in accounting is business mathematics The object of this business mathematics research is the legendary gabin bread business in Samarinda. Observations and data recording were carried out randomly per week for 3 months Collecting data on the speed of wrapping or packaging gabin bread products carried out by 8 old employees and 3 new employees Data were analyzed through statistics, arithmetic series models and other mathematical models The results obtained are the average speed of wrapping gabin bread is 72 packs, while the new employees are 42 packs The average speed of wrapping 72 packs for new employees is estimated to be approximately 22 days after they start working In the equality model if the production is around 693 packs per day and 1 employee is absent, then the company is equivalent to employing 7 old employees and 5 new employees Through graphic analysis, it is concluded that employee turnover is recommended for no more than 5 people in a certain period Through the model if there is a problem in production, through the reverse comparison model, the company can only produce a maximum of 630 or 91% of the target average packaging per day.
