Abstract

Kedung Lumbu Village, Kliwon Market at Surakarta Municipality is in the center of the heart of the city has many historical places and buildings, all of which have the potential to be developed into an integrated tourist destination. This study aims to determine the tourism potential that exists in Kedung Lumbu village and strategies that can be used for the management of Kedung Lumbu Village sabagai tourist attractions in Surakarta City. As for this study using natiralistic qualitative methods, the data used are the result of observations, documentation, literature studies and interviews. The data used is mostly the result of interviews with informants consisting of tourism managers (Pokdarwis), local governments, tourists, and also the surrounding community. The results of some of these interviews will be analyzed by SWOT to find out the tourism potential and strategies in its management The results in this study can identify existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and also threats. These results can be analyzed with SWOT according to the situation and conditions in the tourist spot so that tourism potential and strategies can be obtained to take policies in the development of tourist destinations Kedung Lumbu Village, KLiwonMarket at Surakarta City. Concretely, the results of this study can be used in determining sustainable tourism, especially Kedung Lumbu Village and generally for other tourist attractions in Surakarta City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tourist attractions, facilities, human resources on the satisfaction of tourists visiting the Penataran Blitar temple, East Java. This research method is a quantitative study of multiple linear regression analysis, where the sample used in this study totaled 100 respondents throughout November 2022. While the data analysis method used is data validity test, data reliability test, correlation coefficient, and regression test . The results of this study showed a positive and significant effect of tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction at the Penataran temple by 31%. The better the tourist attractions in the Penataran temple, the more satisfied visitors will be in coming to the Penataran temple. There is a positive and significant influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Penataran temple of 32.3%. The better the facilities at the Penataran temple, the higher the satisfaction of visitors coming to the Penataran temple. There is a positive and significant influence of human resources on visitor satisfaction at the Penataran temple by 35.8%. The better the human resources available at the Penataran temple, the more satisfied visitors will be in coming to the Penataran temple. The correlation coefficient value was obtained at 0.942. This means that there is a positive relationship between tourist attractions, facilities, and human resources on visitor satisfaction. The relationship between these variables is included in the very strong category. Thus tourist attractions, facilities, and human resources have a strong relationship to visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini memang bertujuan untuk memaparkan gambaran rancangan strategi pada industri perhotelan di Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan General Agreement On Trade In Service yang selama ini tengah berlangsung. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, di mana data pengamatan dan literatur direduksi dan dianalisis untuk memaparkan artikel ini. Hasilnya, di dalam General Agreement On Trade In Service memang cukup menjanjikan di dalam kelancaran operasional industri perhotelan baik di dalam Cross Border Supply, Consumption abroad, Commercial Presence, Movement Of Natural Persons. Namun di sisi lain juga diperlukan pembenahan di dalam industri perhotelan terlebih di sektor operasional, pemasaran, keuangan dan juga sumber daya manusia yang memerlukan gambaran rancangan strategi tersendiri sesuai dengan permintaan dan juga penawaran yang disesuaikan dengan Cross Border Supply, Consumption abroad, Commercial Presence, Movement Of Natural Persons.
