Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, promotion and location on customer satisfaction. The method used in this study was a cross-sectional survey design. The sample in this study were consumers of the cafe inspirational corner with a total of 98 respondents. The statistical test was performed using the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study were valid and reliable, then the hypothesis was tested. Of the four hypotheses proposed, all are supported. The conclusion of this research is the importance of maintaining good product quality, price, promotion and location in order to get customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain survey secara crossectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen dari cafe inspirasi corner dengan jumlah 98 responden. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasi PLS.  Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai cronbach’c alpha, composite reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Setelah seluruh Hasil item indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Dari ke empat Hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Lokasi secara baik agar mendapatkan Kepuasan Konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, Harga, Promosi, Lokasi, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Visits of counseling services for Adi Husada Health Vocational High School students have decreased for 2 last years from 44 students in 2019/2020 to 17 students in 2020/2021. The one of interest internal factors of students that encourage to participate in counseling services which is self disclosure to students. The purpose of this research is to review the relationship between a self disclosure variables and interest of counseling services. The self disclosure instrument was structured according to DeVito’s theory (1986) and the interest of counseling services was based on interest theory by Winkel’s (2010). This research method use a quantitative correlation research with simple random sampling technique with sample are 125 students. Self disclosure results obtained as much as 68% in high category and 98% in very high category. There is no relationship between two variables with correlation number of 0,068. The conclusion is a high self disclosure doesn’t determine a high interest in counseling services and a low self disclosure doesn’t determine a low interest in counseling services. As suggestion, for further research are use  more variables that allow for relationship between self disclosure and interest in counseling services. And for counselors are be more active to offer the students about counseling services.
